We brought in our 2022 Newmar Dutch Star to have our 36k mile chassis service performed.The team was amazing to work with. They bent over backwards, were excellent with communications, completely professional and extremely friendly.I had brought up a concern we had about the side radiator fan gearbox & U-joints. This had been an issue with several other owners and thankfully the technicians verified that ours was failing. It added an extra day for service, but we feel fortunate to have addressed the problem before complete failure.Nice camping spots with 50amp service, water & dump station available. Excellent lounge with washer/dryers, restrooms and showers.

The customer service was great, for the most part. Had an issue with a second shift gal who was argumentative about certain issues we wanted addressed. The facilities are immaculate. Nice big recliners, free laundry and showers and a quiet room to catch a nap. The 2 gals who work day shift/first shift, Ashley and Cortney, were wonderful. Adam was helpful as well. Management was great and worked with us on the issues we needed addressed and overall, our 2 day visit was satisfactory.

The lack of communication between managers, front desk, mechanics to customers is ridiculous. Not only did I have to continuously call front desk at service department to let me know what was going on. Courtney put me on hold, left, never came back until someone else picked up. We waited 2 days at the hotel across the street as they double checked everything and they even suggested repairs outside of what was asked to do. Finally said we were okay to go and FAILED TO TIGHTEN ALL LUG NUTS ON PASSENGER SIDE WHEEL HUB! Did not want to take accountability when I called to let them know. Please if you come here, double check their work before you sign papers and leave the property. Mechanics claimed they did not touch the lugs but the truck did not arrive like that to begin with. The only way for all lug nuts to come loose is with a PSI power drill! It s the fact that the wheel could have come off on the highway and caused us our lives and an accident. I mean completely unprofessional and zero communication.

I ve been at this location several time both times as been a great experience Cortney service writer friendly and communication with me was excellent, Ryan Edward the tech that has work both times on my truck made sure I understood what the problem was and communicated with me as well. They got me in and out as quick as they could and pricing was reasonable as well I will continue to come here for service needs when I m in area and I ve also bought parts there also reasonable price !

Better place than most for repairs though it took longer than normal they were friendly. However should consider getting a new cleaning staff. They swear and complain the minute they come in up and down the halls. Then we re discussing that one of the dryers were broken or something and didn t bother to tell me. Had to figure it out after they left.

Came in with my truck derated and got me right in even though they were busy and found the problem and took care of it so that I could be on my way home. Very friendly, nice, clean place while waiting. Thank you Amal and Joe for taking such good care of me

I broke a drive shaft on I-80. Got the truck over to these guys. Gene in the driveshaft department went out of his way to help. 8hrs later i was on my way new driveshaft,brake chamber and rear end yoke! There lounge is also the best

Not impressed with the service center. Apparently they finished working on my truck on Friday but it needs a test drive. Here it is, the following Wednesday and still waiting on a test drive. Apparently mechanic moved on to the next truck and mine just sits out in the lot waiting. No one can tell me when they plan on doing it.

They did awesome job on my truck and had it all completed in 2 days instead of 5. Thank you. Everything went so much smoothly than my last facility i delt with. The front counter ladies were so nice and professional. They had a handle on everything thank you Ashley and Courtney. I was impressed by Ashley how she can multi-task and handle us truckers. Had a known problem with a power distribution module on my new RV. Adam was very helpful and was able to take me right in (vs. another Freightliner shop nearby who had a 1.5 week wait just to see me). They diagnosed the issue and determined that they needed to order the replacement part, which arrived the next morning. Was impressed that they had 8 brand new RV spots in the back that included power, water and a dump station so that I could stay in overnight. Would definitely recommend.

Pulled into the dealership with a pretty tight schedule and a few service items on the list to get done on the truck. The advisors took note of my schedule and we prioritized the work items. The next Morning, I had an estimate in my email, which I approved. They got all but the low priority items taken care of before my departure time.It was a great feeling for them to understand my schedule, work with me inside of the schedule, and do it with great customer service. I will definitely be back.Thank you again.

This is one of the best Freightliner I ve visit this is a very clean and new facility. The staff is very friendly we enjoyed ourselves. They gave us something to eat and coffee and cookies and very enjoyable place. Everyone is very nice I would recommend and come back again.

My rv was having transmission error codes and need a new heating core. They got it in right away and finished it in a reasonable time. Then, when I brought it home I noticed that there were missing screws on my dashboard and the dashboard was not properly put back together. So I had to take apart my whole dashboard and put it back together again while having to find the correct missing screws and purchase them. Managers responded to my phone call the next day and took care of our issues and said the mechanic was newer and will have a stern talk him. Also order a couple of parts from them and they were very helpful with that.

Courtney and Ashley the customer service reps at the service counter re-established my confidence in CS. They bend over backwards to make sure everyone is taken care of. For example RUNNING upstairs and around the parking lot to find a driver who s truck just became ready. Smiling and friendly when interacting with customers and other employees. Great Job. The way customer service was meant to be.

Ashley was amazimg if it was not for her i would have lost my mind on the business . they were given the ok to fix the truck and replace the CB radio i went ti the hitel the truck was di e in the sat nibody called to tell me then i get there monday morning and the cb was not even looked at then they said the closest cb radio was in Canada . Ashley saved my day got my truck back in i got the parts persinally for the cb �ext door to the truck center at the flying j and tjey are installing it now . once again if it was not dor Ashley i eould have lost it hard on somebody . Thank you Ashley your winderful

Had a few issues with my Cascadia, 2023 model. Previously had it at two other shops (i wont name) for a few days at a time, and at the Freight-liner in Abilene Texas for a week and got no where with no answers. Brought it to this truck center and these folks are awesome! They went above and beyond when it came to listening to me, diagnosing, and digging for the underlying issues. I wont go specifically into the problems, but they were quite tedious to figure out. Thanks to Bradley and Richard, the problems were figured out and corrected! Excellent technicians! There was another tech, but i dont remember her name, she was also a valuable asset in diagnosing the issues. Credit where credit is due! Ashley, Kathy, Courtney, Pete and Mrs. Sandy are very polite and very accommodating, also going above and beyond to help solve the issues! Thank you to all of you guys! Life savors to say the least!

Excellent shop!! DEF pump went bad in the middle of Chicago. Arrived in the morning to the shop and was out of there same day. The tech Alyssa did a great job and Cortney and Ashley were great at the service desk.

The service desk is great. I don't know about anybody else and the mechanic Flip is the best. If you're an owner/ Op. Don't come here!!!!!!It's for companies. They will finesse you with the waiting game and charge you for it. Owner op you been warned. If you need to rest and have days and week for spare go with them.

Ashley is super cool, I can't imagine answering emails and calls at the same time. She is as fast as a squirrel in a wheel. All issues are resolved in an instant. Thank you Ashley you are the best.

What a great company to work with. We call in to see if they could work us in for a Transmission Oil Service when the indicator light came on, which they did. Before we got there a MIL light came on exhaust system issue, they were able to diagnose and fix (getting part in a day earlier than expected). They also were able to fix our dash air conditioner while another dealer told us it would be hours to diagnose let alone fix.Everyone we dealt with were super people, kept us informed etc. Our Tech Richard went above and beyond when our Part came in early and we were around, he closed up coach and didn't even spill the water in the coffee cups in the sink.I would highly recommend this company to anyone and they are one of the finest we've came across in 7 years of RV'ing

2nd time here, had a excellent experience here about 2 months ago and decided to bring my truck in for some service again, drove about 200 miles. This time around there was a little miscommunication, I was unhappy with service performed, wish I remembered names but I spoke with the manager, he and his team went completely out of their way to set things right. Honestly went above and beyond, will definitely be back. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service. This will be the only shop I take my truck for service!! They took really good care of my truck. They didn t try to get over on me with the labor charge. Kept me informed the entire time I waited for part to be delivered! Thank you for such great work!!

Excellent Oasis RV experience. One of the best shops I ve ever been in. I appreciated the 50 amp electric and the RV sites are well separated from the trucks. Mitch Parish, manager set up my appointment, received me, set expectations and followed through as expected. The Oasis lounge is wonderful. Very clean like the rest of the shop and grounds. If this place had sewer and water hookups it would be 5 star.

This Service department is absolutely 5 stars. It is more costly labor rates than other places, but it has all amenities...shower, washer and all other things that are needed for Professional Truck driver.
