My husband and I only come to this Belle store and that won t be changing. They are upfront, honest, kind, patient, and considerate with the work they do and treat their customers so well. When I went in for my visit today I had my toddler with me. We were treated kindly and at no point did I feel as though we were burdens. The lobby is kept clean and provided open space that is kid friendly. This is most definitely our preferred store.

While working out of town, I got a nail in my tire and was worried about getting a flat on my way home. They got me in super quick and patched it up for me for free! Super grateful for the service!

Had my windshield replaced by Brent & Garrick and they were absolutely incredible!! I have a lot of sensor attached to my windshield and they knew exactly what they were doing and my Lane Departure works perfectly which was my biggest concern. They were timely and even installed it while I was at work which is awesome. Thank you guys so much!

The customer service at Belle Tire on Portage Rd. was exceptional. I was able to get a same day appointment. The car was done in the allotted time. Staff was friendly and seemed like they operate well. I would recommend to friends and family. We will return for regular maintenance check ups in the future!

Tires were brought in to be mounted to my husbands truck, and some pretty severe damage was done to his rims. We sent proof and management admitted fault. They told us they d refinish them or replace them. We received notice that they couldn t be refinished as the damage done was too deep, so they would be replaced. After they were provided with the website to order new rims, they decided they would no longer be replacing them today and that we could reach out to corporate. In my opinion, if you don t want to have to replace expensive rims, you shouldn t have damaged them and admitted fault on several occasions.Be cautious taking your vehicles here.

I've been twice in the last month for tire alignment and two new tires. Always make an online appointment. Mr.izayah is very condescending. Stagg didn't seem very helpful. there is no need to be rude to paying customers.

The people at this location are very honest and will take the time to explain and physically show you your issues with your car that you have going on! Like that they use a road force elite tire balancer as well and the alignment techs here are very good! I will be returning to this location for future service!

Went to Portage rd. location to buy a new set of tires and be installed. These were preordered a week earlier. They told me it should be ready in an hour. At 1 hour the truck was still not touched. I rescheduled for an 8:30AM appointment a couple of days later. Took them 1.5 hours to install and balance a new set of tires. No communication either visit that they were short help. Very poor management and service. I will be going to Discount Tire next time.

Made the appointment on line, a smooth process. Was there at 0800 when the door was being unlocked (I was the first customer). Just asked what he could do for me (no happy greeting). Signed in and that was that. My wife and I came in to wait. Well, the waiting area had undoubtedly not been cleaned or sanitized for anyone's protection. We felt very unsafe. The table had someone's old notes on it and stains that came from containers being set there. The floor was more disgusting. Food and dirt everywhere. Sanitizing containers that were set out were empty. I took pictures to be sure to prove my statements. My car was brought into the service bay at 0815. It was driven into the customer lot at 0915. The customer service rep explained the alignment findings and were were done. Had to come back soon after as the air pressure warning light came on. The system was not reset by the original service tech. The one that came to the car was knowledgeable and did the resetting that I was unaware that I had. I came back to Belle Tire after good previous experiences there having tires placed on my vehicles. I was then satisfied at the way I was treated by the people at the desk, very customer attentive and friendly. Not so much on this trip. I felt I was but another person to deal with in a long line of people they were going to have to deal with on a Saturday.

I rarely give 5 stars, not to be difficult, but nothing is perfect.This place gets the stars.. always friendly, goes above and beyond to help and make it easier. Not pushy but still informative.Have bought several sets of tires and will go back next time also.....

After taking my car in for a flat tire, I was lied to about needing new tie rods and an alignment, which was quoted at around $1200. I ended up taking my car to a friend (who s a mechanic) to look at and he told me nothing is wrong with my tie rods and I definitely don t need anything replaced. Super upset that they would try to scam me for extra cash. Hopefully this reaches management because I don t know if they know that their mechanics are doing this.

Getting 4 new tires pretty much always sucks, we hate to do it. After shopping around, Belle always has the best prices. Professional, courteous, and doesn't make me feel bad for selecting the most affordable option for me. I appreciate the lack of constant up-selling. This is my second set from Belle, and when it's time for another set I'll be back again!

I just sat in the waiting room for an hour waiting on my tire to be patched. I witnessed five guys standing around doing nothing out in the garage. They only had two cars out there. We used to bring our cars to this location all the time. But the leader ship and the culture is different now. They have terrible service now. And yes, we have purchased our tires from them many times. Never again.

Only been here once to get new tires, but I also regularly enjoy the free air they provide. When I went the service guys seemed honest. I ordered my tires online and had them shipped here, and then set up an appointment to get them installed. I've been happy so far with the experience. Clean and comfortable waiting area.

Not cheap but their team is on it. This is what I wrote 2 years ago when I purchased 4 new snow tires from them. They stored my regular tires til Spring up in Michigan until time to switch out. Spring came. Requested switch out. "Oh we're sorry, all your tires were unsafe and couldn't be used again."Exact opposite of what I was told at time of purchase with Chad. They said he no longer worked there. They did refund the storage fee but I was left with no regular tires to switch back to. And no money to buy more. Offered a weak discount on 4 new tires. Consequently, kept driving on the snow tires all year. Which ruined 2 of them. I have 2 left on the back that are quite worn. I contacted higher ups in the company but to no avail. I will NEVER deal with them again. And I tell everyone what happened to me.

Ordered tires and rims, took two days to come in. Dropped my truck off around 4:30 on Thursday for a Friday appointment. They were done before closing on Thursday. Great service, very friendly.

They repaired the tire in about an hour (I came in without an appointment time so I thought that was pretty good). They didn't charge me anything, said it was their policy on tire repairs. I have been told I will need new tires before winter, and right now Belle Tire is my first choice for having that done.

I recently had an experience at Belle Tire that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I brought my vehicle in for what I thought would be a routine AC system repair and an oil change. However, the entire process was marred by miscommunication and questionable practices.Initially, I requested an AC compressor pump replacement and an AC system flush, along with any necessary repairs due to the pump failure. The initial quote they provided was a staggering $2450, excluding the oil change. This quote included a new serpentine belt, condenser, AC pump, belt tensioner with pulley, and tensioner pulley, along with the labor for these parts.Things took a turn when I picked up my vehicle. Belle Tire had charged me for an oil change and AC system flush, but upon questioning, they admitted that the oil change and flush hadn't actually been performed and promptly removed the charges.The real issue arose when I inspected my vehicle more closely at home. Belle Tire had claimed that the pulley had fallen off, and the clutch had seized on the AC pump. However, I found that the pulley was still on the vehicle, as I had changed the tensioner assembly myself the day before because the bolt was rounded.Upon reviewing their quote, it became clear that they were double-charging for labor and parts. They were billing labor for parts they were already removing and charging for labor and parts for the pulley, which comes with the tensioner and had just been replaced.My overall experience with Belle Tire was unsatisfactory, with questionable pricing practices, a lack of transparency, and attempted charges for services not rendered. I would caution others to carefully scrutinize any quotes and bills they receive from Belle Tire to ensure they are getting fair and accurate pricing.

Took my car in for shocks and struts and a few other things and it was going to take a long time so Chris offered to give me a free courtesy ride home since I didnt live far from the shop and he picked me back up when the car was complete. Chris Ford did a great job of keeping me updated on the progress of my car and everything. I really appreciated the ride home and back, super nice and friendly guy, would reccomend Belle Tire to anyone!

Came here for a simple AC recharge. When I left the AC didn t work at all. I brought it back the next day, and they told me my condenser must have blown right after I left-an interesting story if you ask me. They said I was in luck though because it was an easy fix. Then they told me I would have to pay to recharge my AC again. Why would I pay for something twice? It s obvious they never checked the condenser to begin with. Techs here won t do their due diligence on repairs- which cost me an extra $300. They refused to pay for the AC recharge. Steer clear of Belle Tire on Portage Rd in South Bend! Buyer Beware!!

As soon as I came through the door I was greeted and ask what I needed. We came up with choices to look at and recommendations. Made my choice and proceeded. All the work was preformed in a timely manner with excellent results.Thanks to everyone I had work on my truck, great job very pleased.

Sad I couldn't give them minus 5 stars! Talk about rude and unprofessional. Was in a bind and needed tire plugged they refused because my tires were "too old" so I plugged it myself. I'll never buy tires from them due to thier lack of empathy and professionalism.
