Best car buying experience I've ever had. Jessica is amazing!! She put forth effort and knew exactly how to handle my situation and helped when nobody else would. Her and Dylan were very professional and made sure I understood all of the paperwork!! I definitely recommend going to them if you need a vehicle!! I can't thank them enough!!

NEVER use this company you can pay on time every time but be short $40 one time because their CORPORATE office tells you to and they want to try and threaten you. There have been so many people all over Indiana plus that have complained about this company and the staff. They tell you to call them and let them know if something happens like a job loss, or sickness but trust they won't work with you. This place is a joke and there are WAY better places and staff. They think they can hide behind phones or desks my father works for a car company and I know what I need to do. Good luck getting any money over $40 dollars now that you want to hang up and act like you're big and bad. Play with someone else that don't know better.

They will screw ya and rip you off so watch what you are doing getting a vehicle off them there is places in Columbus Indiana you can do pay here but here 500 down and payments only 350-400 a month good vehicles vs paying 700-900 a month here plus if you get two vehicles off them and you have one paid down to where you only have a month a two and the vehicle will be paid off nope they raise price and you pay till 2 nd vehicle is down to 25000 k than 6-7 months later the first vehicle that was to be paid off in a month or two will be finally paid off crazy if ask me there are other pay here but here lots with good vehicles I will never get another vehicle after mine is paid off from there and I done told my husband is not to get another vehicle off them ever again if he does I will take to lot myself and drop it off

DO NOT get your car from here! I could name a list of reasons including repo my car for a week late! When I got the car they said they would fix the minor problems. Instead they wanted me to finance those problems that s not fixing the problem. Every week they called me nasty voicemails threatening to take my car. You would have thought I was backed up 3 months no a week and a half. Please if you got sense go elsewhere

My check was messed up and I had some unexpected expenses so I called them on Friday 2-18-21 (apparently there is no late payments or even a grace period they will towe u within 8 hrs of being late not 1 day or 2 but 8 hours) I told them I would pay them as soon as I figured it out... I got up at 8 a.m Saturday and I called them an told them I was coming to pay them with boss because the payroll was still messed up. they informed me that they towed my car... 8 hrs late guys I never missed a payment not once!!! please save your money and find someone else. I have 3 heavy hitters and even a very reliable cars sales men that is going to bat for me when they try sueing me.. they are crooked and what they do is illegal. So I urge everyone to keep looking else where I cant wait til yall take me to court cus when you do yall are gonna be the ones sued. if Corp sees this I would love to talk about this situation and the unprofessional employees that are at this office. I have multiple witnesses that have been hung up on or even lied to from these ppl please stay away and find a better car even if you have to buy a s&^%$y one don't go here

If I could leave no stars I would this place is a joke got a vehicle because we are desperately in need and a week later broke down found out had three different recalls on it and so much wrong with it we cannot afford to get it fixed and they were also taking money out of our bank accounts without our knowledge we are in contact with an attorney do not go to this place there are way better places!!! We got scammed and I don't want to see others get scammed who are in desperate need of a vehicle.

I called lady answer very rude hung up on me. So I wouldn't buy anything from them. She needs to be nicer or stop dealing with the public.

The best thing to say about them is you will pay up to 3 to 5 times what the cat or truck will cost you and you will be lucky if it makes it to your payoff wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Normally they are good but u CAN NOT get them on the phone so u catch a late charge and some of them are rude and nosey
