Got me in fixed my tire and changed my oil faster then I could ever expected

Got quoted 1 price then had to go get an oil filter 2 different times from another store then was told again the lower price then at check out wanted me to pay over $20 more because they dont communicate and when i got into my car (leather seats and all over) there is motor oil all over (steering wheel in the middle of it, center console, seats). Not happy at all. I didnt pay the higher price and I do appreciate that but my car is clean and if it wasnt leather I would be stuck trying to get oil out of everything.Service: Oil change

Bought 4 new tires and road side this is great thing to purchase if tire is damaged they fix it for life of tire and you pay nothing after the $30/$40 starting up. But people run over stuff in roads and flat tires happen all time even when you try avoid it . Plus the service people are friendly and knowledgeable and service is fast.. I get oil changed here too highly recommend ladies and me use this service

Had issues with one of my tires that I purchased from this location in January of 2019. I called this location to confirm my coverage as well as advising them of my arrival. When I got there, the work order was already in process and I became the next in line for services. The staff were very friendly & knowledgeable.

The children that work there have no proper training , I had a tire changed DEC 30 2021 , after paying for my tire , I get to my car and 3 employees are in front of my car ,and they tell me my brakes failed while backing my car out , I later paid 200.00 dollars because they jacked my car up in the wrong place and crushed my brake line ,then lied and told me the brakes failed and left me with the problem they created ,and told me sorry we don't fix brakes. So I was screwed . I will never go there again . and my uncle has been going there for a while he has a fleet of courier vans ,he's now going to take them to big o's in Seymour indiana

I ordered 4 tires site to store. First they only installed one tire of the four and then when we came back inside had to WAIT for them to find the other three just to wait AGAIN for an hour to install them. Big O Tires in the future

Took 2 and 1/2 hours to put 4 new tiers on my van then charged outrageous fees that we didn't even ask for

Walmart tire center is a fraud.waited 1.5 hrs to get tire fixed,was told it was too close to sidewall.took tire home filled it with air and the puncture was not even close to sidewall.took somewhere else they fixed it with no problems. If u ever have a flat don't take it to any walmart to get fixed.they will lie to you so you have to buy new tire.

Wife took her pilot to get an oil change and they talk her onto getting the headlight restore for 30 dollars and they cleaned one but the other one didn't look like it was done at all and they scratched the paint with the buffer. Terrible place

Got me in and out 3 times faster than the BigO i left to come here. I was in a bit if s jam and the service lady Julia wonderful thing you offered her hard earned time and cash to help love it thank you

Zach & Morgan in the tire department are exceptional people, extremely friendly , very helpful & also put a tire on my care when in the middle of closing , I think these 2 wonderful person deserve to have a raise

I had to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change, when I was told was a 1 hour work, then they told me their tool to remove my filter was broken and they can not make the change. Very disappointed for the waiting time since they only had 1 car.

Was told that it'd be about an hour and a half wait for an oil change but they got done in less than half that time. It was really affordable as well.
