My son was driving for his permit hours when his car s engine light came on indicated that the engine was over-heating. A gentleman in a truck stopped and gave us directions to Shipshe Auto Service which was less than a mile away. He said that we would be in good hands there.He was right. Brent came out to the parking lot and checked out our car and told us what to monitor and check after he filled it with antifreeze. We were back on the road and appreciated his help being so far from home. Thank you!

Being from Michigan I was down in the area for business and our truck had some wiring issues and wouldn t start. Not only did they come tow our truck ASAP but the service and attention to detail was top shelf. Everything was throughly explained and we was back in our truck in a great turn around. We would definitely recommend anyone to them if you should need someone for vehicle service.Services: Electrical repair, Special vehicle towing

They were amazing. How to make a pit stop by there Due to a dealership not putting my panels back on correctly. And they were hanging down, dragging the ground after an oil change. They got me in quick, got my car taken care of. I can't recommend them enough for their kindness.

This was the third place I brought my truck ( F-450) they went through it and found the problem in 1/2 an hour. Fixed it next day and gave us a loner to boot. Being from out of town I thought here comes the big bill, wrong did it reasonably priced and supper friendly. They came to the campground to see what the problem was with our truck. Removed the part dragging and led us to the shop. They ordered the part and it was delivered at 10 the next morning and installed it and we were on our way by 10:30. Great service by Marlin and the whole staff. Very friendly place to do business.

I have brought my Diesel truck here for multiple things to get replaced and worked on. The employees are always great at explaining and showing me what is going on and what would have caused the issue. I would recommend anyone to get their vehicle worked on at this facility.

They always do a great job for me. I have a diesel truck and deliver campers. Any time I have a problem the get right on it and get me back on the road. Great mechanics and very friendly always a great experience.

Visiting area from Canada and got a leak in my tire. Showed up without appointment at 7:30am. Looks like a busy place but after telling them I was just visiting area they had my tire repaired and i was on my way within 35 minutes. Nicest people too including the owner or manager, Sam on the counter and the mechanic who did my repair. So Thankful and if I lived here they would be getting all my business.Service: Tires

They have done pretty much anything to my vehicles over the years. They don't do body work or detailing. Window repairs are referred to glass shops where they are set up for that. This place rocks!! I am from out of state and my brakes went out! Ask the locals where to take my car and everyone said shipshe Auto. Well I I got a ride they towed it to their shop and in less than a week I had my car up and going on the road with some great mechanical repair! I've had a lot of car repairs and my day and this place is the most professional and best customer service in the Midwest! I sincerely mean that the prices were Fair, the customer service was excellent, and I actually felt like this auto mechanic shop cared about me! I noticed on the wall and the customer waiting area that they sponsor some different organizations in our country and around the world. They're Christian philosophy and work ethic truly can be seen if you have to have work done there. I am so impressed that I will bring my car back here on a 2-hour Drive to have some more work done in the future! No I'm not crazy, but they really do a great job thank you!!!

Needed a new oxygen sensor for my 2010 Ford Expedition. Vacationing with a travel trailer, so did not have much time to get repair done. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I came into town for a horse sale, and my brakes quit working completely. I called them, told them my problem, and they fixed it for me that day! Excellent guys! They even gave me a ride to the horse sale while they worked on the van. I am so thankful for these great people who saved me in so many ways today. Had just purchased a travel trailer down the road and one of my rear suspension air bags was not holding air. 500 miles from home and a lop sided ride not a good thing and quite dangerous. They jumped in and immediately solved my problem. I would highly recommend this company and owner that took it on personally to help an out of stater. Called them with hopes they could get my 5th wheel in for brakes and bearings packed. They fit us in and determined what was needed, got the parts and completed the job on time. I've been trying to get the RV in somewhere for months to get the service. It was out of the ordinary for them, but they took it on and completed the work right on plan. It was much appreciated.

Absolutely awful place. They gouge their prices and are dishonest to their customers. They charge more than necessary for tow services and tell you the city makes them charge that amount. When you call the city, the city tells you the tow companies are allowed to set their own prices. They do not care what they charge even if it's gouging.

A sojourner away from home has car trouble and calls the 1st name he sees on Google. Shipshe Auto.They agreed to come find me and tow me in for repairs. Were very prompt with tow and follow up service. Had us back on the road in fine fashion all said within 24 hours of problem. Multiple phone contacts to update progress, good or bad. Reasonable charges too!Owner and staff were a delight to do business with!
