God is good. Tonight after work I was filling my coolant, when my radiator cap fell back into a super difficult spot. I came here looking for a replacement, but when they didn't have one, one of the workers came out and managed to fish the cap out for me! I cannot thank you guys enough for the help, as you just saved me so much trouble. You guys are absolutely incredible. Thank you so much, and God bless!

Went in for some rv antifreeze that their app said they had in stock, walked around for 10 min and didn't see any on the floor, there was only 1 customer at the counter and the rest of the employees seemed like it was party time, dancing around, using foul language and being loud. I have been coming to this location for the last 15 years and can see the decline of customer service. While they usually have what you need, do your research on the part you need and have a part number before going, its much faster that way and more accurate. I did get my rv antifreeze that they had in the back, if it wasn't for me needing it that day I would have left and went somewhere else and wouldn't have asked where is was at because not one person asked if I needed help after wondering the isles for 10-15 min. Over all you can get what you need but this location has seemed to have gone down hill A TON from when I first started coming here.

After being a loyal customer since the building was constructed, I m now done. Lincolnway is the hub, so I usually drive there because of the selection. I came in tonight for a simple gasket and the incredibly rude man child behind the counter was too busy on his phone to talk to me. I know competent employees are hard to find right now, but I will not tolerate rude people refusing to listen. He continued to sit and play with his hair while I left to find polite help across the street. The help at this store gets worse and more lazy with each new employee. I ll be canceling my advanced auto account.

Was looking for a particular part and thank goodness they had it. It is an item that they were going out of But we were lucky enough to get what we needed. Great service and very helpful people at behind the counter

I have used Advance Auto Parts for most of my car-related purchases for several years now, and will probably continue to use them, but will NEVER use their same day delivery online ordering again. I placed an order over a week ago for some windshield washer fluid... I was just going to do in-store pick up, but then saw that same day delivery was free, so I thought, why not? Never again. Advance tells me that they can't do anything about it because the order has already been picked up by their delivery service, Roadie; they gave me a $5 coupon, but I still had to spend over $5 to use it, which means I've now had to buy my windshield washer fluid twice. I give 2 stars because everyone I've dealt with has been helpful and friendly, as usual, but having a same day order be over a week late with no way to cancel is just unacceptable. My receipt says "30 day replacement if defective"... Do I get a 30 day replacement if my order never comes?

I walked in and there were 6 people inside. None had been helped yet. Both employees were in the back talking. It took them 10 mins to even let us know they were coming. After o finally made it to the counter, it took another 20 mins to get my part that I had ordered online.

Lol, so I call this store an simply ask if they have a item in the store that I'm in need of, and the store clerk tells me that I myself would have to come all the way into the store an check the shelves to see for myself. I wonder if he'd want me to cash myself out as well, I mean might as well finish the job myself. Such terrible, rude service an I most definitely will never go to a advance auto again. Company hires classy employees, they should be proud. I guess Auto zone will have to receive my money for now on out.

Placed an online order the day before. When I went to pick it up the person took nearly 10+ minutes looking for the part I ordered and still didnt end up finding it while I was there. This should have been pulled and waiting for me to pick up as c the site aaid it was in stock. They did say when they found it they would send it up to the Niles store, which is closer for me. Hopefully their follow through is better. So far Im very dissapointed in this experience. This store was very disorganized. I like advanced auto parts, but I will stick with the one in Niles. That store is cleaner and better organized.

Great place to shop for all your automotive parts and accessories. I love the online discounts and the option to pickup in store is great! I always shop for all my parts at Advance Auto Parts, I even go out of the way if I have to, that's how much I like shopping for my automotive products at Advance Auto Parts.

The employees went above and beyond! My Fianc�e and I were travelling from Northern Minnesota back to Ohio when I noticed my battery light come on. From experience, I figured it was my alternator. I managed to make the 30 minute drive to the parking lot. The alternator was caked with thick oil. Car wouldn't start back up.I borrowed tools and removed my battery to have them charge it. I purchased a new alternator and used their tools to replace it in the parking lot. One of the bolts was stripped and they had a specialty set of sockets available for purchase. After some "persuasion", I was able to remove the damaged bolt utilizing the specialty bits.By this time, my Fianc�e and our cat were dying from the heat. The employees allowed my Fianc�e to sit with our cat (in a carrier) inside near the entrance of the store. After a couple hours I had everything reassembled and the battery charged enough to start the car. Made it back to Ohio and, so far, no more problems with the car.Thank you again for all your help!

Could be cleaner inside, but what auto parts store couldn t? I can t at this point say it s better or worse than any of their direct competitors, which always has a location right next door.Apparently, there s a low bar to entry for this kind of business because there s plenty of competition.If I ever find anything that sets one apart from all the rest I ll revise my review, but so far it all comes down to advertising. As soon as one runs ads claiming they test your battery free, they all do likewise.

Having Amazon and other online retailers available makes advance Auto in the dust. I don't trust their parts any more than the next big box retailer. Prices are high as well.

I prefer Advance Auto over others because the staff is helpful and their prices online really are tough to beat, especially when you get a coupon on top of the savings.

They can be super busy depending on the time of day but, they are the main hub for the area. They usually have what you're looking for.
