Daniel, Shrader Tire & Oil is damn lucky to have you as an employee. Superb customer service from any maintenance professional I ve ever encountered. Worked quick, worked damn hard and got us back on the road quickly. It was an honor watching you do your thing. Impressive to say the least. Place is mess they said for oil change labor fee is for three hours and $125 an hour! LOL who pay for oil change for that expensive for three hours of work! It takes an hour to change oil.

Awesome company with service reps who hustle to get you moving again. Shrader tire sent their tech Daniel out to change my triples truck tire on the Indiana tollway near Elkhart recently. Daniel, arrived on time and literally was running back and forth between his service truck and mine to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Never seen anyone display so much hustle at two in the morning. The best road service I've experienced in 9 years of truck driving. Thanks Shrader and thank you Daniel.

I really needed a patch on a tire for my F-150. I had called 7 (yes, SEVEN) places to see if they could fit me in that day with no success. Shrader s has the nicest people whether it s on the phone or in person. They told me to come in whenever I had time, were professional and quick! They seem to work on anything.

Scheduled roadside with them. Never showed up. Made an excuse about how they left their wallet and had to turn back around and told 45 minutes out. Completely unprofessional.

I want to thank the entire team at the South Bend location for resolving my problem to complete satisfaction. We had a tough problem today and the team stuck with it and worked it too resolution and I am very grateful.

Service isn't dead at least not here at Shrader Tire. Got to the problem and resolved it which was the valve stem extenders on the dual rear tires. Good feeling when things are do e right and with cate to the detail needed.Thanks guys!

I drive for Partners Haulage . I had a tire repair done on December tenth at the South Bend location . The Repair was done promptly and I was back on the road . The Repair Tech and Manager were very friendly and professional. I recommend the services .

I needed urgent service on my RV for a tire I couldn t get a pressure read on. The staff and technicians here got me right in and right out. Very friendly and knowledgeable. When it s time for new tires or some general maintenance, they ll be my first call. Thank you for the great service!

Guys done a great job of getting me in with loaded trailer to replace my inside drive tire. Very reasonably priced and was out in under 30 minutes. Appreciate it guys and I'll be back when I have more tire issues.

Went there to fix a flat tire. There staff is very friendly. It took them 30 minutes to fix it. The price was very good. If you are in the area and need to fix a tire. This is the place to go.

A great place to get tires and have a wide selection to choose from. As well as the maintenance department for the simple or complex, they are friendly and up front the whole time.
