The owner bobby has been nothing but amazing to me and my family. Reasonable rates and quick turn arounds. I'm from greensburg and always make the drive to have somebody I can trust work on our vehicles

Went to this place when it was Esters and I was very happy with the service and I m happy with it now that they are Precision. The owner is fantastic and you can tell he cares about what comes out of his shop and cares about the customers. He was respectful and very nice and if I m being honest it s really the only place I trust in town and I will def go back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic

A simple fuel pump cost me almost 1000$. Missed diagnosis and just threw parts at it. pulled the intake plenum to put a fuel pressure reg in it. Broke my injector and parts of it went into the head. So I had to put new injection on it. Also didn't lube the plenum and broke the rubber gasket from not lubing it. Also took 2 of my new taylor plug wires off and put some used junk on and then lost them when i requested them back. Put the bed on crooked and broke the vent tube on the canister after telling me he read the pressure gages wrong and needed a fuel pump. A o ring was left off of the air idle sensor. I guess when threw a used one on the see if that was a problem. When I went to pick up the truck it was a new owner that I knew. If I new this was him when my truck was towed there, I would have used someone else.

Tyler was nice and explained my bill to me.Terry made me feel comfortable with hacimg my car repaired here.My car runs great they got my car fixed same day i dropped off.Didn't try to rip me off being a unmarried female clueless about cars.This family owned mechanic shop is #1 in customer service prices and labor.

Fast and reasonably priced.What would have cost 1200 for one thing,Cost under 1000 and included timing kit and service, transmission service, oil service, egr valve and cleaning.Only place I go for engine work and part replacement.

I had taken one of my vehicles to 2 other shops in to get an issue resolved. Both places told me the noises were all in my head and there was nothing wrong. Literally sounded like the car was going to fall apart at times. Esters fixed it on less than a day at a third the cost the others wanted to charge me to guess on parts, and it's been great since. I've had all of my cars serviced here ever since then, for over a year now. I will continue to use their services.

These guys are great! I think the names were Scott and Tyler - I was on a trip from Cincinnati to Indianapolis for a concert last week. I was really nervous thinking I'd be stranded. Luckily for me, they were available to help right away. They found two major things that were causing my car to not be stable - they were able to get the parts and get them installed right away. They really know their stuff! They did not overcharge me and they explained everything they were doing, which is truly appreciated - being a person who knows nothing about cars, I am always worried I will be overcharged or they will try to tell me I need something when I don't. They got me back on the road in time to make it to my concert, and made it safely home to Cincinnati also!! Thank you so much! - DJ

Tried to rip me off!! Told me my radiator needed replaced and it was actually just a hose needed replaced!! Smdh. Good thing I had a family member take a look first before I gave him a dime.

Honest, affordably priced and quick!!! The mechanics are great!! I've never felt like they were talking down to me. If I didn't understand what they were talking about, they were very willing to take me into the garage and show me.

Replaced motor in my 04 Mountaineer for almost $7 K with a Jasper. Immediately upon return coolant was leaking. Took it back on at least 2 occasions in which they told me they had it under pressure tester all day and no leak. I got tired of paying for coolant and it overheated. Now, they finally find the leak a crack in plastic intake, wasn't leaking prior to repair clearly something done on install or removal. Worked it out after a battle of civil lawsuit threats and recorded phone conversations they agree to do it at cost. Truck hasn't ran right since and only the second Jasper motor the shop my truck is currently sitting in has had to swap out. I asked for details on evidence of malicious activity as is suspected. After replacing intake truck was only getting, lucky 13.5 mpg when usually gets 15 mpg, I knew something was up as soon as I got it back. Tried arguing over the phone with me about how it was my fault i ran it out of oil to blow it. No jack I did a oil change with some Royal Putple I got for free and it caused all the sludged to loosen and clog my oil pump mr mechanic. All these conversations are still saved for the public to hear if Mr Esters chooses to retaliate for these remarks! Thats not a threat in any way i just may choose to release them without his public opinion on the matter. Stay far away from these hacks for big jobs. Won't be doing business again and certainly encourage everyone else to get a second opinion, their's a reason their prices are low.

Called at 11:30 for a water pump replacement. Was back in my truck by 5:30 same day. Great price as well
