We had a Mini Cooper that needed repairs. Jeff in service is top notch and always super honest and open about costs, time, etc. When our car needed a new engine and it wasn't worth putting money into, he arranged for it to go to auction and handled all the details. Everyone we've worked with there have been kind, understanding and honest.

I reviewed AIS years ago and I still bring my car here. Mark and Jeff are honest, detailed, and they communicate very well. I never understood loyalty to a mechanic until I started taking my BMW here. I'm truly thankful AIS is serving South Bend.

had the car for 5 days quoted one price, billed for 50% more, failed to update the quot and invoiced me last minute. also failed to take responsibility on fastening the splash shield appropriately as it failed on the highway the same day i picked up the vehicle. tried reasoning with mark insisted on doing no wrong. I would not go back for work i was intending to do.

Mark went way above and beyond ANY other dealership would ever do for me. He made purchasing my used 2016 Prius C absolutely hassle free and even brought the car over to me to just look at to consider for purchase.I would recommend AIS to anybody looking for a good used car at a fair price.Mark, thanks for everything! My wife and I bith thank you very much and we are looking forward to doing business with you again for our next car.

Always a great experience dealing with AIS! Whether I need a simple oil change or something to be checked on otherwise, I always trust my Audis with Mark, Jeff and the rest at AIS!

I ve done business with Mark, Jeff, and the guys for several years. I ve always been treated fairly. On a number of occasions they have gone out of their way they help me. Once my BMW had an issue. I dropped it off and Jeff realized the problem was still under warranty. They took the car to Basney and picked it back up at no charge. That s service!

AIS has serviced my Volkswagen Jetta TDI since 2019 and they've kept my car running at top performance. I would recommend them to anyone who has a Volkswagen in need of maintenance.

Huge thank you to Mark and Tom here. I live out of town and saw one of their vehicles online. The help and communication I received throughout the buying process was by far the best I ever had. They were so easy to work with and answered any questions I had, took pictures and videos of anything I asked for. They were up front and honest about any issues or concerns. I felt completely at ease making to long drive to purchase my vehicle. Thank you guys so much!

Recently had some work done on my 2018 WRX. Jeff the service manager was absolutely fantastic to work with. He clearly outlined the work that was going to be performed and stated to cost which was very reasonable. Caleb the service technician did an awesome job completing the repair for me. I really appreciate the thoroughness and him explaining exactly what was done. While I waited For repair to be completed I even had an opportunity to talk to Mark the sales manager about my future car purchase.. All in all a very great experience and would highly recommend Auto Import Specialist for your repair and sales needs!

Amazing team at AIS!!! Mark was great to work with and getting our vehicle scheduled for maintenance. We added in oil change at the last minute, and he was able to work it into our time frame. Highly recommended service department. When purchasing my next vehicle the team at AIS will be my first choice.

We have purchased multiple autos from Mark Fry. My Mercedes GLK350 was eleven years old so we decided to start looking to replace it. Mark did a great job finding just what we were looking for! It took about two months to find just the right one and he did a great job communicating with us about the search. We plan to continue to use AIS for servicing our new (used) 2020 Mercedes GLB250 as they have an amazing service department!

I take both of my cars to AIS. This time I took my wife s mini for maintenance(break fluid flush). While the car was getting serviced, I remembered about the broken brackets on the interior trunk lid, which made the lid keep lfalling off. No one sells the brackets only. I d have to get a whole new lid for a whole lot of money. Well, I told them about it and they found a way to fix it for me. They didn t even charge me for it. This is the type of auto shop that I can recommend. They don t only fix what you re in for, but they inspect your car, keep you up to date on what the vehicle needs, and also do their best on saving you money when appropriate. In my case, repairing my brackets at no cost, saving me from an unnecessary spending. Honest, professional, knowledgeable, very reasonably priced, local family business. I strongly recommend them to anyone that owns a German car.

AIS is definitely my preferrred service department, they are professional & knowledgeable, reliable. I always love a small garage, every vehicle gets the attention it deserves. They sell cars too, so you know they can get one in tip-top shape. Thank you for your hard work!

No high pressure sales tactics, friendly staff, quality selection. Easy to miss if you're passing by though. Lot is actually a lot bigger than it looks from the highway.

Mark and his staff take the fear and dread out of finding a new car. The environment is welcoming with no stress. The vehicles are hand picked, clean, and reliable. The service crew does a terrific job of taking care of any maintenance issues I may have. Buying from AIS and having my car serviced by AIS is an absolute no brainer! I have purchased two cars from AIS: A 2014 Mini Countryman and a 2013 BMW X5. The Mini was in great shape with a number of key things replaced by AIS before they sold it to me. The BMW had some issues after I bought it. Even though I bought it As-Is, Mark and Tom took care of me. They did nearly all the needed repairs at their cost. This is a group of great people who know cars and know how to take care of their customers. I m not buying a car anywhere else anymore.

We have been a client if AIS for several years. Our family has purchased three vehicles from the dealership and had them serviced by AIS. We have found them to be an honest, fair priced and very friendly place to do business. I just completed a lot of work on our 2006 Murano and the work was actually more than quoted but still under the quote price. If you need a new vehicle or a current vehicle serviced, we suggest you visit AIS. Thank you again AIS team.

I took my first German car here 4 years ago to be serviced, when I hardly knew anything about cars. The whole team was extremely honest and helpful. I ve since taken multiple vehicles & will continue to come back! The guys are great & can help whether you re a car newbie or enthusiast!

I had a MINI that needed work and I struggled to find a capable mechanic. My brother recommended Auto Import Specialist. The guys are extremely helpful, honest, and professional. They made all necessary repairs and had my MINI running perfectly!When I decided to sell my car, Mark took care of absolutely everything. My MINI sold super fast and I received almost as much as I had paid for the car when I purchased it three years ago!An establishment you can fix (or sell) your vehicle worry free!

I will definitely return to this shop if i need any other repairs to my Beetle. They got my vehicle in quick, called me with issues and recommendations, fixed what needed to be fixed and got me on my way. The communication was amazing! I even got a reminder about the appointment the day before. They were also super friendly! If there were more stars to give i would. I would highly recommend Auto Import Specialist!

WOW!!! The service and experience was not only the best my wife and I experienced, but I believe these professionals have just raised the bar and set the standards for all dealerships. Jordan, Mark, Jeff and the team welcomed us with open arms. Their lot has some of the best, cleanest cars in the area. Their service department rocks. Did I mention that they come and pick you up, door to door service?! Wow. We are extremely happy with our recent purchase. I will be recommending Auto Import Specialist to all of my friends, family and neighbors, as these folks are true professionals assuring that your buying experience is second to none in the area!!
