I need some help in a emergency situation. My bumper got pulled away and I was getting ready to leave out of town! I drove into his shop for help, and he was great and professional!!! He fixed my bumper so I could make my trip. Thank you for the help, much appreciated. I will recommend him to my friends and others I know!

Wes fixed a handful of dents in my car, looks great and reasonable priced. They even took care of some minor scratches related to the dents. Highly recommend based on my visit.

Let's be honest - dealing with car repairs is rarely anyone's idea of an enjoyable experience - but South Bend Dent Company totally flips the script! From the moment I contacted Wes about a dent in my hood to the moment I drove out of his repair garage, I was treated with nothing but kindness and professionalism. Not to mention, he did a beautiful job on repairing the dent. It was on a crease on the hood so I was unsure it could be properly fixed... but now it looks like it never happened! His pricing was reasonable and the turnaround time was super fast. I will be using SBDC for all future repairs and will be recommending Wes to family and friends as well! Great, locally owned business! You won't be disappointed!

My brand new vehicle was in the middle of a hail storm shortly after purchasing it. To say I was devastated was an understatement! We chose the South Bend Dent Company based on reviews as well as recommendations from a neighbor and his daughter. We were thoroughly impressed! My vehicle looked just like it did the day we drove it off the dealerships lot! You can t tell it ever had hail damage! I also can t say enough about the customer service! Wes was amazing to work with!

Wes is probably the most honest and caring business owner I've had the pleasure to work with. He wasn't able to completely remove a really nasty dent in the cars body line- so he said he wouldn't charge me! Even after I told him I wanted to pay him something for his time and effort. I definitely would recommend South Bend Dent company, it's refreshing to see an owner that truly cares about his customers and taking care of them!Thanks again Wes!

Wes did an awesome job fixing two of my dents on the left side of my Subaru Outback. I really didn't think it would be possible to fix it but he made it looking brand new! He's a great honest guy and I can tell He wants to do everything He can to make your car look even better!

It was an absolute pleasure meeting Wes, who was nothing but kind, honest and helpful.I put a dent on my trunk after backing into a fire hydrant. Wes responded to my email in less than 24 hours and was willing to have me come in for a check up even though my dent didn't seem like it could be repaired with PDR. Wes was very helpful in suggesting affordable replacement options for my trunk lid. On top of that, he spent an hour+ helping me to replace my new trunk lid, all free of charge.He is very kind and helpful person and you certainly won't regret taking your car to him.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. When I first called about a dent in my car, Wes was friendly and very informative. Making the appointment was easy as he was accommodating and flexible. I received texts confirming my appointment as well as a reminder. There was wonderful communication not only prior to my appointment, but during as well to update me on his progress. His work was impeccable! It is impossible to detect where the dent was located. I would highly recommend his service!

Worked with Wes to fix a 5-6 inch long dent in the rear quarter panel of my Mustang. He was upfront about the complexity of the dent itself and complexity of the location. It was about a day and a half but the dent is completely gone! I hadn't scratched the paint with the dent and there are no blemishes or anything that I can see from the repair that Wes had done for me. It looks stellar, like brand new!

Incredibly happy with the work I had done. Wes is a great guy, very upfront and kept an open line of communication with me while he worked on my car. On top of that all, the car looked brand new when he was finished. Highly, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend if you ever have dents in your vehicle you need fixed.

If you have dents, don't shop around, just bring the vehicle here and you will be extremely happy you did ! ! !First and foremost, this company will help fight to get your insurance company to pay for what you are owed. Wes went to bat for us on 2 vehicles and in our case got them to increase the payment amounts dramatically.Second, the workmanship is nothing short of incredible. Wes has literally made our 2019 Outlander look brand new again. And in the process managed to eliminate some annoying squeaks that were there since it was new. I was skeptical but literally the exterior surface is so smooth now the car looks so good. I don't know anything about the process, but I think he may have actually made the surface smother than it was new.Third and final, Wes is a super great person to deal with, honest, and fair. Can't say enough good things about this shop.Do yourself a solid and drive straight to South Bend Dent Company . . . Absolutely the best around ! ! !

Wes is very professional, kind, prompt, and trustworthy. He definitely has excellent customer service skills, and he does an amazing job removing dents. My Lexus suv sustained hail damage on father day weekend. He ensued me that he would be able to dedicate his time solely on my vehicle, prior to accepting the job. He negotiated the cost with my insurance company and delivered on his promise, he finished the job within a week. I am still pleased with the outcome, Wes followed up with me several time to ensure customer satisfaction. He s is truly a lovely man of great faith, he is fair and reasonably priced. His customer service and work is very impressive 10/10. SouthBend Dent Company provides there customers with a Disney experience. I would Highly recommend this company, Wes restore my vehicle as if it just came off the showroom floor. Please call South Bend Dent Company for your dent repair!!

I went in for a quote and Wes not only worked with me around his busy schedule, but made me feel at home when I came in for a quote. He took his time and explained what he was going to do, and I feel he gave me a fair and honest quote for the work that needs to be done. I HIGHLY recommend South Bend Dent Company!

Wes did an incredible job fixing a dent on my 4 series BMW left from a shopping cart hitting it. He was quick getting me in for an estimate and despite his busy schedule, he gave me and my car his full, undivided attention and gave me a reasonable price. Setting up a date to get it worked on was painless and he was even flexible when I needed to change the date. I trusted Wes because he was extremely personable and made sure I knew he was going to treat my car with respect and care. And he did just that. I dropped the car off in the morning and he gave me updates throughout the day with how it was going. After picking it up, the craftsmanship was incredible and it was back to like-new condition. I hope I never need dent repair again, but I know if I do I can trust Wes and South Bend Dent Company to be fair and produce great quality work.

My wife ran into our trash dumpster and made 3 dents in our less than 2 month old new Ford Ranger. Needless to say, my jaw about hit the floor when I saw the damage. After getting body shop quotes to repair the entire fender well over $1,000, a friend recommended Wes and I figured I would try him out. Wes checked it out and was totally up front with me. One of the dents was on a body line and he said that one may not turn out perfect because of that. I decided to use Wes and that turned out to be a great decision. Not only did it save us several hundred dollars, the repair was perfect. Wes (the perfectionist) even pointed out a slight bump on the repair, which I couldn t even distinguish. Before going to the body shop , definitely swing by and let Wes check it out first. Overall my wife and I are extremely happy we found Wes and would recommend to anyone.

Wes did an excellent job (110%) reparing the dent in the side of our new van!Waited in line 8 months for our new van to arrive at the dealer and on day 2 of owning it our kids fell into the side of it while racing to the front seat!Wes probably saved my kids lives (jk)!Thanks Wes!

Hands down! The best paint less dent removal around South Bend. From the time I called to schedule a time to come in all the way up till it was time to pay, Wes was professional and very knowledgeable with the work that needed to be done. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He even checked in on me a couple of days after the work was done to see if I was happy with the results. I was more than happy. I will be coming back if I have any other dents. I will recommend to my family and friends Wes because the experience was topnotch. You would be cheating yourself by going somewhere else. Wes is the best!!!

This is the best paint-less dent repair shop in the surrounding and local area! Wes is a very respectful and honest man. He will let you know upfront what he will have to work with and what it s gonna take to fix. Being an automotive enthusiast i m very skeptical when it comes to bringing my vehicle to a body shop, Not knowing if they are gonna take a month longer then said or just not a quality done job. But I knew my truck was in good hands with Wes. Without a doubt I will be taking my vehicles back whenever another accident happens.

A hailstorm damaged our Mercedes SUV during a spurious thunderstorm on Father's Day weekend. South Bend Dent Company was able to get an estimate for my insurance company very quickly, and we scheduled our repair a few weeks later. Afterward, we are very pleased with the repairs and felt very comfortable while working with Wes. We will certainly return to him with other dent repairs in the future.

This company is great, they did a awesome job very detailed on explanation the process as well. Perfect finished product can't even tell there was anything wrong, we had a door dent which caused a crease right in the body line of our Range Rover, which many places tell us the are difficult to work on.

I took my car to Wes early in 2021. He was so knowledgeable, professional and respectful. He was honest about the fact that my issue probably wasn't a good fit for his service and he made a recommendation of another business that might be a better fit. He answered emails after hours and even followed up with me, in spite of the fact that he wasn't going to do the work on my car. Great experience.

Wes did an AMAZING job. I can not begin to explain how happy I am. First off, he was able to come to my office and do the work from our parking lot. That is huge considering what we are all going through with Covid.Secondly, the work itself was flawless. He removed all of my dents to the point that they look as if they never existed. He was so attention to detail it blows my mind. I could not be happier. I HIGHLY recommend using South Bend dent. They are flexible, the prices are very reasonable, and Wes is a very nice person to work with.5 STARS ALL AROUND! Thank you Wes!
