Bobby with Belleway is fantastic. We ve bought two trucks here. First one was October of 2020 and the second one February of 2021. I was out of state when we started the process. Bobby was quick to answer questions and respond to emails and sent numerous pictures. When I came to finalize the purchase and noticed a few small things they were quick to fix them before I left. The customer service was fantastic. Aside from just a few small things here are there with the trucks, which I consider fairly normal with used trucks the trucks have been running well and we re pleased with our purchases. I m currently looking to buy another and will be heading back to Belleway again when I m ready.

If your looking for a truck or service it would be worth checking them out. Had a good experience buying a semi from them. Great staff, clean facility.

I absolutely can't complain about the process. I was treated with nothing but courtesy and respect and everything I asked of them they did with no hesitation. Good guys over there.(update)After a few months though I definitely started having problems costing big bucks. King pins was bad needed an alignment 4k right there. Something going on with the def so I guess that's why they give the warranty. Luckily I got the 2 year extended for motor trans and def system.

I highly recommend doing business with Belle Way! I have had and still have amazing experience with them! So do my two other friends who are doing business with them for a longer time!They are very professional, and always will take your needs in consideration to help you!

Stopped in without appt to have a sudden oil leak checked, and the service manager Brent took a look right away, even though the shop was extremely busy. He said it was a quick fix and he took care of it in 5 minutes for no charge! Absolutely amazing customer service from the friendliest, most down to earth, caring people. Then he asked if we wanted to see some awesome, custom motorcycles and gave us a tour of some Tower Trikes they had built. Would go back to Belle Way for any truck related issues, and willing to drive a couple hundred miles to get to them! So grateful we found them, thanks Brent!

I purchased a truck at Belle Way in January and have been very pleased with the truck and there service! Jared was my salesman and he did a excellent job and when I had things I noticed needed to be fixed he worked me in on my busy schedule and fixed the things I asked about. Was just looking at the inventory as I would like to add another truck sometime fairly soon and thought i would recommend these guys! Very easy to do business with and beyond fair with excellent service!

Working with Jared, I purchased my truck in April 2017. He ensured that the process is very smooth. When I had an issue with the truck after taking possession of it, I received "no questions asked" service under their warranty. There is great peace of mind in that. When I am ready to buy another truck, I will definitely be checking with them first!

1st off Real nice people, Purchasing the truck was the smoothest process ever 2013 KW T660. However once I got the truck on the road It gave me 7 days before it broke down 1 week Exactly. Turbocharger, EGR Valve, Injector Dosser & now their saying Electrical codes popping up, Its been in the shop down in Houston for almost 2 months now, Warranty helps but I'm still $5000 in the hole so far Not to mentionTruck note & insurance etc. Do I blame Belle Way? Not really but it's terrible luck on my end, Especially since this was a fresh start...

Belle Way replaced the brake calipers on my truck and 500 miles later a caliper fell off. It jambed the wheel, locking it up. My truck had to be towed. I called and told them what happened and asked for the Service Manager. I was told he wasn't available but would call me. That was a month ago! Buyer Beware!

Jared helped our client get a truck with his expertise in the industry. Very responsive and got all the documents we needed over fast. A pleasure to work with. Belle Way Trucks has an all star on their team. Hope we get to work with Jared again in the near future .

The whole staff over there are wonderful people, Jare word is his bond. brought a truck from there and the process was smooth. when i am buying another truck i am not going to look anywhere else but Belle way sales.Thank you guys

Very disappointed with this company! I drove 10 1/2 hours to go see a truck I talked to them several times before making the trip! Once we got there we test drove the truck for 30 mins and had a check engine light! They wanted $43,750 wouldn t take any less when I get home and look on like the internet I realize they dropped it to $41,900! Very inconsiderate to allow someone to drive so far for no reason

Had to use there repair shop. They where good, reasonable repair times on the repairs that they performed. ( actually they were on point on the time for repairs what my shop would charge me) IF I ever need help in that area they will be my first call.Thank you
