rented this car and damaged it when I went back to get pictures of the damage they said that it was already rented out yet charged me over $700 for the damage but it was able to be rented out same day so my advice is to not rent from them because they rent out damage cars money hungry.

More of a corporate problem than this location but i reserved a standard suv. I got a midsize crossover, i wasnt pleased when i went to pick it up but i didnt argue ,other reservations were made and i had to go with what they had. Then when i got a flat tire, I had to wait for a service guy to change it to a spare then drive 100 miles to exchange the car . My last day of vacation and i didnt agree so they sent me to a tire place to get it fixed. They were busy and in total took me 6 hours anyway. What ever happened to "well pick you up"? I feel very let down and jipped out of a days vacation...Update : upon return i was given a discount for my inconvenience, great crew at this location.

The vehicle I had was great, the manager I met was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was when I was to return the vehicle to the closed location at 1pm. I was informed keys where picked up from drop box in the morning and afternoon between 2 and 3. I did not receive the bill through email, and have yet to be called to confirm they have the car. I dont like I had to drop it off at a closed location, yet I'm responsible for it until an employee can get to it. That time span something can happen. I took pictures and documented the cars condition, and am not happy my deposit will be delayed getting back to me.

Last few enterprise rentals were really bad experience, decided to call shelbyville and I think his name was Griffin, but he was excellent! Found me a car when I couldn't get one and went the extra mile to make sure the check out was smooth and fast. My wife picked it up for me and she said he was just as kind and helpful in person as on the phone. We actually switched our rental from Greensburg and drove a extra 20 mins because the people I talked to in Greensburg were kind of rude! Thanks for the help yesterday!

Worst location to rent a vehicle, the worst customer service I ve ever received. Unprofessional management on down. I ll take my business elsewhere. They should be ashamed that people represent the company like they do here. Beware.

This was my second time working with this location, and I have to say, it has been the best two car renting experiences ever. They were on time, had my reserved car ready and the process was very seamless! I live in the downtown Indy area and will drive the extra miles to go rent here every time. They are a notch above the competitors. Keep up the good work.

I rent almost every month for work. Almost everyone is amazing here and many of my colleagues are jealous of the great service my local office gives. I'm giving a 3 star because there's no consistency in staffing. By the time I build a relationship with someone great they leave. This caused me to take almost a year off from Enterprise. Otherwise the selection is solid and the customer service is almost always spot on.

This place made renting a car super easy. I booked it that morning, they arrived 10 minutes early to pick me up, and had me out of the office ten minutes after we arrived.I rented the economy car-- fiat 500. It was fine. I rented for 8 days, but was able to return it after only two (my car was in the repair shop). They refunded me the other 6 days without me asking.In the meantime, they had a cornhole board set up in the office, which I got to play for rewards. So...Easy? Check.Fun? Surprisingly, check.Fast? Check.Inexpensive? CheckI'll be using them the next time I need to rent as well. : D

The staff here is amazing! I can't remember the name of the girl who helped me (Nicole maybe) but she called me the day before we were due to pick up our rental to let me know that we were more then welcome to pick it up a day early at no extra cost! This was a huge plus for us because we were able to leave way ahead of when we had planned to!! Also we had reserved a smaller SUV and they didn't have one so we were upgraded at no extra charge. Picking up and dropping off the rental was super fast!! Huge thank you to the staff there!! I will def be using them again for future rentals!!

Horrible for the ten years I have been renting vehicles for spring and fall break months in advance.This year, nope got a call on a Monday verifying the reservation .came to leave on Saturday got a call at 8:43a, our pick up timeAt noon, saying they don t have the vehicle that we reserved and if we want the vehicle we have to drive to Frankfort or Louisville to get it. Last minute drove to Louisville to pick it up I will never use enterprise again. Sad stuff!!!

Got a card from them through it insurance claim when I first picked up to pick up it wasn't washed it clean I had to do that I kept the truck until the thing was I took it back but I detailed it I washed it so it was clean when it went back they get me my 50 bucks back after they give me my 50 bucks back three days later they charge my card for $37 without even talking to me that's called fraud

I travel nearly every week for work. The staff here is always, kind, courteous, and professional. There have been very few times when they have not been busy but no matter how many people are there, they treat everyone as if they are the most important person in the room.

Staff helpful. Cannot pick up on Sunday. Dont open till 9am Monday thru Sat.. Had to pick up car a day early which cost of course. The left passenger rear tire constantly going low. Trip to Florida could have been bad. All in all not to bad. Nissan great gas mileage.

Always a very helpful staff, and other than occasionally having several customers at once with only one-or-two counter personnel to handle the volume, I'm always able to get in and out very quickly. Moreover, this particular Enterprise office has much cheaper rates than anything in major cities or airport sites -- a one-or-two-week rental for vacations is a fantastic deal.

Nice staff, accommodating and got what we expected. Didn't get upgraded Serius radio because we wanted to plug in our own playlist but it wasn't working. Van was clean and everything else worked as expected. Front desk girl was helpful, not pushy and very comfortable to work with, best part!

We had an issue, as the van was not cleaned. I spoke to Shawn the manager at our Enterprise here in town. She took care of our issue on the spot. Can't thank her enough. She's really great!!!

Seth has been awesome. He had not only went out of his way to book me a cheaper option with a free upgrade, but then went above and beyond to fix Travelocity s screwup. Awesome place to rent from with great reliable service

I was struggling with a confirmation for a rental and Shon was absolutely a life saver! It's so wonderful to see places that still have exceptional customer service! Will definitely be using this Enterprise location primarily going forward!

The vehicle was ready when I got to the Shelbyville site, it had been cleaned and sanitized. It only took about 5 minutes to get the vehicle and drive away in it. The staff was super friendly. Great experience!!

After a minor mishap with the registration on our rented vehicle we were questioned, harassed and intimidated while trying to pump gas in Plaxico Kansas by one Kansas State Police man, which caused a major delay of 1hr 45 Driving time, almost having the vehicle impounded, making us late for Thanksgiving dinner. What a event that was! There's a scam going on with a few of these officers not all but a few. Need less to say once at our destination,we hit the first Enterprise to get the registration fixed, which we did and there's even a better side story about a different vehicle that was offered to us as soon as they detailed it but they found something the previous driver/renter had forgot, his gun! So they had to wait for police to come and not rent it out. It was a police officer's gun! Now, our vacation started out very bad and caused our itenary to be changed by a full day being travel to our stop is 17hrs. Anyway, once back home from trip, Enterprise here in town apologized for the error and comped us for our rental for the 8 days. Fair enough I guess. Would I use them again? Most likely but will have them be 100% the paperwork is right!

Good service. Only issue I had was, I was rented a damaged car, and they did not note it in the system. Luckily I had the paperwork and an honest rep that took care of everything when I received the notice in the mail.

Had an accident and the staff here were very friendly especially Seth. He was very professional and put me in clean rental truck without hassle. Highly recommend this Enterprise location for any rental needs.

There was a problem with my credit card to rent a vehicle. I ended up making other arrangements however the girl at the desk (sorry I don't have her name, it was the morning of 8/3/20) was extremely polite and helpful.

The grew at the Shelbyville Indiana store rock. We always rent a car for our annual vacation from them. The cars are almost new and the service is great. They had trouble getting the XM radio to work but the manager kept working on it until he got it going. A BIG THANK YOU! See you next year.

Great service from the young lady who checked us out and back in the next day. The only reason it did not get 5 stars was that the outside of the vehicle was not clean (mud on wheels and bottom half of the van).

Always friendly service. Been renting from them for 20+ years. They're the only game in town, but they do a good job for both business and personal.
