The young lady that work on Saturday night was rude and disrespectful. There was a few customers who paid for gas and couldn t get it because of the pumps. The lady told them they will have to pay again and when asked about the money they already paid, she told them to get out the store. I never had a bad experience with Speedway until now. The sad part is the general manager had came in that night and she was unprofessional as well. She didn t fix the situation but was mad because the young lady called her and said she quit. She don t need to be a general manager and the young lady don t need to be employed there.

If it were possible to give less then 1 star, this place would be the first candidate! First off, with the exception of one or two the employees here are extremely rude and couldn't care less about their customers. Furthermore, the store is disgusting! The bathroom stink. The men's room is covered in vulgar graffiti, as is the women's according to my wife. Today I stopped in because I was in a hurry and didn't have time to go anywhere else. I was so disgusted I didn't even buy what I went in for! The shelves were FILTHY. But even worse, I could see the black mold through the glass doors in the coolers! Since that caught my eye I looked around and THERE WAS BLACK MOLD THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE REFRIGERATED SECTION. AND I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO OPEN THE DOORS TO SEE IT! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! IT'S NOT SAFE!

I work overnight with not a lot of food options every time I come to this Speedway everything is stocked warm and ready to go Thanks to Noah better then the speedway a few blocks away

The manager was not helpful what so ever. She was rude and would not give me her name and she hung up the phone. She claimed I was arguing with her when I was trying to understand where our money went and why we had to call their customer service for help when it was their system that had an error. Our money was not returned to us nor were we given any gas. When I called the "corporate number" they explained what happened with the situation and told us it could be 10+ days until we see it again. Nobody investigated the poor customer service nor figured out a solution. Gas is extremely expensive now and for the company to be this careless of customers is absolutely ridiculous. I have ran two of my own stores before and I have never seen that bad of customer support. There should not be a manger running a store that can not take the time to handle customer complaints/concerns. We showed her the money was pulled from their company (proof). She still said there is nothing she can do and when I called she hung up when I still had questions. Extremely unprofessional. This manager was the MOD at 1:40pm on 07/20/2022. I hope someone in the company takes this serious after reviewing.

I love speedway, getting to use my amassed points card is delightful. I've gotten some many free items or good discounts simply from shopping there. The store is clean generally and I have never had a bad experience with the staff. Keep up the good work

As gas station go, this was a great spot to stop during a long road trip. The gas prices were competitive to the other options around it and the restrooms were clean as well. Inside you have a lot of options for drinks and snacks you want to buy as well as a good selection of tobacco products. Not bad place to stop and rest up at all. They also have some hot food options as well.

Just moved here from Wisconsin and I was just tickled pink finding a Speedway!! I am a rewards member and I accumulate a LOT, and love being able to get store gift cards with my points along with all the other freebies. I'm a lifer for sure!!

Don t get a car wash here. When I went to get a car wash afterwards I noticed that the whole drivers side was scratched!! With a ton of little scratches all over! Don t go to the car wash ever. I tried to take pictures but their was too much of a reflection to get a good picture.

Just moved in down the road from speedway so this is now my "home gas station" and I couldn't be happier! They have theee besttt iced coffee in the WORLD. If you're a speedy rewards customer, they give lots of points for almost EVERYTHING you buy! And you can pay for things with those points, I don't think I've had to buy a cup of coffee in a month! Amazing staff, helpful and genuine. Not rude... Love this gas station.

this place has gone to hell, for months now you can't count on to have products ready! Nothing on the grilling rollers and hot items at various times of the day. Over a year later it's the same damn issue over and over!

I'm a regular here and they always have coffee made & competitive gas prices. Staff is usually pleasant as well. The fact they have a public restroom & it's decent definately gives them a 5 !!

I go here at least once a week to get a fountain pop. Their fountain pops are always great, but it is always dirty in there, and there is always a crazy line. There is only ever one employee on a register and 2-4 other employees walking around or outside smoking. If employees have time to talk to friends and smoke they should have time to clean that filthy store up.

Usually nice staff and good rewards program! Unfortunately, they are usually at the higher end of the spectrum as far as gas goes... Will continue to shop there.

They have great staff, although I have to say after reading some of the comments.. If you are unhappy with the staff, don't blame the workers I work for uber and see what some of the faithful staff have to put up with. Rude customers, snippy give it to me now people who tend to think they are better then most of those working. The workers are over worked, under paid and hardly respected. They tend to be short staffed, yet people do not seem to appreciate that they are working doubles and not home with family, kids friends on weekends or holidays.So when someone is hired and are treated badly they tend to be standoffish or in bad moods.When it comes to some of the stores being closed from 1 to 4 am its not just students who caused it, it is closed so some of the work can actually get done. When you have one worker and a ton of work that needs done, you can not run the register and clean/stock.The stores are trying to get good people but the company has made it clear that both the manager and those working are on their own. So contact the corporate office and let them in know that those working for them should be treated better so they name Speedway is actually speedy with people who enjoy working there..FYI, I have noticed here lately that the gas price shown is not the actual price.. they tend to lower it at the pump, before lowering it on the signs..Also for those who drink coffee or fountain drinks.. Heads up.. for the time being for every 7 drinks you get ten cents off your gas and uou can go as low as .9 cents a gallon.. I am down to 1.60 off and now that they have hot apple cider for fall, it won't be long until I am ready to fill up my tank for close to nothing! So if you do not have an speedy rewards card make sure that you get one..

Dint like the fact they sold most of the stores..Have to drive to other side of town to buy my smokes..GI to new places and inventory????Out if everything..Opening this place and looks like be closing it soon.Oh and prices??? This isnt California Nevada... To expensive in everything..Pay .50 more for there brand if chips... Lays chjps are cheapest

Went to get a cup of coffee and all of the coffee pots were empty so I opted for hot tea but the water wasn't even warm enough to brew tea. So I tried to politely inform the cashier about the coffee and hot water she snapped back and said "yeah we know. Been out since last night" instead of terrable service why dont you just put up a little out of order sign and save your customers the trouble

I really hate I had to give this location even 1 star. .. 3:12 pm and absolutely nothing on the roller grill, no coffee, and no customers (wich is a bad sign anywhere) and the lady is just standing there looking at me. Not that I require it, I have grown accustomed to hearing the cashier or other employees speaking to you when you enter. I said hello to this woman and she had no reply, I gladly put all of my items back and she watched me walk out and get into my van. I guess that would be fine if the store wasn't filthy, do some work, do your job. This location has lost a very faithful customer... I drove to the speedway down the street and the ladies were great.

They have sugar free Capachieno! And they are so tasty. A girl has to watch out for that carbohydrates to stay healthy. And most of the time their gas prices are lower than other stations.

I want to love Speedway. I want to give 5 stars. I also want to have coffee cream in the dispenser when i come in to make coffee for my daughter and myself. 5 days a week. For the last 2 years.

Watch a Notre Dame football and or Basketball game or Baseball them come to Speedway to fill up on gasoline food and soft drinks. Your wallet will also remain full. This is a hidden gem. They provide high quality gasolone and very competitive prices in a clean well lit and customer friendly environment. The pumps are easy to read pump rspaidly and are well maintained. The convince store has a tremendous selection of snacks soft drinks and automobile care products. The staff is very curtious knowledgeable and quick. The store is clean organized and stocked adequately. The restrooms are sanitary clean and produce plenty of clean hot water with a plentiful amount of hand soap. The pumping area is spacious and easy to maneuver inAttend!!!

This store is changing to 7 Eleven. I love the staff and the larger size gas station store. Good gas prices too.

Due to location near ND and in basically the middle of South Bend, it can get busy here leading to long wait times. Depending on your direction when you're leaving, it can be tricky to navigate since you can only exit in a couple directions out. If I'm not in rush hour or lunch hour (or during ND sports/events) I come here often when needed.

Friendly workers and the shake machine is great for low income moms that want to get there kids a treat but dont have much cash as you have a big selection like mint chip or peanut butter cup shake and it can be bought with food stamps it a lil pricy 2.99 but well worth the happiness of the children

I love their any size fountain drink for a dollar deal. ( Though the Cleveland Rd location never has Pepsi or Mt Dew. )

Very nice place to go to get gas snacks or soft drinks some of the staff are rude or act like they just don't want to be there but otherwise convenient.

Great service, gas prices always one of the lowest around, could use a cleansing once in awhile. Always people in and out of there and they have a rewards program.
