Not too friendly all the time , ALWAYS WORK WITH JEFF if possible he s at least Is trying. Don t expect to walk away with anything special. Let s be real it s an auto body shop that can also sell a few cars on the side .BUT they will work with people wanting a A2B car a second chance dealership willing to work with people with no credit .

Decent price and very friendly. I was originally taking my car to another muffler shop but when I called Smitty's to get a quote the man on the phone was very polite so I decided to go there instead! Both men at the front desk were equally as nice! Highly recommend.

I've never had work done but I have been interested in there buy here pay here pre-used lot.They have decent cars. They allow you to put $300-$500 down and then weekly payments of around $60.

Maloney is he most crazies person they have there but he is the best sales person on the team. He ensured that I was getting the best of care and that no one was taking advantage of my little knowledge of cars and business. I recommend going here for your next car!

I love these men! My security system went down in my car. I needed a new ignition switch. This required removing my steering column to install. I had my car back the next morning! Then, when I purchased a new (used) vehicle, there was a exhaust leak coming from within my engine. This was a part that you could not purchase (that's how old my car is!) at the junk yard, auto parts store or the dealer! We called Smitty's to see if they could repair it. They scheduled an appointment & my car was repaired in less than 1/2 an hour! What I love the most is they don't sugar coat anything. If they cant fix it, they tell you, if its gonna be a timely repair...you'll know right from the beginning. They are honest. The problem with some people is they can't take honesty! :-) To all the people who work at Smitty's: Thanks for all you've done for me & my family! God Bless you all!

My exhaust was making a noise and they welded a small piece in, no more noise. I highly recommend them!

My car was running badly due to an exhaust leak. Smitty's welded a new piece into my existing exhaust pipe and replaced my Muffler very quickly and at a very reasonable price. First time customer. Will return and recommend.

nice people in the office. malone and jeff don't deal with no one but them the other guy always mean and don't allow jeff or malone to do thier job.price are cheep just the owner don't has customer service skills like jeff or the malone guy. i stop going in to pay i just call in my car payments to avoid the owner rude selfwasn't for the owner i will gave 5 stars

I have used Smittys thru quite a few vehicles. If they don't have the ability to fix something, they will let you know. Guys are great to work with and usually do a great job for me.

I just got an oil change and a used tire put on my car from Smitty's. That was around 4:30 pm. It's 7:32 pm and not only is the tire flat, but they cross threaded one of the lug nuts. The bolt had to be sheared to get the tire off. As if that wasn't enough, I suddenly have an oil leak. They will never see my business ever again and I'll be sure to warn others against this chop shop.

I called Thur for an oil change, the person who answered set me up for Fri at 11 am. He did not take my name so I called back to give it to him for this appt. I arrived on time, the same person who answered my call was at the desk, he told me it will b a while because they were back ed up. I asked myself if I could come back later when its less busy, he took my number, I had my phone by me all this day waiting for a call. I decided on Sat. to go to Wal-Mart. It worked out great and was three dollars cheaper. I wanted to go to Smittts because its 5 min away from my house. Ended up 15 minutes to Wal-Mart.

I'm a black young lady who delivers pizza I went to smitty's for a car and the drunk car sale man that smells like a old drunk denied me a car because I work delivering pizza.I hope other ppl will speak up like me.The two office guys are sweethearts but wait to the drunk come out from the back u gonna say w.t.f!!!When you ask for the owner he no help but owns the company.I'm reaching out to BMW and ACLU and better business

Well need my resonator replaced and called them and they told me to b at their shop the next day b4 9 so they could look at it...took the day off work and was there b4 9. Guy told me he could not look at it or fit me in b/c he had someone call off...not happy at all!!
