I came to deluxe detail to have my Civic professionally tinted. Randy informed me of the different tint options, of which I chose to go with the ceramic.Randy had my vehicle finished in a timely manner, and it came out amazing. I would highly recommend anyone in the area looking to have their vehicle detailed, tinted, etc. go to Deluxe Detail!

DAMAGED MY CAR! After a full detail in my car I was left with the black finish chipped of my passenger side lock button. It was not there before or even close to peeling. Also, a scratch on the passenger seat plastic piece. Randy said that kia s don t use the best finishing materials so that s why it chipped off and it wasn t his responsibility. Well, it was not there before and their cleaning clearly chipped it. How is that not their fault? If they already new kia s materials don t respond well too there cleaning methods/cleaner shouldn t I have been told this before? Or they should learn how to clean a Kia without destroying it. For the scratch, Randy said it was there before because none of his tools could have done that. He gaslighted me by saying that I didn t notice that the scratch has been there. Not only I m I out $250, I also have a damaged car that he is doing nothing about.In response to randy who s said It looks like your button was rubbing the surrounding plastic and started to peel. Once cleaned, it was worsened. We cannot cover an issue that was already there. It was not already there. It was perfectly fine before I brought the vehicle in.

Team did an amazing job with the tint and the ceramic coating! You can't appreciate the shine until you see it in person. This is the second vehicle they've done for me and I can't recommend them enough.

Deluxe Detail LLC are magicians. They can make an older car look like it just came off the showroom floor. They did a TOTALLY amazing job on my car. I seriously couldn't believe what I saw. Randy Moore and his crew at Deluxe Detail LLC are the best in the business! They returned my work truck to show room condition. We had our CRV detailed, window tint and windows treated for rain when new. The rain treatment was unbelievable traveling in rain. Rain and road water thrown up by trucks no effect on visibility. My wife and I typically get our cars detailed every year or so, and this was our first time using Deluxe Detail after another company in town was a no-show two days in a row.The owner Randy was a pleasure to work with, totally hassle free and top quality detail. He's not the cheapest in town, but he's very reliable and the quality of the detail is as good as it gets in this industry. I feel like they went over and above even when I was kind of testy because I misunderstood some communications. But moreover, I have never seen a detailing that was this high quality. I brought them a car that I was going to sell but I also bought a new sports car and I certainly know where I will be bringing it now. Extreme professionalism and high quality. I don't know what else you could ask for.
