I can only review the store as I saw it when I visited. Things may be better another day. The men s bathroom had poop all over the floor. Overflowed toilet. The urinal was covered up. Appears someone had peed in and on the trash can. Since I was in and out it is hard to say how long it had been like that. And no I m not posting pictures.

I am here from India. I work every single day to support my family. I stop in at this Circle K almost daily for coffee because I ve always had good experiences here until today. I stopped to get my coffee today & after I got everything poured I asked for sugar because there was none. I was told that I would have to wait till Friday. The cashier, (his name is Jack) was extremely rude. He told me to leave the store & if I come back he will call the police! I feel like he was being racist towards me. I won t be going back there again.

This is your typical gas station. Restrooms are gross and nasty as hell. As soon as I walked inside the store it stank. It smelled like someone took a big poop in the middle of the store. The reason it smells like that is because the employees aren't worth a damn and use dirty mops and mop water to mop the floor. This place is very unclean and definitely wouldn't recommend eating anything from this place.

This store treats everyone like family & they go out of their way to help with whatever someone may need. They had seen an elderly couple come in when i was there & came stopped what they was doing to go open the door for them and when they were done they went and helped them out as well as put their things in the car. It made my heart happy to see that.

This is the worst gas station I have ever been too. They are gross, the coolers suck and the bathrooms are nasty. I stopped there twice during my visit to Seymour. I will never return tgere

I was just driving thru from Louisville to Indianapolis and had to stop for family to use restroom. Cashiers were polite. Played my lottery. Store was clean and well stocked. Bathrooms were clean. No complaints here

No soap in the bathroom, two employees outside arguing over music, no paper in the pump for a receipt, I SHOULD HAVE KEPT DRIVING PAST!

If I could give 0 I would. After being stuck in the interstate due to an accident the bathrooms were closed for cleaning, and we asked if we could use the bathroom and the lady working the counter was very rude and told us to go up the road. Definitely don't recommend, employee could have been alot nicer.

I don't know what other peoples problems are down below. I go there everyday I have never had any problems. The workers are super nice, friendly and extremely helpful...the stores always clean and so are the restrooms. At certain times yes it might not be perfect, but people need to keep in mind it gets extremely busy in there bc of it being off the interstate... Also yes the line might be long sometimes, yet again it's called being busy... people can only do so much and be so fast.... I'd rather wait in line and when it's my turn the employee takes there time to be polite and make sure everything's good rather than be rude and rush me off.. some people complain about waiting in long lines but if the line went fast people would then complain the workers were rude and rushed them off... also the comments about an employee being outside smoking and there's a long line.. I've worked customer service my whole life, its called switching to take a break.. every job people deserve to take a break.. I personally like to only go to this location on stevensway... I know they'll have what I need, I know it will be clean, I know my stuff will be rung up right and I know I'll always have a friendly and good experience there... I just wish other customers would remember sometimes places get busy, sometimes workers are not feeling well, sometimes it just an off day for an employee... we all have that in our lives... just bc there gas station workers does not mean you can treat them with disrespect or go online and leave a nasty review trying to hurt their business bc you waited in line longer than you wanted too.... plus the store did a remodel and it looks realltly great in there... I highly recommend stevensway circle k .. it's the best one is seymour.. also it's the ONLY place I trust the gas and the ONLY place I get it... thanks stevensway for always giving me excellent service and experience...

This location would not allow my 5 year daughter and I to use the restroom when we were traveling. As we walked in the employee was blocking off the entrance and I asked if we could use them and she said no they were shutting them down to clean. I told her that McDonalds and Taco Bell were not allowing anyone either and my daughter really had to go. She just shook her head no. We ran back to our car in the rain and asked McDonalds again if we could use them and again no. We then called and talked to a supervisor at Circle K and asked again how long it would be as their wasn t anywhere close by and she said theirs was shut down. At this point it had been over 10 minutes which is how long Circle K said they would be shut down. I know it wasn t about cleaning the restrooms. Unreal that a place right off I65 would not have restrooms for people to use. I hope nobody else has a young child that has to use the restroom.

I came in at 12 AM on August 17 and the girl who was working tonight was extremely nice. I don t know her name but she has red/pink dyed hair I think. I get a polar pop a day or two when I m working and she recommended to me to get the 5.99 polar pop deal which is honestly a really good idea for me So thank you for that.

Men's restroom has a bottle of chemicals on the floor, a roll of paper towels on the floor, various pieces of toilet tissue everywhere, and toilet is so filthy from not being cleaned that an outhouse would be more sanitary to use. 3 cashiers behind the counter gossiping and nobody keeping up with the cleanliness of the store. Yuck!!!

Absolutely disgusting inside and out. Bathroom was the absolute most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen in my life. I worked construction a big part of my life and never seen a Porta potty this gross. After a trip across half the country, we will be passing on Circle K gas stations for now on

Literally just saw manager get upset at a customer because they were bothered that the bathrooms had been locked a long time and weren't sure if anyone was in there. I was checking out when this happened. The manager said he wanted to kick the person out. When I was done checking out, I asked the cashier for the manager's name, she refused to tell me and told me to ask him. I asked him if I could have his name and he said no and went into the back and wouldn't come back out to talk to me. I remained calm the entire time, by the way, so they are just a ride bunch.

Walked across the street to go get my founatin refill which everywhere else is fine now. But no not at this one place. I was denied service and not allowed in the store so had to walk back across the street to my truck then back over over to get the drinks. Alsl they charged me full founatin price plus a second large cup for ice. Then had to walk back across the street to my truck to leave. Ridiculous.i drive a semi hauling goods for the country and was treated poorly.

Customer service was great - woman working counter was very kind. I didn't realize it was the same place I was at a couple days ago and I was happy to see her working here again. Plus gas prices were low.

The women's bathroom absolutely disgusting. But I had to manage using it. I can safely say it probably hasn't been cleaned for at least 5 days. You should be ashamed of yourselves Circle K.

TA truck stop across the street and it's no great secret they have the most inflated prices on the planet. Because they are neighbors circle k is doing the same thing because hey if ta can do it you can too huh. Go down the street and compare the prices before you tell me I'm wrong Crooks

Cashier was very rude to my my driver who made an emergency fuel stop because of the TA catching fire across the street. Lord have mercy that he need fuel to be out in the world delivering goods to families and businesses in this 98 degree weather.

AWFUL SERVICE! The employees stood at the register chatting the entire time my family and i were shopping and when we got in line we were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait for shift change. I've never heard of this, nor have I witnessed this working the majority of my life in customer service! Not to mention when my husband asked about the ice cream machine not working they only responded with "I don't even know".

Many thanks to Angie the manager at the Circle K in Seymour IN who helped us out when our car window exploded near the station.. the bathroom was also very clean.. we will go out of our way to buy from them the next time we drive through Seymour!

Waited almost 20 minutes to pay for petrol and a drink. But... whilst waiting decided to purchase scratch-off lottery ticket and "Jackpot!!", won $100! I will patron store whenever possible...

Rude rude with a side of rude..the hot dogs looked as dry and stale as the cashier..they did not look good good but seeing as I'm a truck driver and can't go thru any drive thru due to covid I took a chance..but the cashier made me really lose my appetite..she smelled like cigarettes and wore her mask below her mouth and when I bring it to her attention she said all life's matter... I wish I had bought the hotdogs just to get a receipt with her name on it.. obviously it must have been KarenAVOID LIKE COVID19

Should have looked at the reviews before I pulled in.....The pump didn't work and the snotty child working the counter was completely worthless and 0 help....she might have been able to ring something up for you...but I wouldn't bet on it.

Women s restroom was ok, men s was a disaster. Still no car wash. Place was super busy with the interstate construction congestion.
