You stay in your and can literally watch LIVE while they are changing your oil!They even helped me get a coupon online for $10 off my services!I love that it was quick and entertaining to change my oil.Definitely a new experience.100% recommend!

Have been going here for a minute. Never had an issue. Seems like they can't keep good help. Went there a couple weeks ago, left and a few days later, my truck starts making noises like the steering was going out. Checked under the hood and power steering cap was just set on not on right. Burnt up my power steering pump that I had to have replaced. Won't go here anymore.

Quick service while in my car! Great service and in constant contact with you on what they are doing and checking. Tim on Ireland Rd got my vehicle up to par for winter, as I was slacking on upkeep. He changed my oil, air filter, put air in my tires-and when I asked about windshield wipers he gave me his expert advice for the best option. As someone with limited free time, I appreciated his time management and diligence in getting me in and out!I won't go anywhere else!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Staff is very nice and personable. It is very convenient to be able to sit in your car while they take care of the oil change and check out a bunch of things under your hood. I appreciate this fine team of individuals!

Phenomenal! These people are quick, very careful & thorough, and courteous. I had an oil change. You pull up, stay in your car, and pay from your window. The prices are average like most. I highly recommend

Very pleased with their service. Didn t add on a bunch more services, didn t charge extra to remove the scrape plate and the guys even installed my turn signal lightbulb n/c because I brought one from home. If you want your car messed up by a bunch no experienced workers this is the place. Better off doing your own oil change.

We've been visiting this location for oil changes since we bought our used car in April 2022. The staff at this location was always very friendly and professional, until this visit in October 2023. They used to work quickly, and explain things well (recommended services, the work they're doing, etc.). That was not the case on this visit.Unfortunately, during this 45-minute visit, there were only 2 people working in the bays (1 who changed the oil and checked tires and the other who did the computer/cashiering), and someone (presumably a manager?) standing in the waiting room area. Maybe they were just short-staffed, but things were not explained as clearly as usual and it was disconcerting to have the person changing our oil stop in the middle and go work on another vehicle, then return to ours. It felt very disorganized.In addition they had difficulty removing our tire valve caps (which had been most recently tightened at this location), and were only able to check one tire's pressure.We visited the location on Grape Road the next day to have the tire pressure checked. They had no problem at all removing the caps and were very friendly and effecient. We'll be going to that location in the future.

We went in for our first oil change, with both Valvoline and with this car.Assistant Manager Tim and his crew today were thorough, funny, and 100% transparent. I greatly appreciated being told what was going on, why, and hearing my options.Very much recommend

Fast service in and out. Employees were all very nice and helpful. This was not the case when Li was the manager all the employees seemed miserable working for that guy. 10/10 recommend and I will be back!

I have been looking for a great place to get an oil change from. I have finally found it. These guys on grape rd are great. I was there Saturday morning. I've gone to other places before. None of them gave me the service that these guys did. Other places I have to ask for stuff that's included in a oil change. This is my location now on. If you want detailed quality service. Go to this location.

I been going to there since they opened the location and I always hade a good experience until today, I recommend this place to my cousin and we went there but the person who was there was quite rude, he insulted us and for a moment I thought he was going to hit us!

I had the best experience here today.The guys were friendly and very knowledgeable. I could tell they enjoyed their job and working with each other. They gave me a oil change and showed me how to keep my car running smooth. I will go back for other services that my car needs. Very Happy. Highly reccomend.

The service here is fantastic. The workers have this synergy, it's like they're the dream team at a NASCAR Race, and they are really, really good.I have a difficult Audi but they handled it professionally. They walk you through all of recommended services for your vehicle (But not with the implications to buy, but to inform). Then inform you of what their doing and how, you can watch on camera.I highly recommend this Valvoline. The service was S Class, the workers are very clearly good at what they do, and enjoy it too, as well as each other's company. You will enjoy your time here, you car will run like a dream.Service: Oil change

I was very happy with my first time experience with Valvoline! I went in for an oil change and they were super friendly, professional, and quick with their service. When I left, my car drove so much better! I will definitely be using them again when it is time for another oil change.

This place was so great!! I've been here twice, every technician is so careful with my car, and I feel that I get the best service every time I go! It's a little bit more pricey than say Walmart, but you get what you pay for. They check everything, from the tire pressure to the air filter. I love this place and definitely recommend it.

Just wanted to update my previous review where I complimented the staff but complained a little about the price. I went here over the weekend for an oil change (loaded with a coupon this time :) ). The service was the best I think I've ever had at an oil change place. Everyone was friendly and professional, the work space was spotless and the team seemed to get along really well. Appropriate additional services were recommended without feeling pressured. I was in and out in no time. Very well-run shop.Service: Oil change

Do not ask them to rotate your tires.The staff struggled for almost 40 minutes to rotate my tires, before proclaiming they could not compete the service.They do good oil changes, but they can t handle changing tires.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I recently got an oil change at a different location in TN before a 500 mile trip. During the trip I realized something was wrong and every time I went over a bump, there was a scraping sound. I went to the nearest Valvoline location to see if they were able help. Alex, Nathan, and the crew on 5/13 were super nice and accommodating. The issue was not their responsibility, but they happily took a look and they were able to resolve this for me. I appreciate the great service at this location!
