Warning this is going to be a lengthy post. Highly recommend this business I found them off a random Google search while comparing prices to other Tire services in the area. Initially they appear more expensive and even on their website they explain this because they are price listed includes all the mounting fees the warranty fees the disposal fees so on and such Force versus just the price of the tires. Even when comparing the other one's fees and putting them together this was still the most reasonably priced place available. I showed up without an appointment. I showed him what tires I want they confirmed they would fit my vehicle 30 minutes later I had four brand new tires on my vehicle. In addition they offer an additional warranty for the tires that you do have to pay extra for But it includes free tire replacement in the case of an unrepairable Tire up to one year and 12,000 miles. I have not found a similar warranty in the surrounding area yet. In addition to they also do brakes and other services and I asked them to inspect my brakes and they had that done in about 15 minutes was a price quote communicated effectively very comfortable waiting room. So long as they are in business if I ever need tires breaks Etc this will be my go-to from here on out

Overall, good, honest people. My car was experiencing a coolant leak and they were able to identify the problem. It wasn't something they would be able to fix for me, but they gave me their time and attention to make sure I knew the issue and what the next steps could be. I wanted to pay them for it, but they refused. That is great service right there. Thank you!

Well I ve always chosen cornbreads, or now smiths new tire first over ang other business. Cause they were good ol folk with an affordable price on anything they did. Very home like experiences with them. But this last time I went there , there was apparently a miscommunication between myself and the guy ( who was super polite and nice ) that rights down the work order. Not a super big deal it happens. Sucks never the less cause a good tire I brought in to be mounted got shedded. But nevertheless mistakes happen. But then the fallowing day once I realize a mistake had been made I get to talk to HEATHER boy let me tell you I would hate and I don t use that word very often at all but I would hate to be her husband. While trying to sound sweet in the B est way possible, from the get go she very rude . The phone call went south real quick while I trying to tell her I m not complaining but just telling her what I had asked she got super defensive, rude and really just i m noxious! So sorry smiths tire for having to leave a one star review cause y all really from my 25 years doing business with you y all deserve 5 but HEATHER YOUR JUST PLAIN RUDE !

Seem to be decent folks and did alright job. Didn't get price quoted on phone though just within the hour before going and then they did not call when our car was finished so we went there before close to check on it and thankful it was completed. So if your not on a schedule I would recommend

I had one tire that clearly needed replaced. Called a few places in town and this was the only place with my odd size in stock. After checking it was the lowest price in town by far. It was near closing time and they suggested I come in and get it taken care of because they would stay until the job was done no matter the time I came in. I declined and came in the next morning. I asked them to check out all the tires and put on what they thought was needed 2 or 4. When I arrived they had put 2 tires on. Nearly anyone would have put on 4. These folks have a customer for life. Great work! Great people!

The people at Smiths is great and the prices are unbeatable and they offer just about anything you need at an affordable price. I've been doing business with them for over 10 years and I will not shop anywhere else

If your looking for a tire shop that will do anything to help it s customers and has a family feel, this is the place for you. They don t try to sale you anything you don t need and extremely helpful if you don t really know what you need. One of the best around hands down. Good history behind Smiths too!

If I could I give them a 10 instead of 5. I have odd size tires & it s hard to find a place that has them in stock but everyone told me to call Smith s and they had them in stock. I got there at 9am & my car was done by 10am & the last time I had to get 2 new tires it was almost $400 they saved me about $110. Super stoked! Awesome friendly and I even got a hug from the lady in the office (sorry bad with names). Thank you Smith s. You guys are a true Godsend!

This business is absolutely fantastic. Had the tire i needed within hours of them ordering it, not even a full day. While other places refused to work with my smart car this place greeted me like family and took care of everything. Will be recommending them every chance i get.

Considering the circumstances I had the best experience dealing with Smith's New Tire Sales. Everyone there is amazing and they go above and beyond for their customers! I haven't been here for a few years. Best deal in town for tires without any doubt. I would go elsewhere for service though. I paid them to do an alignment that was definitely needed. They did not do it. Another shop showed me that they never even touched it. Just took my money. However....I will only buy my tires from them. Best deal on tires.

There are plenty of other tire shops near me but I always opt to make the 45 minute drive here instead. The honesty, customer service, and some of the best installed tire prices make it all worth it. You can explore downtown Seymour while you wait. They specialize in carrying the Cooper family of brands (Ironman, Hercules, etc.) but can get in just about anything for you.I previously had a good experience purchasing a new set of tires here but my most recent experience impressed me much more, prompting writing this review. I punctured one of my tires with a metal object. It created a small but oddly shaped hole and not a perfect circle like a nail would create. Losing tire pressure quickly I could not make the drive to Smith's and instead stopped at my nearest tire shop, a nationwide retailer, to have it patched. With only a quick visual on the outside of the tire (and without removing the tire for a better look or trying to remove the object), that retailer said it was irreparable and then got to work trying to sell me new tires. Something seemed amiss so I put on the spare tire and headed to Smith's expecting to buy new tires from them instead. The technician had no problem quickly repairing the tire and it cost very little. He said the tires were too good to waste and Smith's would be there when I actually needed to buy new ones. I came willing to buy a complete new set if needed but left only paying for a small repair. That's honesty rarely seen on the automotive industry.

Has an out-of-town driver who happened to get a flat tire on his commercial vehicle this place was a godsend. Quick, fast, and very courteous. Start to finish was excellent as they quickly got on the problem and resolved it very fast. Highly recommend.

I'd highly recommend Smith's their prices are the best you will find! I usually get my own tires then have them mount and balance them, they only charge $10 a tire where as Big O and Walmart charge $22-$25 a tire! But their tire prices are cheaper than Big O and Walmart also so you won't find better deals. They work fast and the staff is pleasant to deal with.

This is the best place around to go if you need tires. The people here are nice and they go out of their way to help you get what you need. Their prices are unbeatable. They gave me a great deal and I intend to visit them again

Great prices and service. We shall see how the Ironman tires hold up. So far I like them better than Goodyears on my VW Eos. They are quieter and seem to offer a better ride. Only had them for a couple weeks so time will tell.

Went in there thinking I was going to have to replace my expensive low profile tire after running over something on 65 and getting a flat, but these guys were able to fix it and it only cost me $8. Thank you so much. We will definitely spread the word and come back.

This place came in on Veterans Day last year(normally closed) and donated their time and services to help Veterans out by not charging them any labor for the service received!!! Plus the tires that I had mounted on my truck I got for a fraction of what other tire companies were wanting to charge me!!! This is a top notch business that I would recommend to anyone!!!
