First time here and Stephanie was SUPER helpful, she took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel better equipped to maintain/service my vehicle. She didn't make me feel less than or take advantage which I really appreciate. Thanks again, you rock!

Needed a new car battery in sub-zero temperature had it installed in a few minutes with no issues. Good customer service in not the easiest of weather conditions.

They go above and beyond for there customers , they don't argue with the customers if they have a sign in there store that states, if you pay by Debit card, or a check, or cash you will receive cash back if you need to return a item. But not any other Auto store. O'Reilly they care about there customers bc the customers are the ones that bring the store money and there services are the best. I recommend O'REILLY'S for all your automotive services.Did a AWESOME JOB at the 933 N. Store in South Bend Indiana

I love going here I always get the best advice and the best value for my money. The staff is absolutely amazing and the most helpful of any I've ever experienced. As a single woman it's nice that I can stop in there and be served by a beautiful female manager that goes above and beyond!! If you're a single woman this is your place!!!

I just went to o' Reilly's to get new cables for my truck and without buying some STEPHANIE the manager was super sweet and kind and helped me and she defently knew what she was doing. That was the best customer experience I've ever had. Thanks Stephanie I will be back for more help in the future.

I been going to this location since it opened, good staff , professionals. If they don t have it, they get it fast !!! Stay away from Auto zone they suck !!!

The staff at this location were extremely helpful. I went in there with a broken windshield wiper that flew off when I was driving as it was raining and one of the employees stood out there in the freezing cold and wind and installed it for me. They went above and beyond to help me in this predicament and I really was impressed and appreciated it. Wish I caught their names but they were working on 04/01/2023. Thank you!!!

Good place Except ...I like to shop local ..but yesterday went in 3 employees 2 customers + me waited 20 min to purchase an item .. after that I walked out ..I understand need to talk to customer / friends ..but I wanted to purchase ..20 min at check out it me limit ..Hope next time better ..for now I'll order on line ..

Had a wonderful experience. Tyler and his team go the extra mile for customers. The location on N933 is the only place I will ever have to go for my auto parts. Class Act. I would give 6 stars if I could

Always courteous always respectful always helpful. Of the stores that I've been into the majority of the employees are quite knowledgeable with the products they are selling which is a big plus they definitely get the majority of my business.

My buddy Nick used to take care of me on 933 in Roseland but they're bouncing him around all the time now so I never know where he's at he knows my trucks knows what kind of parts I'm looking for if the part isn't showing up in the computer he will hunt it down for me that's a real sales person and we'll bend over for his customers

This place is a joke!! If I'm not mistaken o'Reillys offers military discount but for some reason (even after presenting identification proving veteran status) I was not given a discount at all. Never again will i go here

This is my neighborhood auto parts store among others I always check with them for auto parts Staff is very helpful and friendly. .Great friendly guys and sometimes they have to listen long stories of some custmers. Lol

With more than 17,000 active cases of Covid 19 in St Joe County, not one employee, there were 3, was wearing a mask. Realizing what little regard you have for your customers, O'Reilly's is no longer mt go to store.

They had Rotella T60 the same day AutoZone told me every place in town was out so that alone is worth a couple stars.

The people working there are very knowledgeable and have always taken the time to make sure I'm getting exactly what I need. Also, free tool rental for the odd tool I might not have.

Went there for the first time after a bad experience at my regular place. Helpful staff that showed me all options, all costs, and walked me through options. Patient, knowledgable, friendly.

Need to update the hours online. Says this store is open until 10pm and I drove all the way here make it by 10 come to find out they close at 9 but yeah ours says 10 p.m. online I can see now that it says 9 p.m. on their sign in the window.

They usually have what Auto zone doesn't. Wish they had a reward program similar to Auto zone, that would make me shop here more.
