I spoke with a salesman about a GMC Denali they had in stock. I specifically told this salesman that if I was going to purchase I would be paying cash. I never asked the dealership to finance the truck. I ended up buying a truck in another state. Sandman somehow did a hard credit inquiry and NEVER had my social security number or written permission to do this. I m not sure how they did this. I would avoid this company.

Treated us wonderfully. Took the time to explain "the numbers" between leasing and buying. Really enjoyed talking with the elder owner (sorry forgot his name ) and appreciated the fact he didn't mind us viewing his collection of vintage cars. Overall wonderful experience, made us feel like family, not just a customer!.

I stopped by on my way home to pick up some new keys for my newly purchased vehicle that didn't come with door keys. Keys were only $3! Such a good deal that I bought 3 keys! The service, business, show room, and historic building was amazing to see! I even got myself a cadillac branded winter hat!

I recently had my vehicle worked on at Sandman Bros. I was so totally disgusted at the price involved with correcting the issue. It only took the service department about 30 minutes to correct. The part was only around 65 dollars but the total bill was over 300!!!! This is OUTRAGEOUS!!!! I doubt that I will ever go to the dealership again to have my vehicle worked on and will go back to my home town mechanic who is just as good AND more reasonable on price.

Sandman Brothers dealership has been around as long as I can remember. My mom bought vehicles there when I was young, they always took good care of her way back then, & it's nice to see that their service hasn't changed over the years. I only bought some parts, dealing only with the service feller (Ryan). I was treated very well & quickly, even though my parts had to be ordered,(I ordered them after 5pm Tuesday & had them Wednesday by 2:30pm, so Ryan didn't have to get his shin whacked, lol, sorry Ryan. Sandman Brothers is a fine dealership I would recommend paying them a visit if you're looking for a new or used vehicle, or even just some parts or paint, they will treat you right!

Bulb had burned out in tail light and Sandman worked me in right away. Everyone at Sandman was friendly and professional. They quickly replaced bulb and I felt the price for labor + parts was competitive.

I trust Sandman's with my jeep completely! I would never take it anywhere else! They're not the type to take advantage of a woman!! Well they sure haven't me!! Very grateful to all of them!

I made a deal for a Jeep on a Friday and they took my deposit. Over the weekend they sold it to someone else. On Tuesday they reached out to me and said there was a problem with the vehicle and they didn t feel comfortable selling it because it had an engine issue and that they may just have to end up keeping it.After I persisted in the fact that we had a deal and they should fix the vehicle, one of the owners finally admitted to me that they had actually sold it to someone else over the weekend.Avoid this dealership at all costs. The worst part is that I spent hours driving around buying parts for this vehicle to modify it when I received it to make it the way I wanted it.Now I am out almost $2000 for a bunch of parts that I don t need. Shameful

The scooter was nice. My interaction with both Sandman brothers was not ideal and if I had to purchase again, I would definitely buy somewhere else.

Car buying is never easy no matter who you are!Doing business with Sandman Brothers was one of the best choices my wife and I ever made.I appreciated being spoken to and not at like I have been in the past with other Auto Dealers and their Salesman, our Salesman Ron was friendly and spoke to us with Respect! Even the Finance Manager was Fun to speak and joke around with.I look forward to doing business again there when it comes to Oil Changes, Tire Service, and when my wife is looking for a new ride! Thanks again Sandman Brothers for all you do!Cheers,The Drakes!

This is a local long-established Car Dealer in town. They sell several different brands of automobiles, both new and used. They are a Cadillac dealer, Jeep dealer, and Dodge dealer. They are a smaller lot but they try to keep a good selection of newer vehicles in a price range affordable to most people. They can help you with financing and give you a decent amount for your trade in. They also have a repair shop in the rear of their building and a body shop. The salesman I have spoken to seem nice and knowledgeable about the vehicles, and not overly pushy, and not trying to pressure you into a deal.

Did not address original issue after spending $1200. Issue not resolved and no resolution offered by service manager after multiple visits and $$ invested. Not interested in developing or keeping local clientele.

I purchased a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan new from Sandman Brothers in January 2012. I really liked knowing I was supporting a smaller town car dealership and they had a specific model I was seeking (RT model). I would likely give the dealership a 4-5 star based upon my purchase at the point of sale. It was 3 years later the dealership earned a 1 star rating. The background. I purchased an extended warranty for 5 years or 75K mikes. I was told it was exactly the same as the factory warranty with a $100 deductible. I NEVER buy warranties, but because the RT model has SO many electronics, once I confirmed the warranty was OEM through Chrysler, I agreed to the purchase.Forward ahead to January 2015. I had a back-up camera that went out. It actually went out in Dec 2014, but because of the holidays and I did not get around to getting it fixed. With the exception of the $100 deductible, I was not worried about the timing. I had moved out of state since my purchase, so I had to go to my local Chrysler dealership. I will avoid all of the significant details (although if you heard the you would definitely not want to experience them), but I was told I did not have a warranty. After significant back and forth, Sandman indicated they made an error and it was never issued (remember, I am making multiple trips back and forth to the local dealership, making calls to Sandman, Chrysler, etc). They indicated they would get it corrected.Once corrected, I returned to my local dealership, only to be told the warranty only covered parts essential to the operation of the vehicle and the camera would NOT be covered. I called Sandman and Chrysler, and both confirmed it would not be covered.***NOTE: If you are buying a factory warranty form Sandman and they advise it is the same as the factory warranty, that is NOT correct. IT ONLY COVERS PARTS ESSECTIAL TO THE OPERATION OF THE VEHICLE***So my $550 camera repair was not covered. It was not considered essential to the operation of the vehicle . I was furious. I confirmed items such as the radio, navigation, etc all are NOT covered. That is why I bought this warranty and even had that conversation with my slaes rep at the time of purchase. I immediately asked for a cancellation of my warranty and a refund.Sandman drew out a significant number of interactions and initially appeared like they were working in my interest. Ultimately, they agreed only to reimburse less than 50% of my incurred fees. I did not want anything extra, just a refund of my warranty. I was not looking for anything else for the repairs, my time, etc.Ultimately, I had to go to small claims to obtain a judgement against Sandman for the warranty cost and court costs. They are now refusing to acknowledge the judgement and I am forced to incur additional expenses to pursue the recovery my warranty cost and out of pocket court costs.I highly recommend you read the fine print. Here is a last good one. I could not read the fine print because the warranty was not issued for 3 years post sale. The failure to issue the warranty and the verbal misrepresentation of the warranty was the basis of my small claim suit.I told one of the owners of Sandman, I did not want to cause any problems for them. Although I would never return, I still loved the idea of some smaller town dealerships still being around. It kind of like a mom and pop restaurant vs a chain thing for me. I would have been far better off going with one of the mega dealerships in Indianapolis. In the end, at least with a Big Mac you know what you are getting. I found out the hard way here.

Family owned and really good small town business. They have awesome classic cars to see there too. They've been in business for over 100 years!
