This is one of the nicest TA s I ve been to. It looks freshly remodeled. The parking lot was clean, hardly any litter. I drive a box truck OTR, and it s always nice when the truck stop is nice like this one. The bathrooms are clean. Everyone was polite. I ate at one of the restaurants, Charley s Cheesesteak! It was delicious. They make your food in front of you while you wait so it s fresh. I will definitely be stopping here again.

It was one of the newest TA Travel Centers I stopped. The place was renovated not so long time ago and looks really good.They have a restaurant there and store offers allkinds of snacks and drinks, as we as other necessities for travelers and truckers.You can find there stands with gifts and jewelry.Bathrooms are nice and clean.They offer showers.They have a large parking area for trucks.Near by, on the other side of the road (just 5 min walk) is a local diner.

Great stop! Fresh food options. Clean bathrooms. Well stocked shelves. Nice seating area inside and outside. Parking isn t a headache either for big trucks

The first truck stop I see with a family restroom which is very convenient for those single parents traveling with children.This plaza also has nice clean showers, the only negative about is that the a/c in the shower is to cold; I had to plug the vent with a towel.

They let drivers with dogs come into the restaurant, with no leash. The dog I saw was walking around to different people sorta begging for treats. One employee of Charleys actually petted the dog, I didn't see him wash his hands. He could have washed them in the back, not sure. Another employee of Charleys actually gave him food, and petted him. She did wash her hands for about 7 seconds. When I told the shift leader, she said that it was OK because that driver has been doing for over a year. Well unless it's a service animal it is against the law. A true service animal does not ask for treats or need to be petted by others. Please obey the law.

Changing review. 2 stars for being clean however could be better if the women cashiers treated their customers with any decency. Was completely ignored both times I ve came in. Had to ask for bags and tell them how to do their jobs. Do not engage with customers c***ts.

Fantastic customer service! I had an issue with my rewards points/credits and the Mgr Tammy got it resolved when no one else could. Thanks again you are my TA/ Petro location of preference from now on! Got to add it is the cleanest TA I know. Of.

stopped the morning of 3/22/24 to get a trailer tire fixed. it took like 20-30 minutes to contact people in shop due to the fact that they were sleeping. I was told by night dispatch that I can have ta call and get verbal approval. when I told the old man that, he started acting real sh�ty. he called dispatch and told her couldn't do it. I stopped at two other TA and both was OK doing verbal approval. night dispatch said that she don't know why the old man wouldn't except VA when all the others do. Well I Know Why. some people can't hide the way they fill about black people. Some people like that old man and a fat mechanic.That was there at 1 o'clock in the morning on March 22nd. if you all don't want to work on truck for black people, put a sig up.

I'm a professional driver who does RV transport and needed to stop for my 10hr break only to woke up asked to move at 1am. I'm under the same DOT regulations at a 18wheel driver. Most of us transport drivers are tired of the disrespect from truck stops. Signs saying not to park in front lot but then wake you when you park in the designated area. Last time stopping here

Honestly you guys have to stop employing crackheads,dope fiends and the severely illiterate! I just called this store trying to figure out if it was the fuel solution in my plan as it didn't state if it were a ta,pilot or loves so I called the store fuel desk (just a moment ago on 11/09/2023 at 9:54am and simply asked good morning is your store called Seymour? The guys like huh? So I switched question and asked is this store number 065? He's like why? And I said because I'm trying to get fuel. So he then says yeah we have diesel and regular. I said great, but is this store 065?? this genius ask me for what purposes? I said not for legal purposes!!?? and the moron said sorry and hung up on me! Bro your seriously stupid the store number does not equate to a social security number!? What did you think I was gonna do with it? Come after you for child support or something? 5 minutes I can't get back...

There are restrooms..showers..that are working....they have coffee..and products inside...friendly ..lots of parking..under construction...u can still go upstairs for laundry..showers ..restrooms..the new part looks beautiful

This Labor Day I realized that parking was easy. Lots of space. I'm not saying that I miss my fellow truck drivers but everything was easier years ago before all these other drivers hit the road. Thank TA for what you do for us. Now maybe you can offer us some other types of food. Best to think outside the box on this one. I'm really tired of the same old offerings that I have seen since the 80's. How about a Mediterranean variety, or some old world Hungarian, maybe some good old fashion Asian. Who can eat burgers and wings all the time?

The staff were very nice. Lots of options in the store. Well stocked and clean. Needs better ventilation in the men's restroom. Shower was clean and updated. Shop could be cleaner(it was a mess) but they did a great job on getting the job done.

This shop is truly one of the best in the USA. Ethan up front went above and beyond to get the parts to fix my trailer. He was kind and honest. Michael the mechanic is a hard worker and very knowledgeable. Shout out to chase as well. When I come in here these two mechanics are truly amazing and never have a problem. I would put my family lives in their hands anytime. Thank you three for all you do.

I was doing oil change but what I experienced there was unprofessional customer service the two Men at the reception desk were rude and agitated TA is losing customer expectations because of their poor employees.

I did not visit your station but drove passed and noticed your worn American flag. Please replace the American flag that flys outside your building. It is very disrespectful to active mitary as well as veterans to display a tattered flag such as yours. Thank you so much.

Like to give a big shout out to Ms Stevie. She was very kind and pleasant. Also a shout out to the older gentleman that keeps the outside area clean. It s nice when you come across good employees that isn t mad or upset. (Really doesn t mind doing their job) If they were upset, I could tell! Very Very pleasant!

Newly renovated and the food was fabulous, the best I've had at a TA yet. The salad and Soup Bar tasted very fresh and the meals for me and my wife tasted great. The service was exemplary.

In these troubling times of Covid-19 you would think more care and precautions would be taken as to not spread this around anymore. And you wonder why the States is in such a mess. Clean and sanitize your showers properly instead of leaving nasty face coverings hanging around!

Nice place, recently remodeled. Staff (other than two ladies in the shop) are generally nice. The kitchen is great, but unfortunately, WAY over priced. Typical truck stop trying to gouge drivers.

I came here to get diesel for my semiFirst they all were fighting you take or you take take himThen this lady started asking what I want in anger and when I asked I forgot my card at home and my app is not working may I please right my card number then she was crazy rude to me ( she could say sorry sir we don t do that but she was looking at me like I m stealing something from her )This light staff really really rude as day staff helped me before

Second flat tire in two days. On our way to Michigan from winter home in FL. Staff VERY bhelpful. We purchased a new tire at Walmart then took it to TA. Fortunately, they were more than happy to assist us. Grabbed some dinner at the restaurant. By time we finished eating, they had the tire changed, and we now have 4 good tires AND a spare.Thank you TA!

This is a perfect example of what a TA truck stop should look like so glad I stopped by all I needed was a scale ticket I had no idea was in for a treat.Wish I could have stayed longer.I think the energy in that place is what made all the difference there's a lot of folks working real hard in there and they got a smile on their face while they're doing it to perfection.

Shower review: I have to say the shower was about as clean as I've come across in a long time. I very much like the way it looks. The walls are jot the typical drab looking marble. It looked very clean and modern.Water pressure was adequate and the room size was as well. Not huge but roomy enough not to feel cramped.My one complaint is that there are no shelves or corner caddy in the shower to put your soap and shampoo on. I don't personally know any driver that uses the free supplied soap. We need somewhere to put our stuff while we're in there.Overall an excellent experience.
