Had a trailer stolen and it ended up getting towed to this company. Was told by sheriffs office we would not have to pay a tow fee, advised this to the guy who I was speaking with and was given instant attitude and lip. I do not recommend having your vehicle towed here or using their services, customer service is horrible. It wasn't by choice that our trailer was stolen or towed here. would not tell me rate to get my car out of impound at 10 pm. says 24 hours. guy was rude.

Nobody wants to go pay someone so they can get their vehicle back. But at least he was courteous.

Says 24 hours but couldn't get them to jump start a battery I'm dead on the side of road thanks y'all guy says oh buddy we don't open til 9 o' clock
