Staff was NOT helpful AT ALL. Said they would help us put a new bulb in our car. We waited outside 20 minutes, then went back inside and asked them AGAIN to come out and they said they'd be right out, and again, never came out. Nobody else was in the store except the 2 employees. It was a nice night out, so it wasn't cold or rainy. Just lazy.

Been there many times on Western avenue South Bend some of their employees are very helpful others taking care of us but overall those that care do their job like they are supposed to which is great by me and I like their hours

Needed a replacement headlamp bulb, gave them my year, make, and model of car, less than 10 minutes in and out, very helpful staff

I have consistently had bad service here from both regular employees and management. When trying to return a faulty battery the manager tried to browbeat me into keeping it, saying that I couldn't return a battery after install...It clearly stated on the receipt I could return the battery with no issues but the woman treated me like I was stealing from her, rather than trying to return a product that did not work.

Customer service is horrible. Waited forever to be helped and there were employees standing around doing absolutely nothing as I waited. I called out to one employee and he walked away as if he heard nothing. When I finally got help, the sales associate lied to me and told me they only do price match with other auto stores even after I told him I ve done it at another location not far from this one. Absolutely unsatisfied with my experience and will not be back. I wish Google allowed zero stars because that s what they deserve. If you want real answers, go to a different location.

They really just don't have a big selection of kinds of things that I was looking for like paints and bondos and different kinds of gadgets that use the same thing sandpaper and waxes and a wax is an Apocalypse that would be awesome but yeah I'll buzz play to perez's fine it's just in a bad part of the city

Had me run to the Western store then back to the one on Michigan 3 different times. Each time was the wrong part. No one knew what they were doing. No one was helpful. The assistant manager at the store on Michigan street was rude and didn't care they kept screwing up. Called me a liar. Another employee wanted to argue with me, in front of customers. Finally got all my money back for the part and went to O Riley's. They got the part right on the first try and the party was cheaper! So needless to say I will never return or recommend autozone to anyone. They are terrible

The was on line for several minutes, just waiting to pay for the things I was buying; but, the two A A at the registers just were talking to each other and ignored me. So, I just left the store. I don't think that all workers at the store are inepts. However, customer service given by the two individuals I ran into is really bad.

The store on Bendix really just needs closed. I have a commercial account and get tired of 3 lazy punks standing around telling customers to "go to Western because they don't know nothing" <- muttered in ebonics of which I refuse to type.

Didnt really want to wait on customers. One customer was checking his own check engine light i ended up going to O'Reilly and they came out to figure out what was wrong.

Good service, had my parts in stock, had a discount being an Uber driver but the code wouldn't work so they gave me the discount anyway.
