Great place they always have or can get the part you need just tread softly when ordering some will and have ordered the wrong part even though you clearly state what you need. Thankfully the lady in the afternoon on this day double checked and the right part was in stock and cheaper than the wrong one the guy ordered. We'll save face and not mention names.

Poor help the lady in there made us wait to answer the phone and just sat on the phone trying to on go the call she didn't want to check my altinator ask another guy to he said I'm busy with customer she just staying on her cell phone horrible they need to hire people that want to work and nor on there phone they can play on ther phone o. There own time

Went in for an ac recharge bottle/hose, kids acted like I was dumb because they didn't know what it was. Ended up paying literally double the price that walmart charges for the same product. Even a little knowledge about the industry you work in would awesome.

They were extremely rude, I was trying to buy a battery and I have bad knee he didn t offer to help take the battery to the counter. When I paid he just threw the receipt on the counter and walked off. I m from Springfield Mo where their headquarters are so I always go to Oreillys because I feel like I m at least supporting my home town in a way but I ll be shopping at Auto Zone for now on.

This auto parts store is similar to the other nationwide chain auto parts stores and is open early in the morning until late into the evening. Its a newer store and is usually always clean and organized pretty well. The staff seems knowledgeable about all the car parts and can help recommend what you should buy if you do not know. Prices are normal and should always be compared with the others as you never know which place will be the lowest price for the best part.

On 3/15/2021, I called several mechanic places for a battery that fit a 2014 Ford Escape. Everyone was charging ridiculous prices and even more for labor due to the placement of the battery.I called O Reilly and spoke with Zach. He went above and beyond for my mother s car. He stood out in the freezing rain and spent probably 45 minutes trying to get my mothers battery out so she wouldn t have to have it towed elsewhere. He made a commitment to replacing the battery and definitely did not fall short on that promise. EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you so so much! We truly appreciate it sir!

Quick, & courteous service. Purchased a battery, I wish I'd gotten the young man's name, bc he & his manager needs to know that he had done a wonderful job! I sincerely appreciate that he installed my battery on a very cold, & windy day. It wasn't a typical pull the old battery core out & pop in a new one. My truck has both a bar, bracket & a battery box, which is a pain in the rear & the fact that he was so willing to install my battery. I will get back over to this store, bc I want to update this with his name, he deserves to know that he's appreciated & O'Reilly needs to recongnize him, & that he's an asset to O'Reilly!

I would honestly recommend this place over any other parts store. When you ask questions they answer in a way anyone can understand without feeling stupid. If you don't understand they will take you to what they are talking about and find a different way of explaining

I spent six hours here making a custom ignition system from scratch after my HEI distributor from Summit Racing exploded on the freeway.The people here (especially Kathy, Nate, and Hayden) went above and beyond to help me get my truck running. I would die or kill others for these people; they'll take care of you like you're family.

I knew this place was not the best idea, but I needed a u joint for a PTO shaft on an auger bit that attaches to a tractor. Rural King did NOT have it and offered no help or other solutions, however at this store two (2) young men saw the part and we all knew it was a puzzle. They took the time to get a micrometer (measuring device) and searched the web and their data base for a U Joint that would work. They had to cross reference a part # and had it there at the store in 2 hours. I think these 2 young men did a great job and O'Reilly's needs to clone them. I know the parts stores can be tricky, but I prefer this store out of ALL of them. Once in a while I HAVE to go somewhere else, but not often.

Nice place to get some things when you do it yourself and I mean by doing it yourself you're doing it from point a to point b all the way to point z asking for help some of them will be glad to explain things and some of them has no idea
