Had a trailer wheel get lose and the wheel almost come off. I limped it in to US trailer Services. They diagnosed what i needed right away. I needed a new wheel, wheel hub and lugs. They repaired this promptly and the price was more than reasonable. Next time i have a problem near S Bend IN U S Truck and Trailer Services will be who I will call. I was very happy with their ser

Our driver had a forklift cause a large hole in the floor of the trailer. Driver contacted Bettcher's and they were able to get to him first thing the next morning. Floor was repaired quickly! Service and prices were great! Driver was back up and running before lunch. We would take our trucks or trailers back there for any repairs if we are in the area again. Five Star Service!

These people are awesome and I d like to share my personal experience. I m a Transportor and was loaded with three campers to head out west with and had an electrical issue pop up. My trailer lights went haywire and I had no trailer brakes. Not a good position to be in especially beings the load I had on me was a hot delivery. I had no clue where to go for repairs and googled truck and trailer repair shops and US Truck & Trailer popped up and I called them. They said come on now we will have a stall ready for you to pull in. They started immediately and were all over they trailer like spider monkeys. They identified all the problems I had and made the repairs. It blowed my mind the speed of service I received and the charge was more than fair.I can t honestly say I ve ever been treated this well at a service repair shop before.James Joe and the rest of the staff are awesome people to deal with, I don t hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs.Bobinger TransportChuck Bobinger

Called them for a no start on semi. They told me that they would be on it with in the hour. It took them 6 hours. They said pump failed. And they would tow it in shop for repair that day. They never got it that day the next day I went in the shop to speak with someone about it and answer was there busy. They left me hanging. I had the trunk towed to a different shop they had it running in 15 minutes. A wire was broken There a waste of time!!! Unexperienced!!!

Thank you guys you really did great job. My trailer has blown air bag which had to be replaced. Checked in 2 pm. And out 4 4p pm just 2.5 hrs. The price was affordable. Service quality was 10 out of 10. Recommended.

I would like to thank the entire team for helping me get back on the road with my Kenworth. Richard and the team was a great big help on finding the issue and fixing the problem in two days. NOT RECOMENDED. Had to replace a started on service call. Mechanic did not do its job completely and the truck broke down again after few 100 miles. Had to tow and get to another shop. They told me whoever changed the starter did not connect the wire from starter to altenator and altenator stopped working.I brought this to their attention and fighting for my refund ever since and they just pit meOn hold or tell me that they will call me back. NOT A RELAIBLE MECHANICS.

I had my truck towed on a Sunday from Southbend to Chicago. Chad the tow truck driver was fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. The price was fair and he showed up within 45 minutes of calling. Great place for heavy towing!!Service: Long distance haulingService: Long distance hauling

These guys should wear capes ! Customer service at its very best ! Couldnt recommend them enough ! Look this is very simple, if you want to be treated like a human being and get what you pay for plus be able to count on the quality of work then your looking in the right spot ! Showed up, got me hooked right up quick, easy, and fast. Got my home back to just north of Kankakee Illinois in the middle of the night. Was less than an hour wait at 2am, more than pleased. Decently priced too for the distance and time of night.

This shop is a gem amongst many. The honesty and integrity this shop's employees and management displayed; is beyond the normal. Many shops will sell goods and services even if they are not needed. NOT this one. They will do you right and honestly.

Had my condensor replaced within a week it went out again a screen wad rubbing it and they did not address it and cost me another 1000 bucks

Just got rip off by them they did a 20 dollar work for a 100 and still didn t fix the problem I still don t have trailer light and they got me out of a 100 this is a horrible place do not go

They are crooks horrible horrible horrible if you want to get robbed go there they will make you pay for unfinished work they have too big of attitudes and they don t finish work and they make you pay for it they charge me $100 and I didn t even finish the job this place is horrible I will never go here and that goes for everybody else
