Great campground and exceptional RV service center. People were very nice and accommodating. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. We had some warranty work done to our 2022 Alpine 3700FL and they did a fabulous job of repairing frame flex issue as well as heat pump unit that was not heating and repair on auto leveling system. When we picked up the RV they went over all the repairs with us and showed us what was done and that it all worked. Work was completed in a very timely manner. Very honest company with integrity. I would highly recommend Shipshewana RV Park & Service Center.

Well, where do I start, RV park itself isn't bad. Space between units was great and ample space to fit in our spot. And angled such you didn't see much of your neighbors.We came here specifically to get some work done on our unit. Ryan and the crew did a great job of squeezing us in and getting most of the work done. Spendy but efficient.The only complaint I have was just one of the gals behind the counter. She was pushy and easy to see and feel her frustration in my interactions with her! Think a prison guard position might be better suited for a job for her instead of customer service because she has none.But Ryan in service was fantastic!

Nothing fancy but clean, roomy spots for rv s. Showers and laundry clean. Most lots are level, some just a little off. One small problem, the water was on the passenger side and the sewer/electric on the other. Had to buy another water hose. It was quiet at night. Walking distance to food BUT watch the time, the whole town shuts down at 5pm!!! All good and shopping is closed early.We would stay again.

No shade. Nice pull through. Amish run the town so don't expect stuff to be open late. Sites are full hookup either direction. Great location near by. Don't be fooled. Not everything is handmade in these stores. Subscribe and watch. Thanks.Walkability: Tons of stores nearby. All close early.

Very nice RV park flat sites that are wide and long 50 amp power water and sewer. If you're looking for a KOA experience this is not your place. With that said it is a clean safe park. They have a service center if you need a repair. We were self contained so I don't know how the other facilities are. You are 30 min from Elkhart if you're shopping. I would recommend itNearby activities: Elkhart is a short distance away. There is a flea market on the propertyWalkability: Wide interior roads large property

Full hook ups, little bit pricey, but right next to the flea market and walking distance to everything in town. I enjoyed my stay here, and it was a little bit hot that day and hot in the motorhome because there was absolutely no shade at this location. bathroom and showers also had a laundry facility and they are very very clean and comfortable

Spaces are very nice (gravel and grass), utilities are centered, easy hookups. Staff is friendly and grounds are well kept. Walking access to the Tuesday and Wednesday Swap Meet. Pull thru sites alternate in direction, but there's plenty of space in between. Has picnic tables. We've stayed a few times. It's an interesting town.

Loved our stay. Clean, great friendly and accomodating staff, safe and ample spaces... and right next to the Flea / Antique Market, with a walk over access. Looking forward to staying there again when the flea market is open.

Our stay at this park was top notch. The lady in the office was super friendly when we kept extending our stay. Store is well stocked and had just we needed for our clogged gray tank. The grounds are kept up meticulously. Even better it is right in the heart of Shipshewana. We will be back for sure maybe just when it s a little warmer.

The RV Service Center is great!! We pulled in with our powered 3 step system acting up, wouldn't retract without persuasion. Their tech came to our camp site and made a quick evaluation of the issue, setting us up for repairs the following morning at 11. By 2 pm they were done with repairs and the bill was considerably less than I had experienced elsewhere!! Give this business a try, they're professional and straight up with their evaluation and work performed. Back home (FL), we'd still be waiting for an appointment just to have someone look at it. Very happy!!

Nice park, close to everything in town. Shower/bathroom were clean, washer for laundry was out of service though. Each tree has Christmas lights, that was neat. Overall great place to stay and very cool town!

Nice RV park. Open, spacious sites with room for even the largest of rigs. Some major faults , thus the lower rating. Laundry facility is woefully inadequate. Wound up at a great laundromat a mile up the road. Second, there is no wifi service here. Other parks of similar caliber offer it, this place should also. Beware the limited office hours, particularly on the weekends.

We camped here 5 nights several years ago but for the Christmas season they have a fantastic "Lights of Joy" drive through area. When we visited it was not busy and we took 25 minutes to enjoy it. I would guess the entire route may be around 3 or 4 miles. Go early as traffic to enter may back up for miles to get in.

Staying here for Alpine Rally. Very quiet and close to lots of shopping and dining!Nearby activities: Close to alot of stores and food choices!

Passed through on our way back east, we stayed for a few days and got to check out the flea market and auction, both were fun and things to be experienced. The park itself was huge! Facilities were nice and clean and folks were quiet and respectful, was everything we needed.

We brought our RV up to Indiana for my work. We scheduled with the Forest River factory to fix all of our Warranty issues. The factory sent us to Trading Places RV Service Center and we are glad they did. Ryan and his team did a fantastic job and got everything fixed in a weeks time. The staff was very friendly and professional. We had a lot of stuff (tools, grill, personal items) in the RV when we turned it in. Everything was still there, as the employees are honest folks. I highly recommend this RV service center for you repair needs. They work hard, fast and do their best to please the customer. Ryan told us that they treat each RV like it belongs to a family member. Can't say enough good things about them.

Good place for RV related necessities and services. Nice friendly staff and a nice clean campground on the premises. Flea Market within walking distance adjacent to the campground. If traveling then a good location to relax and unwind. Lots to see and do in the worlds largest Amish town.

I had a cable slide out problem leaving a campground in TN. Since I was driving through IN, I decided to check out the RV capital of the world to get repairs. An authorized dealer could not accommodate me and recommended Shipshewana. I got a campsite and the next morning Ryan came out to look at the problem. Despite being super booked, he came back to the site later in the day with another technician and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Big kudos!!I had to make another trip here for maintenance concerns in 2023. Ryan is still here and still just as good. The ladies in the office were very helpful with some deliveries I had. Even though travel is expensive I would still drive across several states to get here for repairs.

They installed air conditioner and did two recall repairs in a very timely fashion. When we got to our campground we couldn't get the air conditioner to work and they came out immediately. It was our fault but they didn't charge us! Their facility is new and impressive. I recommend them highly

Camping spots are level. Full hook-up sites. Nice bath house & laundry area. Campground maintained & pretty clean. Must bring your own campfire ring if you want a lil fire. We've been here several times & will be back.

Great stay, sunsets were very pretty this week. Lots to go and see around this rv park. Also super easy access to flea market from 8am - 4pm Tues & Wed. You won't be sorry you stayed here. Never really had staff contact. We reserved and checked in on line. Lawnmower staff was very considerate moving cords around rvs to mow sections. Thank youAlso met a lot of super nice RVers. Felt safe and secure. We liked it here and would definitely stay here again!

By far the best RV place we have encountered. Our RV was in for warranty work, where the dealer lacked in keeping us informed Ryan more than made up for with honesty and reality with time frame.Every employee we encountered was pleasant and friendly.Campground attached to service center is clean and easily accessible with our 44 fifth wheel. Kaylie and Kathy worked with us on our stays back and forth between campground and hotel. They were able to get answers for us when needed. Ryan was always available, very honest and a pleasure to work with. Anytime we had a question we didn t get an impression we were bothering anyone there.We hope we don t need their services but if we had any issues we would certainly not hesitate to go back.Definitely recommend!!

This is a very nice rv park. It was very clean. However, when we got there late, we found our site did not have sewer hookups . It was being repaired. It would have been nice to have been contacted before arriving. After trying to call them, check the check in place and attempting to visit the campground host to no avail, we looked up available spots online and picked a spot that way hoping we didn't take anyone else's spot. They did contact us the next day and were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately that spot was rented out for the next day. So we had to move to another spot. Also the new spot had no picnic table which the facility rectified before we even got our camper moved so customer service was good. A suggestion would be to improve communications. (Most places have at least a board letting campers know spots that are available or a contact number for such situations. ) Though we didn't use the facility, there is a new laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The shower rooms were clean and well setup. You are also right across the road to the flea market. This was very nice so one could come back to eat and rest. On the whole, we would stay here again.

We drove up from Delaware with a new Coachmen Leprechaun that had major issues. Ryan was a godsend from start to finish. It took every bit of 3 days to get things working right and he did not skimp or cut corners. Marsha in the office and Justin in the shop were very helpful as well. We have some new issues that have come up since then and I would totally be willing to drive back again for their service, top notch! Thank you all!

Great place to camp, sites are generously sized and situated back to back, which makes for easy hookups. All sites are pull-through, roads are plenty wide. All sites are flat and we'll gravelled. Half a block from the event center across the street, laundry on site, and shower/bath rooms. We will be back.
