They were quick, friendly, and extremely easy to deal with. Told them what the issue was. They gave me a quote fairly quickly, and they did the work in a reasonable time. Haven't had an issue with my car since. Best thing about them is they're willing to work with you and they won't break your bank account. They understand if you're low on funds and will do what they can to help you out.

This was probably the best experience I've ever had with a car mechanic. They were fantastic. Called in the morning, had it back (fixed) by 3 pm. They were really friendly, not dismissive of me as a woman bringing my car in, they obviously are skilled, the pricing was very transparent (and not expensive), and they even claimed to have a good time working on my 25-year-old toyota. I never write reviews but I feel like I would be in a commercial for this shop.Service: Exhaust

The service is always quick and efficient. Nick had me in and out faster than any "Juffy Lube". It is not a "boutique" service center; it's a place where work is done very competently and for a fair price. Family owned and operated.I highly recommend this location.

My husband and I seriously lucked out when we moved here and chose to take our cars here for maintenance. They will be honest with you about what your car needs, and are very helpful. Nick is excellent at communicating and explaining everything. We will be giving them our business for a long time. Our cars are in excellent shape now!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great place. Great people. Fair prices. Speedy work. All your car needs. They do the work! Went here and got my duals done. Quick service. I love the job they had done. Went back and they fixed my problem quick and free. They guys here are awesome. They were very polite and friendly and welcomed my young sons. They explained what would be done in full detail. Recommend 100%. These are the right guys your vehicle needs. Will definitely go back if needed

Excellent service. They replaced part of my exaust system (muffler etc.) 10 years ago and it's still going strong. Today they fixed the passenger holding bar on my motorcycle that was cracked at a joint. The job was quick and well done.

Tim was one of the nicest person I have come across. I went to him with a broken flex pipe (exhaust) , and in immediate need of help. He explained me the problem and told me what he would be doing. He was pretty reasonable for the job he did.I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice mechanic.

Nick and his team is AMAZING!!! Upfront, honest, reasonable dependable... I could go on! I called a few places to see about getting a vehicle I planned to purchase inspected; he was the only person willing to check out the codes free of charge while every other garage wanted anywhere from $49.99-$99.95 pre-purchase inspections. The work was done in a timely manner and every time he came acrossed something else in the process, I was updated and given options as well as the opportunity to decide which way I wanted to handle it. Thanks again Nick, your service was GREATLY appreciated!!!

Guaranteed Automotive is the perfect place for all of your auto needs. I m new to the state and didn t know whom to trust with my vehicle. I researched these guys and brought my car in for a replacement wiper switch. They were friendly right off the bat!! Even made me smile!! The service was genuine!! They even gave me a ride home and picked me up while servicing my car. How Awesome is that!!

Had dual exhaust put on my truck and the bends look good and sounds amazing but the welds not so much... I had to go back and get leaks and incomplete welds taken care of. When I got home that night I got under the truck and I could still feel leaks and my tips are still only half welded. I'm not going back a 3rd time...They're not open on Saturday and I don't have alot of time in the morning before work. I'm not mad about it anymore but I'm truly disappointed.

Gaurenteed knock it out of the park agian for me.I'm making 15$hr, just got off disability and working agian .I can't Thank them enough for helping me keep my truck on the road. Grateful I found someone I can trust and service that is affordable.

Such a relief there are still honest decent businesses still around. My daughter is away at College and was having car troubles. I am to far away to help but she found this place and they have assisted like family.Thank you for not taking advantage of a young college student. Great mechanics!

These guys have an amazing crew that know what theyre doing. i never been to them before so i decided to give them a try took my impala to them for a full exhaust done and was done right away and the price was great! The second time i brought over my project car for them to do and was very amazed at the work done. They made my third gen trans am into true duals. Those cars came as an h pipe exhaust from the factory but these guys knew how to do it. It sounds really nice and agressive how a v8 should sound. They a great people and i would definitely recommend to anyone!

I always go to see these people first for any tire repair. They always get the job done well and quickly not to mention very reasonably priced. I would trust them with just about anything I needed done on any of my automobiles.

My car was having problems with the air conditioning and the break system. A friend of mine recommended me to take it to Guaranteed Automotive Specialists of South Bend. I took my car there for an evaluation and to get a repair estimate. Once at the place, the mechanic explained me what the problem was and how he could fix it. He showed me the broken parts and in need to be replaced. I decided to left my car there to be repaired. Although It took a couple of days to be fixed, the wait was worth it because I am now very happy with the result. They now have a new loyal customer.

Was a loyal customer for years. Then they took my car for two days and returned it without doing the job. Fraudulent charges for swapping tires. They yelled at me for asking to see an itemized receipt. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!

Was an ND student and had my oil changes done here for over a year. Took in my car to see why it would stutter when in reverse gear. I was told it needed a new transmission estimated to cost about $1600 including labor. The car wasn't worth that much! But I trusted this guy and dared to go through the winter without fixing it because I was about to graduate in a few months. After a couple of months my wife decided to get a second opinion and took it to Veldman's. They found a torn vacuum suction tube that was causing the problem and fixed it for $200 including labor. The car runs just fine! My major regret was trusting Guaranteed Muffler and going thru the winter! I guess they try to take advantage if you seem to know nothing about cars and completely trust them. Never going to this place again.

I was in South Bend on a work trip and a suspension spring broke. This shop was close to my hotel, they got my car repaired in one day, did not over charge and I left town on time!

Awesome place with awesome employees. The prices are very reasonable as well. I've had my truck there several times now. It's the only shop I will use for both my vehicles now

They won t fix it the first time, or the second time, maybe the third. Especially brakes. Oh, and don t forget to ask them to work with fender covers otherwise they will spill brake fluid on the fenders and destroy the paint. They also like to ram rod everything. Will never go here again with ANY car.
