We went for an oil change, 2 other cars pulled up at the same time also for oil changes. The techs were super friendly, and efficient! They explained all that they offered, we chose what we wanted and they got us out quickly while still taking care of the other vehicles as well! This is our 3rd time getting an oil change here, and it's been a great experience each time!

The drive and shine on Ironwood always has the best service. All members are kind and so helpful. They go beyond the bare minimum. The service here has never steered me wrong. I have been a customer here for over 5 years and will continue to come back.

I ve been going to drive and shine for oil changes for the past 10 years. The service has always been good and affordable. I ve never bothered to leave a review before but wanted to take the time to mention how exceptional of a technician Austin is. He has taken care of my Subaru for the past year now. I am always impressed by his attention to detail, his ability to explain the maintenance needed for my vehicle in an easy to understand and friendly manner, the ways in which he goes above and beyond to answer my questions, and his super power in achieving everything mentioned in a quick time frame that does not feel rushed. I highly recommend requesting him and seeing for yourself how he is able to make a tedious errand an enjoyable experience. Thanks Austin!

I always have a great experience here, efficient and professional. Claudio was my tech today. Super friendly and informative, he went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on and why he was recommending certain things (without being pushy). 5 star service, all day!

Xion did a great job with making this process quick and easy. He also gave me little to no hassle seeing that my car was basically new so he did what was necessary and that s IT ! Elizabeth was also very friendly and checked my cabin filter

Let me start by saying : Cruz you ll never understand just how grateful I am to you.Drive and Shine owners,This location in south bend on ironwood has always been my place of choice especially over the horrible one in Elkhart. However on 2/10/24 I was on the edge of giving up. I m a single mother who recently lost her job haven t been in the best place financially or mentally. But I had my truck serviced and was having issues afterwards with my thermostat temperature rising to boil I honestly couldn t afford food let alone the price quoted for the fix. I don t know what made this amazing Mr. Cruz offer to change it long as I got the part. And I just want to say thank you. I know that s small but now days people don t look out nor offer to help but Mr Cruz did, not knowing all I was going through all I could do was cry tears of gratitude. So thank you for hiring what I consider an angel in the mist of my storm. Thank you for being human in a world that s selfish. Thank you a million times over

Always love visiting Drive & Shine. Quick, reliable service and wonderful staff. Sawyer and Elizabeth are super friendly and helpful. I ve had Cruze work on my car several times in the past and he s always thorough, trustworthy, and reliable. They always let me know what my car needs without being pushy to upsell me. This was my very first time at drive and shine and I was absolutely amazed! I usually just use the car wash at a gas station but I had a coupon my friend gave me so I decided to give it a try. I can say with confidence I will not be going back to the gas station! Sawyer was extremely helpful and very professional! He made me aware that they do much more beyond car wash services. I will be returning for an oil change soon.

Pulled up and didn't have my card on me just cash because I didn't know they stopped taking cash.The manager joe came out and blessed me with a wash on him. Need more people like him in the world. Thank you

Every time I go here it is always a pleasant experience and the staff always have answers to my questions. I've never had issue with the oil changes or wiper blade replacements, staff is always prompt and a pleasure to talk to.

Posting again because it wouldn't allow me to respond to drive and shines response of saying there is no way possible their car wash could cause any types of scratches to my vehicle. So here's a FEW of the pictures I took. I examine my vehicle every time to see how much it misses cause as you can see by a majority of others reviews it misses A LOT and instead i find my van all scratched up.

Had an issue with the oil change center...however, Claudio(service center manager)was very eager to resolve the situation. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Thanks for your help and also answering my questions Claudio. Definitely management material...keep up the great work

Overall, Drive & Shine isn't a terrible establishment, however, our experience today, at the Southside location, was extremely disappointing & avoidable, in my opinion. As for customer service, that wasn't the issue, the issue was with the performance of the package we purchased not being completed. When a customer spends $40 for the Ruby package with the Interior/Exterior add-on, they expect the items included in said package to be completed. In our case, it was a wash, the interior being wiped out & down, along with a full vacuum of the vehicle, & windows being cleaned as well. The only area that seemed to have been done to completion, were the windows. Obviously the wash was also done, as it's a machine that performed that part of the package we purchased. I attempted to contact the location about my concerns & was directed to leave a voice-mail for the store manager, which I did. As a Manager myself, I understand & respect that certain times of the month can be busier than others, however, when it involves customer's being dissatisfied with our performance, that is an item placed at the top of our to do list. After 24 hours I still have received no contact from them. Again, Drive & Shine as a whole, is not & should not be considered poorly. I've utilized them in the past for their other services, ie. Oil Changes, etc., & been 100% satisfied. However, when dealing with the Wash packages, at this specific location, I'd proceed with caution. Photos of the interior after receiving my vehicle back are attached below.. Having to go thru & rewipe areas & vacuum again, defeats the purpose of spending $40 on the package we chose.. Basically we spent $40 to have our vehicle washed & windows cleaned, talk about inflation...

The Drive and Shine on Ironwood always gets the job done fast, and right. My car always looks great when it s done. Sawyer is also always super friendly, and you can tell he s customer-service oriented. Thankful to have this place nearby!
