Seymour lot- rob cole- dont trust or buy from him. Bought a car had check enginge light and brake light on fixed check engine light . Cant fix the brake light , but suspect the issue which should been fixed before left the lot for a sale.just like rest of the issues that it has, no way it past inspection

My husband and I have purchased three automobiles from Payton Place and they have always given us straight forward deals. Just purchased a 2015 Honda CRV from them yesterday. Great car that I am in love with already. No hidden fees or back end deceptions. Bully Patterson was a great sales person to work with. He went way above and beyond to solve all of my issues and ensure the process was smooth and painless I would recommend Payton Place as well as Billy to anyone looking for an honest company to deal with.

Robby was such a great help! I went many other places and Robby was finally able to help me out. Called him in the morning he had everything ready for me. He got me into a super nice car that I love! Low miles, With affordable payments. They are great! I definitely recommend them 10/10.

Easy and pleasant buying experience. Excellent customer service and amiability. Salesman Bill was awesome and made the whole process super fast. Every detail was well explained. Will definitely recommend others in need of a new vehicle to go and ask for Bill.

I wish I had the option to post on all sites that were listed! I have heard bad thing and read bad reviews about this place but I had an incredible experience here and as far as the salesman. LOVED HIM!!(and I dont like salesman) Bill went above and way beyond where he should've went to insure I got my vehicle of choice. I just bought my impala from them yesterday so we shall see what the future holds but as far as the buying process,, mine was great!! I honestly can't believe anyone has something bad to say about them. Without saying names, I can say that this experience was 100x's better than I've had at the other "Big Name Car lots. Thanks Payton's place! And a bigger thanks to my new dried, Bill!!

Bill was just the best. He walked me through everything making sure I understood what I was getting into put me into the best most beautiful car on the lot and then made a courtesy call to my home 45 minutes away on a Sunday to bring me a replacement temp tag when mine was stolen off the back of the car!! This car buying experience was the best I've ever had all the way around. Thanks Bill.

Wonderful customer service. Bought a 2015 Mazda 3. Debbie and her entire crew there was amazing. Very helpful and stayed after hours to make sure everything was taken care of. Will definitely do business again and send people there. Great place.

I have been a customer for years and every buying experience has been smooth from the test drive to the negotiation and trade in, to the paperwork and financing - even the delivery! The cars have been reliable and fairly priced. The service is first class and I do not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know.

My experience was excellent, Every member of the team was very friendly and accommodating. Bill contacted me shortly after I expressed interest in the vehicle and worked around my schedule, frequent but not overwhelming and consistent communication, very straight forward and friendly; Bill did a lot of work in the background to make things easier when I came to the lot and based on the observations I made the entire staff is operates in this manor.

Came in today looking for a car. I'll have to say we have had a great experience. Debbie is wounderful. Came in on a budget and she managed to get a very nice car and a very nice rate for me. She got the car I really like down a few thousand for me. I recommend coming here if you are in need of a car and on a budget!!

I bought a 2020 Elantra used and thought my headlight beams just needed adjusted so I waited for my 90 day service at the dealership to find out the car had been previously wrecked that they forgot to mention and it needed both headlamp assembly,s replaced. I called Bill at Payton Place and he said no problem find out the cost and they would cover it. After they found out the warranty would not cover the 2000 doller,s they refused to pay because they said we waited so to long. I tried to explain because of it being a 2020 I again explained why I waited to have it fixed. Now I have a 2000 doller out of pocket expense because I trusted them. All I,m saying is I truly do feel I was taken advantage of and will never bye another vehicle from them. And to warn you of the same .

I ve been going to Payton Place auto for nearly 9 years now and they have never let me down. I ve gotten all of my cars through Payton Place, starting with a pt cruiser when I was sixteen, a mustang at 20, and now a Prius at 25. I start law school next year and told them I ll be looking for a big girl sports car soon :) They always find me excellent deals and exactly what I m looking for, make the loan switch easy and convenient, and bring the car to me if I can t get in to pick it up. Debbie and Clint are out of this world with customer service and I can t recommend them enough.

Bill was great about working with me to find something that I could afford. He helped get me into something that is going to be better for my family and get me the distance. He was also very understanding of my boys and how easily they got bored of the grown up process.

Debbie was amazing in helping my sister get into a great dependable car. My family is going through alot of health issues and we all live in Ohio. My sister was at a loss of how she would get here for a funeral, my moms cancer treatments and most of all was unable to get to work on her own or her daughter to school. Debbie make the process easy and painless and seriously helped our with a little less stress during our hard times. Thank you again Debbie for showing amazing customer service.

Have bought 5 cars here and never had an issue with any of them. Debbie is the most up front car salesman I've ever met and she never disappoints! Just remember you get what you pay for people! Highly recommend!!

Was helpful very friendly & they worked with me on a good downpayment to have a price in my range.But having to deal with the bank is a pain due to the first financial isn't part of the first financial branch I would give them a 1 for that.

They will mess up your paperwork, after you purchase the vehicle you'll never be given any assistance with anything that may come up. You won't be asked to sign a buyers guide (legal requirement). They do have some great banks that they work through. I regret my purchase here, but I do not regret the vehicle I purchased.

Bought a 2012 avenger from here, about 6 months after the engine and transmission both need replaced. The car is junk. From what I've seen this isn't the only vehicle that has been sold like this. Definitely get your vehicle looked at from a different mechanic before buying from here.

I went in on a Wednesday evening, test drove a truck and told them I wanted it. I was told to come back the next day and he d work a deal in the morning to see if he could get something done. He texted me the next morning say he could work a deal with me and I told him I d be there in roughly an hour. I got there and he was selling it to someone else saying they got there first and they were paying cash. Whenever I was there the night before and was told to come back. Later that day I expressed my feelings to the guy we were working with he told me that they were in Monday and already had pre-approval from the bank. Why would they need pre-approval if they re paying cash?? Also the vehicle I test drove had a misfire in the engine, all it needed was a tuneup. But that salesman said they service everything vehicle when they get them in. So either their mechanics are no good or that was a lie.If you go here and they try to tell you to come back the next day, don t do it or the vehicle will be sold to someone else when they know you re on the way in and were told a deal could be worked out.

Bought a SUV from them, already replaced the motor and now having to replace the PCSM. Only owned it for 7 months. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Awful!! Do NOT buy a vehicle from here. They sold my boyfriend a truck that was practically a lemon and did as little as they could to help after being threatened to be sued. Debbie also had the audacity to cuss out my boyfriend and tell him she was going to beat his ass when he called her. Very unprofessional. We quickly removed the Payton s Place sticker and license plate as we are ASHAMED to have done business with them. After our incident and having to buy a new engine, we spoke to many people in the community and learned that this isn t the first time, nor will it be the last, that Payton s Place has screwed people over and have had poor customer service.

We have bought 2 cars from payton place and debbie. The last car has always gave us problems. So we decided to trade it in today at a different lot. And wouldnt you know that the car had been in an accident before. Never were we told about the accident. And to be honest the car was pushed on us. We really wanted a sedan not a suv. Well looks like we are taking a $5000 loss. Thanks payton place seymour.

I highly recommend Payton Auto Place if you are looking for a new vehicle. Robby was super nice and helpful the whole time. I won't have dreamed I would be walking out with such a nice vehicle with such low miles!
