Had a bad weekend had a flat on the interstate . It was rainy and these guys and gals got me going very respectable and fast lots of experiences in the garage got me home safe and sound for the holidays thanks from The Luttrell family

Great service. Friendly atmosphere. Was really glad I went there to have my oil changed. They discovered how bad my tires really were. Reasonable prices! Recommend it!

My experience was notable, they jacked my car up on the wrong side and in the wrong place. As a result my brake line was crushed , due to their ignorance. Cost me 200.00 additional dollars,will never return there. And they did not over me any type of help, they broke my car and left me screwed .anyone reading this stay away from that place very ignorant people work there.

I went to Seymour Tire on July 2nd to try to make an appointment to have new tires installed, thinking it'd mostly likely be sometime the next week. Not only did they get me in for service that day, they got everything done in less an hour! They treated me very well, and I'll definitely be visiting them again!Service: TiresService: Tires

Great service! They care more about your safety than that extra dollar! Treated me like family and I felt comfortable with them. The waiting room was kind of stuffy, but it is hot and humid outside.. and people opened the door a lot. Thank you for your service! I will be returning

Seymour T&S trouble shot and repaired my pickup truck quickly and professionally. My pickup broke down on I-65 near Seymour and AAA recommended them for service. Seymour T&S rearranged their scheduled work for the day, identified the problem with my truck, gave me a quote and completed repair to my pickup by early afternoon the same day it broke down. I am from out of state and do not know anyone there. I greatly appreciate the effort to go out of their way and quickly fix my vehicle, for a total stranger, with no prior notice in a professional manner. I recommend them highly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

When I called to make an appointment to get 4 brand new tires, they were not accommodating at all. The only day I could go in was saturday due to work, and the lady says "well we are really hurting due to covid so we don't work many Saturdays and go home early through the week"Well if they are "hurting due to covid" dont you think you would want to take a customer that wants to buy 4 brand new tires. Not to mention I've been going there for years. So theres no incentive for loyal costumers either?She said she would put me down a give me a call, no call.So do yourself a favor and just go to Big O, they'll get you right in and help you out no problem, you dont even have to make an appointment.

From the time I called them on a Saturday morning stating my problem with my car, to finding the issue while being courteous and upbeat. I would definitely go back to them whenever I'm in Seymour.

I'm 4 hours away from my house I go there at 7:45 they been open for 15 minutes I need a thermostat put in my truck which is not a very big job they told me they don't have time today when they closed at noon and I saw three people standing in their garage doing nothing I just needed a little help from somebody and they don't care I could do it myself but I'm not from here and I have nothing with me I miss when people helped everybody out

Website says they carry harvest king tires but they don't. Just like your a bother for calling to ask about what they put on their website. Not current.

Was there at 7:30 AM when their sign says they open...they got there around 7:50 and supposedly couldn't fix my tire that had a nail in it till 2:00 PM...went to Big O Tires and they pulled it right in...

Good service, but more expensive than other places. Long wait times (2 weeks) for service.
