Great service from Cody and Andy. They were very nice and helpful. They even offered to give me a ride when I dropped my car off. They fixed my car for a good price too. I highly recommend the Midas at downtown!

This shop is fantastic. I went in for an oil change (first time there) with some concerns that I asked them to check out. Cody (front desk) has the best customer service I ve seen at a shop. He walked me thru the major stuff, gave me estimates etc. When the mechanic pulled my car out, the check engine light came on. It wasn t on before and he knew it so he let me know he was pulling back in to check the code for me. Checked it and explained the issue. The whole time I was in the waiting room, I had my 2 toddlers with me and the guys weren t at all bothered which is important to me personally because not everywhere is kid friendly. Just a really great experience all around! I will be returning!!!

Called last week, set up a time to try some tires taken care of with alignment. They grabbed some tires for me from their warehouse and waited until this week for me and took great care of me. Very good customer service, outlined for me what needs to be done next time. Definitely worth the time and money to come out here.

Professional attitude, prompt service. Having major work done on your car can be stressful. I came in for a radiator flush, but they were able to find major leaks throughout the coolant system. It wasn't cheap, but I didn't feel taken advantage of and the bill and work were very transparent.

Great customer service! Called a little before closing time & they were still able to check my car out & come up with a solution, highly recommend you check them out. It was not a positive experience. It took an hour for a basic oil change. I priced the oil and filter for my car, and it was $35. With a coupon, they charged me $91!The waiting area could use some work. I have been going here for years. Now there are water leak stains on the ceiling.The workers were nice, but they were distracted by crazy drugged up homeless people wandering around outside, some threatening to fight each other. The police were called and showed up with three police cars, a fire engine, and an ambulance.I won't be back.

Absolutely the worst mechanics in America!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! These people will try to upsell you on literally everything and anything they possibly can. And when you tell them no that you don t want to be upsold, that s when they will break something on your vehicle and make you pay for it!! They had one job.. fix my rear wheel bearing and they couldn t even do that right! My cruise control doesn t work now after their horrible mechanics worked on my vehicle. You re better off taking your car to Walmart! Yes they re that bad! They know they suck too they have every customer scan a QR code to leave them positive reviews don t believe the positive reviews they re forced opinions.

Absolutely no complaints, the guys were all very polite and respectful they, didn't upcharge me on repairs and performed the work very quickly paying attention to detail. I feel very well taken care of

We were traveling east on 90 when our boat trailer tire shirred off. It was not an easy fix. We managed to get to safety and get the boat trailer towed. The only place we could find open on a Saturday was Midas. The Midas team understood our situation and need to get back on the road. Midas does not normally do trailer work. They went above and beyond to help us and we so appreaciate all their help. Natalie, DW and TC were fantastic! Thank you!Service: Tires

It was my only day off, right before the holiday weekend. My car needed a lot of work and I was afraid it was going to sit until next week. They did it all in one day and I was back on the road for the holiday weekend. Thank you again!

Sketchy work as best but w such short notice they squeezed me in 2 outta 4 wheels balanced old weights not properly removed which they said they had hard time removing bt could've done better job used flat head on aluminum rims I didn't complain. Store manager watching foot ball in office instead of watching shop. I watched my car like a hawk lots of red flags at this shop luckily the tires I brought in were installed no issue bt was worried for the hour I was there. Won't bring my car back unless dire like I had before if it wasn't snowing I'd show the gauges in my rim from the flat head used

I came in about 3 months ago and got an oil change well was charged for an oil change then. The adviser comes and tells me my bottom is rusted out and my belt needed repaired it was cracked. Well I took it to the dealership mechanic Friday and they informed me my oil was empty the oil filter had never been changed and my vehicle needed no repairs at all other then needing oil that was never added and replaced the filter that was never changed

Caught lying. They told my 23-year-old nephew that he needed all new parts for all new wheels for his brakes. Then, they told him that they wouldn't be able to put his caliper back on and his truck was stuck on the Hoist. Then they quoted him $2,700. When I arrived, they had three tires taken off and none of the brake calipers have been touched. They were taking advantage of a young person who didn't know any better. Shame on them!

I know I know not the cheapest place in town BUT... you definitely get what you pay for and this place is so easy to work with, no pressure or upsale attempts. Fast diagnosis and fair pricing with superb warranty. Talk to Natalie and ask for Juan to perform your service, you'll leave a happy camper!!
