Love taking my car here for an oil change. I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra and avg. cost for my oil change is $45! They refill your washer fluid for you and take really good care of your tires, and doors. The guys here are great and quick at what they do. Even better, they have a little cafe attached, can grab a quick bite, drink or coffee while you wait!

Stop scrolling, this is the spot for an oil change in South Bend. I came here for a standard oil change and was really impressed. Very quick turnaround, non-pushy and friendly service, and a really great cafe where I waited for about 15 minutes. Not the typical sterile waiting room! Will be returning, thanks Tom s!

I love this place. I'm pretty weary of these places but they have always been honest with meUPDATE-----Years later Toms has more than proven to be the best place in the area for car service and a tasty cafe! One tech warned me about something wrong with my car and he couldn't fix it but referred me to a great shop here in South Bend who did fix it and we're honest. Honestly people, go here!!!!

Got an oil change. While waiting they checked tires, lights, cabin filter, and other things on the car. The one guy opened all the doors on car and sprayed inside the doors so won't rust. Was nice but sitting in the car the spray smell was a bit much for a minute. Quality work at a good price. My oil change was $49.99 and had option to buy a car wash at half off the price. I go to them to get my head lights replaced and they handle your vehical with care and with a friendly face.

I have never been so happy with an oil change. Staff are exceedingly polite and helpful. The price was more than fair and I got a deal on the car wash next store. The little cafe attached is the perfect place to relax with a coffee and snack. My oil change was barely 10 minutes! And they were thorough! Also, true story, I left my purse there. Was I worried? Nope. They said they would keep it safe, and they did. Honest, kind and hardworking staff are here! It was totally worth it to come back for my purse because I did get delicious soup and asandwhich on this trip. Look, trust me, don't sleep on this place! Go there. You will not be sorry. Thanks to Kevin and the sweet girls working there. The. Best.

Visited Toms car care this morning for an oil change, battery check and new wiper blades. All three were done very quickly but when I tired the blades before leaving, there were spots in the windshield that the blades would miss. I went back in and asked about fixing it. Turns out the blades were the wrong size and they didn t have the correct size. So the manager (or maybe owner) got in his car and went and bought the right size. When he came back, they replaced the blades and I was on my way. Wonderful group of people there. Thank you!Services: Battery, Oil change

Exceptional experience!! It's like they never want you to leave. I came for an oil change. Ended up with one of the world's best lattes. If I stayed for the car wash, I might have had a whole lunch. I think this is their intention. They know the longer a customer stays the more money they will spend. It's like they are kidnapping with consent. Definitely go here, the service is quick, it's a way more fun experience than going to a regular lube place

I was extremely impressed. I pulled right in and everyone was extremely friendly. I was super pleased that I could get my oil changed, have coffee, get my LP tank filled and car washed all at the same time.My only complaint is that they charge $25 for a tire rotation! I definitely won't be getting that service performed there again.

Always professional and polite. Friendly Dan has been changing oil on my cars for YEARS now! You can choose to wait in your car or go inside where there's coffee, eats, or sweets for sale. Good variety of Christian and other greeting cards.

Been taking my vehicles here for years!! Wouldn't trust anyone else. Always treated great, whether going through the car wash or getting the oil changed. Dan has always been honest with me, and Dennis makes time to say hi whenever I pop in.

Great place to get your oil changed. I used to go to drive and shine, not any longer. The guys here are friendly and take their time to make sure everything is done correctly and they don't miss a thing.

I've been going to Tom's for years. Not only is the staff friendly, but they are very honest and pay great attention to detail of your vehicle. If you need anything more than an oil change, they will let you know,and they are honest about the importance of services you may need. Of everyone there, Dan is the one my family,not just myself,but my husband and my mother, always look forward to seeing. He takes the time to know you and he remembers you. I've been there with so many different vehicles over the years,Dan remembers them all,and if there's anything you need ,that they can't do, Dan happily points you in the right direction to help keep you,your family and your vehicle safe and kept up to its best.And as far as pricing, where else can you go to get an oil change,all fluids topped off and air filter and lights or wipers changed quickly and efficiently,for under $80? I haven't found any other place yet. But after years of going to Tom's, they are also like family. They won't try to sell you something if you don't need it. And there's never any pressure.And lastly, where else is more than happy to always top off your oil or wiper fluid in between oil changes with no extra charge? There's no one else. It's not just me, but my family recommends Tom's for the best service ,oil change, anywhere.

I'd like to note that I do not typically post reviews. I've been bringing our cars here for years now because the service is fast, prices are reasonable, faces are always familiar, and while they offer the typical upsells of bulbs, wipers etc, they don't harass me.Today, during my oil change the techs noticed a failure in my subframe that was a ticking time bomb and would have led to a catastrophic failure while driving. I can't thank you enough for helping keep my family safe. Please extend my sincerest thanks to your team.

Always a great experience at Tom s Car Care, they get me in and out in a timely manner. They are always so friendly and helpful. Oliver is the best, he offered me services on my car that I didn t even know were offered at Tom s and got my car running in tip top shape. Highly recommend.

Today was my day for an oil change and car wash. Your guys are wonderfully helpful. They always make sure they know the details of my visit and check and double check to be sure all is done & done well. They check with me if decisions needed. And because they're so good at what they do, I don't have to spend the afternoon there. Since I'm planning a few road trips, I hit the road with confidence that all is well with my car.I recommend them to folks, and many are already linked to Tom's.Hooray for Tom's Car Care !

Very kind people and a nice place to wait for your vehicle. I have had headlights replaced twice however both times they have been installed incorrectly. I took it back the first time but the next I had a real service person correct them. I got what I paid for though.

What a genius idea! Drive your car in, let them know what you want, head inside and have a little breakfast or lunch. They'll let you know when your car is done and you can leave caffeinated and full. This was probably my best experience having car work done (and a car wash after!). I highly recommend making this your new spot for an oil change (and a coffee and some food to boot!).

Stopped by for lunch. They have a really good selection of specialty sandwiches with scratch made soups, salads and even deserts. I cannot speak to their oil change service, but it's harder to make a really good sandwich.

Love this local coffee shop! They have everything you could ever imagine for drinks, and the car wash is a good wash at a great price! Highly recommend

I've been going to Tom's for oil changes for years, they always try to upsell services, which I understand, it is a business after all and that's a part of making money AND I sometimes take advantage of the upsells. That's not the upsetting part. I went for just a regular ole oil change and the kid tries to upsell a coolant flush, no thanks, I'm on my lunch, maybe a different time. Here's the fun/1 star part.. next he tries to tell me I REALLY NEED my differential fluid replace on the rear, they say 60k miles it should be replaced, especially on a rear wheel drive car like mine. I stop him and say, " Oh, this is front wheel drive" he says, "no, you have a rear wheel drive vehicle." I respond, "nooo, this is front wheel drive. I have 4x4 that I can turn on and off, which I rarely use, but when it's off it's front wheel." and then he STILL is debating with me about how my car drives. He goes on to say that when the 4x4 is off it reverts to rear wheel, and then explains what the differential fluid does, etc. I calmly say, well, since I rarely use my 4x4, and my car is front wheel drive, I'm going to pass. With a response from him, " your vehicle is rear wheel drive, but that's totally ok for you to pass. Maybe next time"There will never be a next time. I have lost all faith that these "service" guys know what they are doing.1. Don't argue with someone about their own car. I've had my car for nearly 4 years, I know how it drives.2. Being that adamant about being wrong is unsettling. Now I do not trust that they know what they are doing or what they say.This is very unfortunate because they were very convenient for me but now to find someone trustworthy that won't argue about MY car.Service: Oil change
