Jeremy and Johna are top notch. Jeremy has great experience and always up front about the price and problems with your vechice. I had a situation with a local dealership stating that work had been done to the engine. With Jeremy's experience he was able to confirm that the work actually had not been done. I will always use J&J!! They for sure have earned my business.TonyEZ-Dumpsters

They got my truck in and fixed in a reasonable time. They even stayed late to finish it up after regular hours and delivered it to my house! Johna provided great customer service! Will definitely be back for future repairs!

Best mechanic I ve ever dealt with! I have used Jeremy for years never tries to over sell anything and always does quality work. Any issues or problems have always been quickly handled in a professional manner. Will travel well over an hour for his quality of work!

I can't say enough about J&J.Their customer service exceeds any auto shop I have encountered!They have very assiduous employees.Johna behind the desk, is the utmost personable and always answers all of my questions. She has a ready smile and is always quite friendly and knowledgable of auro repair and parts and services And takes her job seriously.I can't speak highly enough of Jeremy.His knowledge and thoroughness, he does things in a timely manner and definatwly knows his cars inside and out!!His character exceeds him!And although serious, he can be quite humorous to take the stress out of the situation.I have never had any negative situations with J and J and I highly recommend them if you want the job done and done right!Matter of fact, on 2 occasions, when I was being told out of this world diagnosis on my Power Stroke, he fixed it amd had her purring!

Met Johna through a Facebook post asking for recommendations on where I could get my car serviced. Everyone there was quick and prompt and took the time to show me the issues on my vehicle which made me feel much more comfortable using them. Had my car ready to go the next day. Gave one star only because I couldn't give negative stars. How unprofessional of your business to use my name in your response when I gave a review anominously, but thank you for doing that. Now people can contact me ( like they already have). What you did not tell in your response is how when you were only suppose to reset my service engine soon light. You crashed my computer and it took you four days to reprogram it. When I needed 4WD, I didn't have it and you had to reprogram it again so that module would talk to the computer and charged me for it. Since my vehicle was in your shop I was told that it stands to reason that since you shut my whole electrical system down, I will find all kinds of things that need to be worked on if you did not reprogram the system correctly and unfortunately I won't know what those things are until I need them and don't have them, like my 4WD. You told me questionable stories of what was going on with my vehicle during that time and this is why I gave you less than one star and am a very unhappy customer. You didn't care about making me a happy customer until I gave you a bad review. I think that speaks for itself.

I have been taking my vehicles to the owner of J & J for years and he always provides fast, honest, and friendly service. You won't find a more hardworking family than the ones at J & J.

Went to drive my car today and realized it has been leaking oil. Took it to the shop I normally take it to and they didn t even want to take a quick look at it to get an idea instead they said I can get to it Friday. With it being Tuesday and not thinking I should be driving it that long I decided to take it to the shop around the corner being J & J. Knowing how important it is not to be driving around with an oil leak he took a quick look at it and saw that it was the oil filter. I decided to drop it off there and come back later to pick it up. His team decided that they would go ahead and get it in then as it was a quick and easy job. With that I went ahead and just waited around. They had it in and done in a matter of minutes. I want to thank him and his team for the excellent customer service and for going above and beyond what was expected. They didn t have to fix it right away. I was ok with coming back later to pick it up. I will definitely be switching shops and taking my vehicle there in the future!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Came here because a relative had car repair service. High quality work and excellent service. I visited from out of town and I would totally bring my car if I lived here. Jeremy is awesome, super knowledgeable and very caring. 5 stars.

Great people who are more than happy to help you out and go above and beyond. I broke down on my way through Indiana and the team at J & J provided me with a tow, helped unload and reload my car, and even drove me to the rental car spot!

Awesome mechanic, treated me with generosity and respect. Felt very laid back and family oriented. But, most of all, he did great work at a great price! Fast at getting my vehicle back in order also. Highly recommend. Im newer to the area. Luckily I called j&j first!

I brought my vehicle here to have the muffler and tailpipe replaced. The owner was friendly and professional as well very reasonably priced compared to other shops I had received quotes from. My daughter's car broke down on the interstate on her way home for Easter from Cincinnati to Illinois. Being from Chicago and not knowing this area or any auto repair places was very concerning. As advised from a mechanic we know in Illinois, he suggested I call the NAPA Auto Parts store to see if there is a NAPA Certified Auto Repair Shop in the area. The suggest I call J&J. Immediately I could tell the Owner (Jeremy) had concern for the situation and assured me he would do what he could to get her back on the road including calling a Tow. He then stayed late to complete the repair and got her back on the road. His price was very fair where some may have taken advantage of the situation which he clearly is not made that way. The car was repaired, and she made it home that evening. The first call I received in the morning was Jeremy to make sure all was good. Absolute gem of a guy. I have been in business for almost 30 years and know the above and beyond difference. He is the definition. A+

Finding a trustworthy shop can be a challenge. But this shop and staff were incredible to work with. Very upfront and honest about what needed done, costs, etc. They provide quality work and are outstanding in customer service!

You will recieve all the details needed for you to make the best decisions for ur vehicles.
