Andrea and Zach and their employees at the Shelbyville location is very awesome and friendly people to deal with. They work with you to get you and your family the best deals possible and work with you when you get into financial binds with your payments. Definitely will recommend and keep coming back

We have been using American Rental for about 5 years now and have never had an issue at all. Good quality products for the consumer. They offer you very cheap insurance for the items you purchase which last for a year after your items are paid off and we really like having that peace of mind. The new managers are so nice and always always are willing to work with you as long as you call them!

Being young trying to get my own place. They are the best with me. Always smiling greeting me with respect. And my buddy was with me wanted to ride the bike they had, and they didn t even hesitate. He got to ride around the store. He love that. But trying to get my own place and budgeting with furniture in new Bill i got to pay. They was so helpful. And trying to look out to me. I been with them since I was even younger under my mom name. Getting tv and consoles and not even then did they push me out since I was so young. I broke some tv or two and they maid sure I wasn t getting rip off. When it came to repair it and gave me a back up one for the time being and for no extra fees. He said he wanted to make sure I had something. For the time being. Always will keep coming back.

I wish I could give more than five stars! American Rental went out of their way when they knew we didn t have a fridge to get us a fridge until they got us one we loved! They also asked one employee to stay over just so they can get it delivered asap! They truly have the best customer services that I have ever seen! You guys rock!

The back of our couch broke and I was so tired of it! Told my husband on a Thursday evening that I wanted a new couch. We went there about 15 minutes before closing. Picked out a new couch and it just arrived Monday afternoon! I am so excited and the couch is clean and beautiful! Staff was great to work with explaining everything. Delivery men were polite and respectful! I will definitely be recommending friends and family!

The husband and wife were real friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions.I believe his name was Zach.The two gentleman that delivered my grandson bed was also friendly and polite. They explained to my son how to put the bed together because I had to rearrange my room to make room for it......bigger then what I though...lolI would recommend American Rental to anyone.

They were great geting me the set I wanted they had to call many of their other stores to get it an then travel a ways to get it I really was happy with the service they gave me an how nice an friendlly they were !
