Dre is awesome! Our vintage van wouldn t start after filling up at a local station. Dre went above and beyond making sure we were able to get back on the road in record time! My family can t thank him enough!

I went to O Reilly s at 10am looking for struts to hold up hood. They were honest & said they didn t have them in stock but could have them delivered by 3pm, same day. I was there at 3:10pm. The struts were on my car by 3:15pm. I ve used O Reilly s several times & always have the same exceptional, experience. Thank you for your fantastic service.

Assistant manager Chuck is a scammer and a free loader, has made several women in local area very uncomfortable with inappropriate behavior. Do not shop here.

The first 2 kids were there didn't know how to do anything then the assistant manager came out and had to fix all their mistakes neither of the first 2 kids would ask for help. made it so much worse giving it 5 stars just cause the manager fixed it all

The guys in this store are great. My alternator went out on a road trip. We purchased the only one they had and it was refurbished. My partner told the clerk that there was a slight bend on one of the tabs. Clerk said hed stand behind it. When it shredded by belt, the clerk fixed the bend and replaced the belt for a reduced price. Extremely helpful.

Called ahead for repair book. New guy put his hand on it and held it for me. Good, right? NO, wrong book. Wasted my time. His excuse? It was the only one that came up in the computer. Doesn't matter what cane up if it's wrong!

Good place to get parts. Although they lost most of my business when Don quit working there. He was very knowledgeable & never gave me the wrong parts. I can't say that for anyone else there yet

Went in to get winter windshield fluid, picked up what we needed that was stocked plentiful, great they also give a military discount and used my rewards card also. Staff was helpful and friendly!!!

I went in to my local store to purchase a battery for my vehicle, and was told by the assistant manager Mike that I would need to hook up my truck to a auxiliary power source to change my battery!!! Uh guess what?? I almost believed him. After I left it just didn't seem right, so I looked it up in my manual and I regretfully read that Mike was wrong!?? I'm not sure if he just didn't want to help or if he thought because I was female he could get me to believe him. I bought a battery and changed it without having to hook my vehicle up to a auxiliary power source. Thanks Mike

Always prompt on customer service and making it easy to get and accomplish the goals that we need making sure we are a pleased and have all our needs met apon leaving there store, very pleased

Place is a joke. Tried to get the free check ingine light diagnostics done and they told me they would do it but he doesnt read english well lol and there was 4 other guys there and none of them offered to help

Apparently the store in Seymour doesn't know how to answer a phone! It's nowhere near closing time, tried foe the last hour and still no answer. Come on fellas get it together!
