Great staff. Reasonable price. Excellent customer service . there was a computer issue and they were so patient and stayed late to help my daughter and son in law get into the vehicle they needed. So excited about their new purchase.

I've been leasing my car through superior for years. They used to be very nice and helpful, but the new staff has really brought the place down. They're all RUDE, and do not want to help anyone when they're having issues with their vehicle. Would NOT recommend getting a vehicle from this location or even talking to or dealing with these people. Even the lady who has been there the whole time has an attitude and is rude. I am disgusted and appalled by the way she treated me on the phone. I am a single mother of 4, who needs reliable transportation for my kids, and she would not help, even though I pay for my car every week when the payments due. DO NOT GO HERE.

Went in there just looking, they worked with me on the down payment, wasn't expecting that at all, the car they sold me is a nice vehicle, one owner and low mileage. Customer service was also great. what I noticed while I was in there and waiting, people that came in there to make a payment, was like family, they weren't treated like a number. I say if you're looking for a vehicle, give these people a try. So far so good for me. Thank you

I've had my Pontiac G6 for over two years. Misty worked hard to get me into it on my own! The process was easy and fun! I love Misty and all the ladies that have been there and are currently there! Pay your payments on time! Return phone calls and you will never have any issue! All future cars will be with Superior!

Beware!!! Go to a dealership that cares about their customers this place doesn't care about their customers at all. Also if you are like me and don't listen to what people in town say & do it anyway make sure you get your car checked out the day you get it or your in for a rude awakening. I rarely do reviews but with this one I had to because people should know what they are signing up for.

Misty, Ashley, and tote-ily Julie are very lovely to work with if you are looking for a vehicle. Go swing by Superior Auto and check out all of there vehicles if they don't have one on there lot you want Misty will call other lots and get you the vehicle you want. I got my car from them and I absolutely love it. You girls rock keep up the good work!!

Would not recommend getting a car through here. I have had so many issues with my vehicle and I haven't even had it that long.If you do, take it to a mechanic to look at before your 3 days is up. They will over price you for a vehicle that has been used. Paying the same as you would for a brand new car. Right now I know the market for all cars are up due to the pandemic. Just be wise when purchasing. Pay close attention. Make sure you get it checked before your 3 days are up.Just a

Superior auto in Shelbyville is excellent! We have bought and paid off several cars from there and they are all still in great condition. The people who work there are kind and helpful, couldn t ask for more!

absolutly the worst, rudest, unprofessional people in the buy here pay here industry. If your 1 dollar short they will repo your vehical no questions asked. some one needs to shut them down! considering the in price of the vehicals is 60 percent interest.
