Felt like second fiddle to the non stop phone calls. Seemed to be an inconvenience to him but he was thorough explaining the trailer process. Someone less busy would've been a better person for U-Haul rental in our opinion. Truck was clean and had all the bells and whistles. Can't speak to the quality of repair work, this is strictly as a U-Haul renter.

I made my reservation online and my pick up was Sunday. They tried calling me on Saturday and I missed the call. Tried calling them back and couldn t get ahold of anyone but I read my email and it everything looked like it could be done online so I didn t worry about it. I get a call on the day of the pick up that they are closed and I now have to drive to Franklin to pick up my truck. They had an entire week to reach out to me to let me know they were closed that day, but they waited until last minute.

Miller's was good it was interstate batteries that was the issue interstate battery will NEVER get a single dollar out of me. Not only did the interstate battery go dead in my Porsche quickly but I also have 3 in my RV that have all failed & brand-new. I bought a SUV used and have had it 4 years with not one issue with the battery ITS NOT INTERSTATE so I say they're JUNK!!

Miller Service and U-Haul is a very friendly, helpful, prices are reasonable, and is a timely place to have your vehicles worked on.
