Never doing buisness here again I bought 2 trailers there in the past month was told our trailer would come with ramps went to pull the ramps out when we got on a job to use it and they were not there called and asked them about it they said they didn't come with them and when I told them we was under the impression that they would they told me no we spent $14500 between both trailers and I said I'd just bring it back if they wasn't going to do what they told me (trailer was not used literally drove it to my shop and parked it till we relized we had no ramps) their exact words to me was we won't take that trailer back just because your not satisfied in my opinion that's no way to do buisness and very shady of them to take my money after giving the impression we was getting what we asked for I'll never buy another here and I recommend everyone to not believe everything they tell you to make sure before you leave because they'll take your money and run we plan on buying ramps but they'll never get another dime from me or my buisness(Update)Also had issues with the trailer I bought the jack fell out of it as soon as we went to use it because of bad threads in the cog wheel that lowers the jack fixed it ourselves and the battery on the trailer was fully dead when we picked it up when they receive these trailers big tex has a label inside of the tool box in front of the trailer that is in the picture below they told us on the phone when we called about it they don't charge the batteries on the trailers either..so if they leave a battery dead and don't sell it and it stays dead looks like you bought a new trailer you have to throw a $130+ battery in that you paid 11k+ for and there is things you have to do to it off the bat doesn't sound right to me but you tell me I recommend quality steel they're cheaper and come with all options and better quality I beat mine to death and it works for me day in and day out

I just want to say it was refreshing dealing with Eric and the others at Main Trailer Sales. Not only did I feel I was given a good deal, I felt they were upfront and honest throughout the process.And then, I had wired them the funds but wasn't able to pick up the trailer for almost three weeks. No big deal, but when eventually I got there to pick it up, they had went thru and checked all the brakes, axle bearings, lights and even replaced the worn spare tire...even after i had already bought and paid for the trailer!This reminds me of customer service of old and I for one thank them.

Starting off I very seldom write a review. I bought a trailer from Kevin. I never met him or even looked at a Lakota trailer up close. Kevin answered all my stupid questions and kept me up to date on my trailer. Being in business it is great to deal with people that are honest now a days. Just picked my trailer up and love it. They went through the trailer with me and did not rush delivering it. GREAT TEAM!!!!!

I parked overnight at rv Park next door. I called because I was concerned about my trailer hitch they sent someone to inspect my hitch and relieved my concerns no charge

Few years back they put a ramp on my 4 horse gooseneck trailer, they did a great job and fast. The ramp was light weight too. Today I bought a new 2 horse bumper pull. The staff is very friendly and organized. They had all the paperwork ready when I got there. I will definitely use them again!

Was working on a deal with the salesman Clayton waiting to hear back if they would accept my offer. He finally called back later to let me know he sold it to somebody else because they are in the business to sell trailers
