After hearing about this place for a long time, decided to give them a try and I m glad I did ! Everyone was very respectful and positive. They most definitely helped me a lot ! Trey was very professional and very sweet, He actually cares about his job and his customers. Jamie was also a very big help with closing the deal . He was honest and actually talked to us . Got to know us . Had a few questions about the car few days after I got it and they were very quick to have me come in and look at whatever I needed . There was no issue or run arounds. I fell in love with my Subaru! They surly did right by me!

Saw a Honda Odyssey on CarGurus. Called and spoke with a salesman named Jason. He gave me a little bit of info and I drove out. As soon as I arrived Jason gave me more info and asked if I wanted to test drive the van. There was absolutely no pressure. I drove the van by myself and came back to speak with Jason again. Told him I had to speak with my wife before I purchased the van. We settled on a price(THEY WILL NEGOTIATE) and I put a deposit on the van. We came back that night and picked it up. I can't stress enough how professional everyone was and that there was no pressure.

Worked with Jaison and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I was prepared, they were prepared/experienced and everything went smoothly, efficiently and quickly. Love the car (2013 Audi A6 3.0 Premium Plus) and the value I feel I received for with respect to the cost of the car.

Don t let the location of Omari give you hesitation. You won t be robbed by them-that was my fear .I ended up buying a fantastic, dependable car from them four months ago. I didn t want to leave a review until I was feeling sure about my purchase. They seemed too good to be true. They are excellent and they are true!

Me and my husband came into a new financial situation and we walked in there on a rainy afternoon. We were greeted by friendly faces and given excellent service. I will always remember the financial advice I was given, and will put to use. We bought a beautiful Range Rover and have been happy with it ever since. I would definitely recommend this place for your vehicle needs. 10/10

First I have to say; I have been to many dealerships within 2 years and no one wanted to help me. When I walked into Omari I had the same mindset of they will deny me too . When I tell you Jaison and Jamie has done exceedingly and abundantly excellent with helping me! I had a certain type of vehicle on my mind; of what I thought I wanted lol. Until Jaison found the perfect vehicle for me, I wasn t expecting him to get me what I wanted. I was hoping he could somehow help me, and that I d leave in something better than what I came in. The SAME DAY, Jaison found exactly what me and my children NEEDED. I felt heard and understood, the van I have fits my personality perfectly. I couldn t have made a better decision by going to Omari Auto Sales! Thank you Omari.

Best experience I've had so far and got exactly what I was looking for. Helped find the right bank to work with me and stayed late to finish my paperwork. Completely transparent and helped. They listen to you and do their best.

Great place to buy a car 5 out of 5 every time. You get to sit down and watch the computer screen while he types. You sit in room with him while he's on the phone with the banks. Absolutely 100% honest good people thanks Omari

The staff at Omari Auto Sale was very helpful. They took the time to make sure that we got a vehicle that was just right for our needs. Jaison the sales rep.and Jamie the finance guru are the best. Jamie found us a finance even with us having no credit. Thank you guys for the GREAT SERVICE. I would recommend OMARI AUTO to all our family and friends. They were so professional but the also treated us like we were old friends or something. Jaison was hilarious and so helpful and Jamie kept on trying to get us financed when the banks were turning us down bc we didn't have enough credit....Jamie fought for us and was able to get us in the car we both had our hearts set on!!! I had a wonderful experience with the guys at Omari auto sales. I found myself in need of a new car ASAP but Ryan still made sure I chose a vehicle that felt right for me. Jamie was very patient going over my financing options and making sure I had all the facts before making a decision. The entire sale was done in 24 hours and went smoothly. They made me feel very comfortable and the owner is a gem! Would recommend 10/10.

A few weeks after I brought my car home I called my warranty and got some incorrect information about where I could bring my car if I needed work done in the future. I was concerned with what they told me and called Jaime. He got on a call with them and me and cleared everything up and got me the correct answers. Considering this was weeks after I bought the car, I thought this was really nice and helpful of him. I'd tell anyone I know, especially if they are dreading the car buying process like I was, to come here.I wanted to update this a few months after bringing my car home to say the more I learn, the happier I am I came here. I got a really good interest rate on a first time loan, I don't think I realized at the time how high some of the interest rates being offered are. My car is still running great and my monthly payments are super manageable.

Bought my current car from here, and it still runs great! The salespeople were not pushy and were super helpful. I felt I could trust them after having a bad experience at another car lot. I also did not have the best credit at the time and I was still approved and able to drive my car home that day! Once I am ready for a new to me car, I'm going back! I was also given $100 for referring my best friend to buy her first car from there! She also loves her new car and got a great deal on it! If you do go there because you see my post, give them my name, Arielle Paulson. I'd greatly appreciate it! We could all use the extra help right now. Omari can sell you a great, reliable, used car and help out people in the community with the refer a friend deal! Great all around! Go check them out if you're looking! You won't regret it!

Unbelievable rear brakes were completely gone and needed replaced along with the rotors cost me $400 out of pocket.But most of all it has been 2 MONTHS and I still haven t received papers to get a plate. The temporary plate expired 16 days ago. I was promised a week ago that they would be sent over night, 4 days at the most. Nothing. I called plenty of times and they don t seem to be taking it seriously. Didn t even offer to send a new temporary plate.

I can t express how great of a team Omari has on staff. As a dealer consultant rep I am in many dealerships throughout Indiana and Michigan and Omari has by far the best team I have seen in the industry.

These folks are very friendly, and HONEST. My salesman "Jaison" asked me what I was looking for .(4 door sedan, low-ish miles, leather interior, under 10 grand) He proceeded to show me my range of options, and steered me away from any vehicle that may not have been appropriate for me. I am a woman, and definitely not any sort of mechanic, so his input was very helpful. It was not a difficult choice, once I test drove my 2009 Nissan Maxima! The finance department explored all of my financing options, and found the best one for me. I bought my beautiful car ON THE SPOT! I may look like just another person driving a Nissan....but I feel like a million bucks behind the wheel of this car!! Thanks to y'all at Omari :)

Omari is amazing! They are so helpful, honest, and family oriented! Jaison made sure to exceed my expectations and was very honest with every car we looked at! Bought my car from Jason and the team back in January after moving to South Bend. The whole team were great from start to finish, made it such an easy and smooth process. Even with a small problem with the AC they fixed within 2hrs of me just calling up to see if they could help. Really nice bunch of guys, could not recommend more.

Please do not put yourself through buying a car from here. Very unprofessional, had a three way call with my lender and called me a liar, didn t honor warranty, went to get truck repaired several times with them. If I could give a 0/10 I would.

I have been very satisfied with my decision to purchase a car from Omari Auto Sales. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and laid back. They worked with me to get the price where it needed to be for me and even fixed some things before I picked up the car. The lot is small but it had a lot of variety and better choices than I had seen at many local used car lots. This was my first time purchasing a car by myself and I don't think it could have gone better. I would definitely suggest Omari to a friend.

My daughter got a car here two months ago. They did replace her brakes but when she took it to our mechanic because she was having problems with it, she found out the mechanic at Omari didn t tighten up the caliper or the wheel and the lug nuts were loose. Now she also has to get a new transmission already. The car is only a 2017. Both of my daughters and I have gotten vehicles from here. We never will again!

Don't usually write reviews but I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Omari. Found an Audi I liked on autotrader, called the same day and after talking with a sales associate had the car reserved until I made it down from Michigan in person the following weekend.Once I made it there in person Jason and Jaimie were very helpful in getting the test drive set up and helped streamline all the paperwork taking care of everything within a few hours (even gave me a generous trade in value on my current car I wasn't expecting) Overall great experience buying a car for the first time and they were very patient with all my questions.

I bought a car from them November 26th by December 25th the car died on me. Took it back, they said it was a weak battery. Charged me $70 put a new one in.Car still had issues starting on a cold start. Took it to the mechanic & they said it d be $1,500 to fix the vtc actuator. Spend the $1,500 to fix it & it still won t start correctly. They tell me to take it to the Honda dealership, which I do. The dealership fixes the car, claims he sold me a good car.By this time it s almost March, the car is still acting up. Even though Honda had told me it s a good car. Fast forward to June the a/c starts going in & out. Back to the dealership we go end of July. They check it change the oil, never fix the A/C, and say again, the car is good.Two weeks later the car throws a rod and I now have a $15,000 paperweight which I ve put $3,500 into.Jami (the car salesman) comes into my place of work, asks me if I remember him (the guy who sold me a busted car) yes, I remember you , well how s the car? It s dead, I wasted 10 months and 4,000 to fix a car that s now blown up. I tell him I don t want to talk about it & praise the balls on this guy for showing his face in my place of work!Just look at their lot, the amount of cars should speak for itself.

Very courteous and professional. The staff went above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Omari Auto Sales. And recommend them to anyone looking for a good used vehicle at a reasonable price.

Omari is the best! I can t speak highly enough of them. The staff is so friendly and helpful and responsive. Their selection is great. But the biggest thing is they are honest and take care of their customers. I bought a van that ended up having some kind of issue that we couldn t figure out. So the put a new engine in it at their expense. It was such a blessing. I m so glad for them. Buy cars from these guys!

The staff here are absolutely fabulous! My credit is so-so and these folks bent over backwards to help me, get me a vehicle I liked and hunted around to get me the best financing.Jaison gave me so many options of vehicle option that were wth in my budget. He figured out what I was looking for and what I required then delivered! He didn't try to sell me what I didn't want, junk, or something to get him a bigger commission. He's awesome!Jamie ,the finance guy, was very realistic with me. Actually showed me my credit report and what was hurting it. Even gave me great advise. It took him a few but he hunted down the best financing institution for me.These folks went above and beyond. Treated me like family. I'm very impressed with these guys. If and when the moment arises that I need another vehicle, I WILL go back!!!!�
