Took my car in shortly after open on a Friday morning for a quote, and was prepared to come back another day to get it done. I was shocked when the owner himself helped me pick out the best option for my vehicle and for giving me a ride home while they worked! Whole experience took less than a day and I m more than happy with the product and how it came out

A longform timeline of my experience with this shop is below, but some short bullets for those who don't want to read:-This shop is not pleasant to deal with if something is actually wrong with the work they did.-The lifetime warranty on tint (Maintain Adhesion without blistering, bubbling, or delaminating from the glass) is at their own discretion "Tint is meant to be looked through, not at. We'd love to be perfect but if a job is 90% there we call it good."-Hope you're lucky that the job goes right the first time, because it will take a month-long runaround to try to get it corrected.1-27-24I dropped my car off to have all of the windows tinted that day. After I picked it back up, I noticed that the windshield and front driver's window tint had scratches in them from the install. I called the shop and let them know that I was on my way back for them to take a look. When I got there, they initially didn't want to even look at it. I finally got Geza to come out and look, but while walking there I was told "I'll look but I'm gonna tell you the same thing I tell everybody, you gotta wait 2 weeks for it to cure out." If it was trapped moisture I'd agree, but these were legit scratches you could see and feel. After seeing them with his own eyes Geza told me I had to come back in two weeks, and mentioned I have a lifetime warranty on the tint that would cover everything. At this point I also mentioned a small gouge in my paint that I believed the shop may have accidentally done. He immediately got defensive and offered to send me the video of my install to watch. The video never came.2-10-24The two weeks had passed so I took my car back first thing that Saturday. While discussing the scratched portions of tint, I also mentioned that I found an inch long bubble in my front passenger window too. Geza rolled his eyes and told me "Tint is meant to be looked through, not at. We'd love to be perfect but if a job is 90% there we call it good. Scratches are unacceptable though." Since I wasn't a fan of how the windshield tint was behaving I negotiated for them to just remove that and not replace it, but to replace the tint on my front two windows. I asked if they were going to be able to do this sometime today and was told I'd need to schedule it out. I chose one week out for first thing the following Saturday.2-17-24I arrive for my 9:00am appointment and was chided for being a couple minutes late to drop the car off. After actually looking at my appointment in the system, I was told that they actually didn't have any of the tint on hand that they'd need to do the job, and that I'd have to reschedule for a later date. I was told that if I did 9:00am the following Friday I'd be the first job of the day and they'd get me in and out while I waited.2-23-24I arrive for my 9:00am appointment and the car goes back into the shop. Around 10:30am I asked for an update on how much longer it was going to be and was told about a half hour more. A bit past 11:00am my car comes around and I'm told I'm good to go. Sitting down in it I realized that contrary to the work we agreed upon, they replaced the windshield and front driver, and didn't touch the front passenger. I went back inside and told Geza, and he admitted it was their screw up and apologized. He asked what they could do and at that point I had been at the shop enough times that I just wanted a partial refund for my front passenger window and I'd be on my way. Geza said that as a company they don't do refunds, only store credit, but if I would wait a half hour more they'd pull the windshield tint off and replace the tint on the front passenger window. I accepted this. While waiting, Geza walked over with a receipt from their system and a $100 cash refund and another apology. Around 11:50am I was finally on my way with the proper work completed. The front two windows have some bubbles at the bottom but I don't have any desire to go back and deal with this shop any more than I already have.

Took my 2018 RAM there for new radio as old went nuts. They did a great job and also tinted my front windows a lighter tint. I would recommend these guys for many of your needs and would not hesitate to go there again. Thanks for job well done.

Great experience at this location. No up sales, just info. Priced fair for work and tint quality used. Will return to get other things tinted in the future. Dropped mine off at 9 and was done by 1130.

So happy I chose Tint World to tint my vehicle. The owner is super friendly and great at what he does. My car was done within three hours and was a super easy process! I love the end result!

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with TINT WORLD. Not only did they fail to honor my appointment, but when they finally did get around to my vehicle, they created errors that they flat-out refused to rectify. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to work with me to fix the mess they made was beyond frustrating. Additionally, their prices are a whopping 10% higher than competitors just down the road. Save yourself the headache and do some thorough research before considering this establishment.

Shaun Ciferri tinted my car and he did an amazing job, he went above and beyond to get all of the bubbles out and give every nook and cranny the attention it deserves. He has soft hands, amazing. I love how dark my windows are.

If Michelin gave out stars in car audio installation Tint World would be a top three star award winner. Their level a professionalism, service and installation is second to none.I would recommend tint world for all your car audio needs. No matter how big or how small your project is, they will ensure that it meets the very high quality standards that they've already set for themselves.Tint world insured that the installation was not only clean and invisible but also ensured that my satisfaction bar was set above the best of the best.

Got a remote start for my Hyundai. Geza got me in on Saturday. A few hiccups, but him and his team had great customer service and resolved things quickly. Overall, I am happy with my whole experience

This place rocks. I read the reviews and my experience was exactly in line with the others. Family owned, incredible customer service. They called me right back and talked me through my tint options with no pressure to up sell, just the facts. Gave me a lift to my job as my car got tinted and called to pick me up. Professional, customer service, responsive, great pricing, and the tinting was expertly done. Have already recommended to co-workers.

What a great group of people the father that owns the place (Geza) and his Four Sons were there and I got the opportunity to meet a couple of them as well, how delightful each of them were and accommodating to my questions about their business. It is very impressive what has happened in the world of tinting in terms of opportunities and options available including their outstanding music systems for installation.Even his youngest son Mason, was really a joy to chat with possibly being the least knowledgeable about things he seemed so competent and interested in his summer vacation from school spending it with his family at the shop.Going past that, the owner gave me a Tint World pen that I am using this very moment to send this review. Of course they're not going to give me some cheap knockoff pen they gave me an actual pen with a stylus so that I could feel like I'm living in 2023 and utilizing state-of-the-art everything.There's nothing that I wouldn't do for these people they are really top of the line and the electrical problem I had with my car was ameliorated with great haste.I will always have something good to say and a warm place in my heart for these people. I had to drive a great distance to get there because nobody within a 50 mile radius of my house had any time for me.These guys stepped up to the plate and knocked the ball out of the park so I have nothing but love for for THIS company

I decided to give Tint World a try since Z_____ wouldn't respond to cost requests on their site. Tint World costs were competitive, and they completed my request (front door windows and visor strip) to my satisfaction. Not only do I have higher rated UV protection, but my F-150 looks great.

Love this family business - great group of people. Also loved that they were able to help me w an unusual fix to my old Viper remote start receiver which had a couple broken wires after being bent back & forth one too many times w a recent windshield replacement. Their remote start & install tech. has some amazing skills & a willingness to think outside the box & investigate & figure out how to help. He nailed the problem within a short time, was able to find a match & not only got our receiver back up & working, but also fixed another issue while he was at it (& got it all back together even better than it had been before). Thank you 'Tint World', in South Bend off of Auten Rd (where Family Video used to be). You guys rock! I'll be spreading the word. Not only did you make my day today, save me money, time & hassle, but you also put a nice smile on my hubby's face (when I was able to tell him that everything was working again). Thank you!

Brought my 2019 Dodge Durango in for window tint on the 2 front side windows. Ended up adding the visor strip as well. Love the look!Geza was very courteous and answered all of our questions.I think we will bring it back for a detail soon!

2022 Jeep Gladiator, had new speakers installed in dash, knee speakers and overhead sound bar speakers replaced and a subwoofer mounted under seat and a 4 channel amp. Very clean installation and love the new sound.
