Shout out to Brandon! He is one of the dealers you just don t find! Honest and genuine! Sold me my first Tesla and it was absolutely an amazing experience! He let me make sure I wanted this car didn t rush me into the buying experience, let me test drive it as long as I wanted and let ME make the buying decision. Priced more than fair compared to all other dealers near and far! Won t be my last car from here and now the entire family is going to be coming here. The man sells truly great cars! You won t be dissatisfied! Thank you Brandon look forward to the next purchase!

Smith's Automotive in South Bend, Indiana is a great place to go for all of your car needs. Brandon is friendly and courteous, and he is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that his customers are satisfied.We bought a 2015 Chevy Cruz LTZ from Brandon a few weeks ago. During the entire purchasing process, he made sure to explain everything clearly so that there would be no surprises. This was all done in a timely manner and got us into the car in a few hours.Brandon paid for new tires on the car as part of the sale. But then we discovered after we got the car home that the antenna mast and trunk mat were missing. He is taking care of those items for us. He also paid for the replacement of the headlamp bulbs and the repair of a small coolant leak we discovered a week later.I would highly recommend Smith's Automotive to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy car dealership. Brandon is friendly and courteous, and is committed to providing his customers with the best possible service.

I recently purchased a Range Rover from Brandon at Smith Automotive! I appreciate the help from him with getting a vehicle I always wanted. The process was quick and paperwork minimal! There were a few things I asked for on the truck and he made sure to take care of everything. I highly recommend them!

I live an hour and 30 minutes away from the dealership we were able to make stuff happen over the phone and get the deal I want When we got there the guy treated us with respect and let us look at the car without bothering us definitely recommend for your next vehicle purchase

From the moment I reached out with an inquiry, Brandon was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. His attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled - going above and beyond in every aspect. As an out of state buyer, Brandon did his due diligence to ensure all the proper paperwork for both states was completed correctly. I had the most amazing experience at Smith Automotive. Brandon went above and beyond to meet all of my needs for the car I desired with low miles and the perfect color! (All within a matter of days!) Buying a car can be stressful and hectic but Smith Automotive made the experience enjoyable!

should of known better, vehicle showed on car fax no accidents .there were dents but I can understand not being reported. 3 of the four were minor . Drove car for 2 days to say the least major electrical issues horn wipers went off couldnt turn off the car . towed to mechanic water damage to electrical not flood damage . van will take 2k to repair. I do understand bought as is , just got screwed on that . To top it off no tittle after 45 days , and Indianapolis and local branch showed me no new title applications filed since purchasing vehicle in Feb. so cant scrap the vehicle will probably get tickets for expired plate , tried asking for 15 day plate he just rambled on till I cussed .

Everything that you would expect out of a shady used car dealership. Dealership ran an ad for a truck that they did not have in their possession. During the last actual telephone call that I had with Brandon, I explained that I would not need financing. I guess that was a mistake, as the telephone calls stopped and the text messages started. Brandon began making excuse after excuse as to why he couldn't show the truck. Eventually he setup an appointment, only to cancel after I drove an hour to get to his junk yard. Said he needed more time to get truck to lot, that he would give me a deal. Brandon stopped responding after the "I'll you a deal" text. Brandon seemed to be more interested in obtaining my personal information than selling me a truck. Very strange behavior, as cash used to be king. I guess financing is king these days? Stereotypical used car salesman - Deceit, lies, waste of time, oxygen and gas. Brandon likely did me a favor by blowing me off. I can only imagine the junk that he would of tried to pawn off on me. Save your time and gas money. Nothing but bad news awaits you at Smith Automotive.

Brandon is amazing! I noticed my car was making a "shaking" feeling in the steering wheel, he had his mechanic come look at it right away and was fixed within the same week. The BEST customer service I have ever experienced in car sales/business. The owner is very trustworthy and guarantees 100% customer satisfaction! I highly recommend Smith Automotive for any car purchases and/or services! :)

Much appreciated!Fantastic experience! Very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable! I was in quite a difficult scenario and we were able to make a deal work.
