Don't go here if you aren't dressed to kill and are serious about buying a car. Went with my grandson who was the one looking. He's an adult but they wouldn't give him the time of day. They kept trying to get me to answer questions... the funny thing is I am the one they ignored when I was looking and they only wanted to speak with my husband. Learn to read who the customer is dude. You know which one you are.

I just wanna give a huge shout out to Gary and Dana for making it happen for me. I am the proud owner of a 2016 Chevy Cruze. Actually everyone there is great. This is the 2nd vehicle I bought from there, and won't go anywhere else!!!

We got a great car that we wanted and were very happy with the service we received. Isaiah did a great job showing us vehicles with the features that we wanted even though it was freezing outside and Jeremy did a great job of getting us financed and into the car we really wanted. We bought a diesel truck from here. Overall it s been good, but just a week after we bought it, the service fuel filter light came on. That cost $500 to replace.

Bought a car and I'm having thee worst headache ever I'm so mad and in misbelief... update just talk to Jeremy hopefully they gone make this right I mean I know cars break down but I do know a month hlf later and it does this and I just gave 20,000 to it and now I'm back careless sitting at home miserable can't get to school broke car cost a lot to get back 656.00 is not a lot to many but after giving 20,000 and now car down I'm kind of sad hurt and not understanding car fax didn't see that spark was goin bad and now I'm at fault NOT FAIR so huurt

I have purchased several cars as my son and his girlfriend have from here. Was not able to purchase what I was interested in. I NEVER pay sticker price, so I didn't purchase anything!

On Tuesday September 27th my mom and I went to Acra because she was getting me a car for a graduation/birthday/early Christmas present I ended up being helped by Isaiha Spurlock and he was absolutely amazing he took us on a test drive of a Jeep renegade and we laughed and talked and he became a friend. His boss went above and beyond to help us get the car was incredibly kind as well. We got the car and were absolutely thrilled and so grateful to the people at Acra. If your looking for a car Acra will do everything possible to help and give you the best deal.

I bought a beautiful GMC Yukon XL Denali here in the summer of 2014. It was in excellent condition. The financing was very good as well. I owned this vehicle for several years. This dealership has good quality vehicles and they are easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Inquired about a BMW they had on the lot and applied. I knew my credit was challenging but they immediately told me exactly this, forget about the BMW, you ll need a significant down payment for any other car we have. So having poor credit disqualifies a person from having a German made automobile? I guess in this dealers eyes, it s true. Applied at Carvana and was approved with only $500 down and purchased a better BMW with more options. Thank you Acra for showing your true colors because if it weren t for you, I wouldn t be in a better vehicle.Also, knew someone who was looking for a car this past October 2020. If Acra wasn t discriminating, I would have steered him towards them. However, he took his business elsewhere.

We were looking for a dependable car for my teenage son. Acra was very helpful! Their customer service is top notch! The Sales manager, Gary is great to work with! We highly recommend Acra in Shelbyville!

Gary at Acra is the GREATEST ever!! I went to several places, but chose Acra because of Gary. He actually LISTENED to what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend, and terms I wanted. He was not high pressured but diligent in fulfilling all my wants, rather than just selling a vehicle. The others at Acra also were very friendly. Acra is were I suggest everyone go for their next vehicle purchase.

Acra and GAry Workman , just became my car dealer and will be from now forward. I have never gotten better service. I came in or recommendation from a friend, Gary greeted me and asked what I was looking for we discussed my perameters and he happily worked with in those helping to find a nearly ideal car for my needs.Great Service.

Went there to look at a van in shelbyville. The van they tried to sell me had 60,000 more miles than stated. They wanted 2000.00 and I knew the lady who sold it to them and she told me it had a transmission leak power steering leak and radiator leak that they knew about. Not cool.

I don't get what it is with "Buy Here, Pay Here" places, but here's the scoop: The staff is friendly enough for sure. But you can tell it's comission. $11,000.00 for a car older than 10 years with over a 150k on it. And DOUBLE Blue Book. To be fair, Oak Motors did the SAME thing. But, a ripoff is a ripoff. And predatory is predatory.UPDATE AND RESPONSE TO MERCHANT: Your Shelbyville, Indiana location uses Credit Acceptance Corp out of Michigan, and that lender is downright criminal with hundreds of complaints filed, several lawsuits for early repossession without provocation, and more. I don't know who made the call to use this lender, but they aren't local and they aren't honest and it was the final reason for me to walk away from a 2006 Maxima at 11,000.00.

They have taken advantage of an 87 year old women, who maybe shouldn't be driving. They sold a used 2015 ford focus with high mileage for over 12,000.00 with payments until 2024. She was under the impression that she could return within 30 days. This women just lost her husband of 68 years. What kind of people are you?

Liked car they had for sale but their trade offer for my car was WAY below NADA, like half the amount. Would not recommend this place.

Nice, large, used car dealer. Also have new and used cars in other local cities. Friendly and less pressure than most car dealers. Newer used cars.
