I have been very apprehensive to go to a dealership again. I have had a bad experience with another dealership that I really trusted so going to another one was something that I did not want to do. The quick oil change places do not offer tire rotations so the only option was to go to a dealership. I made an appointment online and changed it several times just because I was scared to go. I drove to the dealership and had such a great experience from the moment I drove in to the moment that I left. Dave was very attentive and receptive to my concerns and needs. He patiently answered all of my questions. He gave me a tour of the building and made me feel at ease. He showed me my filters which I think is important. It was not a sales gimmick, it was look at this and here are the options. Afterwards, Carlos came and sat next to me and showed me my paperwork, what I should consider doing next time and gave me tips on getting a better performance with my vehicle. He escorted me to the cashier who was very friendly and showed me respect. I left there with a good feeling. That is how a dealership should be. Thank you

Wish I could give this place zero stars. By far the worst service experience I ve ever had. I took a day off work and made an appointment for 8:30am on a Friday for a general inspection and a possible exhaust leak. They kept my truck overnight after saying they would call me back once they talk to the technician (they never did) and never called the next day so I had to just show up and ask for me keys so I could take it somewhere else to actually get it fixed. All in all they had my truck for a day and a half and did absolutely nothing. Ray Skillman in Indy will be getting my business from now on.

Your dealership provided me with a ride back home so I could leave my vehicle, and picked me up when my vehicle was complete. I really appreciate that and will continue doing my business here to support this type of great service. This is how places need to do business - I appreciate you!

We were driving on I74 and our sunroof would not shut. It was 12:30, lunch time for most businesses.When we pulled up to the service drive, Kyle warmly greeted us. He asked Dave to help. Dave, the service manager, quickly jumped into action. He wrote a ticket, called for Jordan, and asked us to make ourselves comfortable. Jordan took our vehicle in the shop and within about 30 minutes returned with the sunroof back in its proper place.Their drop of the hat service was amazing.Thank you Dave and team for your kindness.

My 2022 GMC terrain broke down on the hwy, this was the closest Chevrolet dealership near me. My car was under warranty and ended up having a windshield leak whitch took them 3.5 weeks to fix bc they broke the windshield. This is not my issue My issue is that when I got the car back today it was filthy and had greese marks everywhere one of the employees (cody) wrote on the back of my car in the dirt. Nothing was cleaned whole car smelled of Greece. The service manager Dave was very professional and is taking care of this. He gets a 5 star. Cody gets a 1 star and the service as a whole get a 3 star.

I just picked up my 2010 rs 2lt 6-speed manual camaro from the service department. They have had my car from 11/1 - 12/20 to do timing chains. After excuse after excuse and the mechanic having to redo the job because he messed up the first time. We go to pick up the car and as I stand outside and wait. The car drives past and I noticed 8 to 10 dense in the door! It looks like it went through a war zone! They said their body guy will take care of it, but it's right on a nice sharp body line, so is their body guy a miracle worker? Between the 50 days it took them to do the timing chains and fix the car after they messed up the first time and the body damage I will be looking into taking legal actions. I want the people held responsible and fired!

Went in for a oil change. Pulled right in & within 5 minutes I was told my truck battery was dead and I needed a new one. I never had any problem whatsoever with my truck starting & thought that was odd. But I told them to go ahead & replace it. Shortly after that he came back in and showed me my air filter wasn't in too bad of shape But I had a nail in my tire. I thought that was a bit odd also But I had it repaired also. Now my truck doesn't start like it used to. Sounds like the starter keeps running or something.The whole time I waited for over an hour. The TV was not turned on so I got to hear all about the employees. Listening to how the receptionist made her own hours and she didn't care what management thought . Another girl from up front came in to gossip and then had to go make some phone calls & off duty salesman stopped in. Another salesman took a deposit and didn't get any info the receptionist needed... blah blah blah. I felt like all of this was unnecessary as I really didn't have any interest in hearing all of this. If the TV would have been on I wouldn't have had to hear it. I'm hesitant to call them about the truck not starting properly & I'll probably find someplace else to have it serviced as I felt the experience was unprofessional

The people work nice but when you set an appointment to have your vehicle looked at and 5 days later they call you to tell you that your vehicle is still not looked at pisses anybody off I don't know anybody that could go five days without their primary vehicle what is the point and setting an appointment if it does you no good also when you tell someone that you are good and they still don't leave you alone it tends to piss you off as well

Bought a 2022 Tahoe RST from Jason Fry recently and I couldn t be any happier. Had a trade in, gave me a good deal on the trade and buying the Tahoe was very easy and painless. 10/10 recommend.

We purchased our new '22 Tahoe RST out of state from Hubler Shelbyville. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience. It can be a little unsettling buying such an expensive vehicle sight unseen from a dealer almost 1,000 miles away. But TJ was great-- responsive and straight to the point when inquiring about the vehicle availability and pricing. Not the typical song and dance you usually get at a dealership. Shipping the vehicle took longer than expected, but I can't fault the dealership for that. If there's one piece of constructive criticism I have to offer it would be to communicate throughout about the shipping process a little more proactively when dealing with an out of state buyer. But all in all, they kept their promises, responded promptly when I inquired about anything, and they did what they said they would do. I couldn't be happier we landed a Tahoe with the options we wanted at a fair price in these crazy times. Thank you to TJ, Devon, and Hubler Shelbyville!

I was traveling back home to Tennessee from Indiana and my Duramax had issues right at the exit for Hubler Chevrolet. These people went out of their way to give the best customer service I ve ever had at any dealership. They had me back on the road in under 4 hours and that s impressive considering the problem. I really can t thank y all enough for making me a priority and turning a stressful day into a win. Next time I buy, I ll make the trip to Hubler Chevrolet and buy from Jason. Thanks!

I d definitely recommend David Schimmel. I showed up 3 different times thinking about buying a truck and he was the guy who helped me each time. He wasn t pushy and didn t give up on me after the first 2 times I left without buying anything. I d recommend him to anyone looking at buying a vehicle. You won t be disappointed with him

Our salesperson was Jason Fry and he did an outstanding job! I ve never had an easier car buying experience. I had found what I wanted, but wasn t having any luck finding something for a good price online within my budget. When we pulled up to the lot he immediately asked what I was looking for, and he came through with the first vehicle he brought to me. We ended up getting a higher package than we thought we could get in our price range. It even has a moon sunroof, which is my favorite part!Thank you for your hard work Jason. If you are looking for someone to bring your dream car right to you I would 100% recommend starting with Jason.

Dylan was our sales associate. We couldn't be happier. He helped us get exactly what we wanted and needed along with taking our trade and helping us by going above and beyond with everything. Would rate lower if I could. Worst service I have received in my lifetime. Had a vehicle in the service department, was quoted a price ($169) and time frame for specific work to be done. Finally on the 3rd day after they had dome a diagnostic, which wasn't requested ($125) was given a quote for over $1700 to possibly fix my vehicle, and not even fix the issue it was brought in for.Only once was I contacted by service , and that was only after someone in sales told them to contact me. I had asked multiple times to be contacted.Do not use this service department, they are a scam to upcharge you and take your money!

Hubler did a great job, replacing the transmission in our vehicle, and working with our warranty service to make sure everything was taken care with minimum out of pockets expenses.

The whole process was simple, smooth, and professional. From the first time I visited to order the car to the time we came as a family to pick it up, the whole dealership team was friendly and ready to help. Tyler James was super thorough in making sure we didn't miss any features we may want in the vehicle when ordering and we truly appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the process. We'll definitely be reccomending all our friends, family, coworkers and others to him for their future GM purchases too!

The sales person that I had help me was awesome. Tyler was his name , but when it came to the finance guy Gene it just fell apart. He did not even try to deal with me at all. he just pushed out a price and payment on me and asked me to sign on the line. I know that I have credit problems, but what he was offering would have made it impossible to do !! The next day when I returned the car that he was pushing on me and said that i have found a better deal he just assumed it was a buy here pay here place.Im happy to say that i got a much better deal somewhere else (Ray Skillman GMC) My credit will get better now with out me going poor first.
