I just want to leave it here. Just few short words about my extraordinary experience with Bob Poynter Ford. I can highly recommend this dealership with absolutely amazing team. They were great. I had a tire going low, and on my way home, I stopped to see if I had picked up a nail or something.They checked and found nothing, and then they filled all four tires to factory specs. Great crew.

One of the best in the business. Zero pressure sales environment, they really make you feel at home and comfortable. The salesman we had, Skylar, was a great guy and he got us exactly what we needed with no issue. I couldn't be any happier with my new F150, and I will endlessly recommend Bob Poynter for their professionalism and kindness.

This place is absolutely a joke. They can t figure out how to service a vehicle if their life depended on it. Make appointments weeks out then takes twice as long to get the motivation to even start on it. Nobody will get back with you or give you a straight answer. Been waiting 3+ weeks on a daily driver and still has no idea when they can look at it it s ridiculous. Would never recommend anyone to buy a car here, buy parts here, or get serviced here. Very disappointed.

Went in looking at a truck. All for me until I didn't want that specific truck. Didn't offer to find one , order one or Amy assistance except I know what you want and will keep an eye out. Ordered a truck at another dealer

I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience with Bob Poynter Ford Dealership. After expressing interest in a vehicle, I took the responsible step of confirming whether they would accept my bank's letter of credit to avoid a wasted trip. Briar Todd assured me they would, but my bank advised me to verify this with the sales/finance manager.Despite my repeated and respectful requests to speak with the manager, Briar continued to speak on their behalf, ultimately going in circles and providing no helpful information. Frustrated but still determined to make a purchase, I reluctantly ended the call due to my inability to reach the manager.Upon calling back, I was met with even worse treatment. Briar Todd picked up the phone and outright refused to connect me with the sales or finance manager. In fact, he hung up on me immediately. This level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is simply unacceptable.All I wanted was to purchase a vehicle with confidence and assurance. Things started off great but then I was met with an utter lack of transparency, unhelpful staff, and a complete disregard for customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering Bob Poynter Ford Dealership to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a terrible experience.

I want to thank Skylar Prange and the Team at Bob Poynter Ford for their excellent service and sales process. The processes was seamless from the initial inquiry of the F-350 through the paperwork and delivery. Skylar provided a walk through video showing me that the truck was in stock as well as confirming the features and packages etc. I couldn't of asked for better service! This gave me a lot of comfort knowing that I had to travel almost 400 miles to get the truck. I highly recommend Skyler and Poynter Ford Team!

Not happy with my purchase at all. I went to Bob Poynter cause I wanted to go to the best in hopes that I would get the best and not have to worry about the car I'd buy from them. Let me start with after I purchased my 2012 Chrysler 300C it took me almost 2 months to get the car after I had already paid for the car cause there was problems with the car that they kept having to fix things before I could get it from them. When I test drove it. I was only able to do a limited test drive cause they steering wheel was shaking really bad while driving it and they promised to get it fixed. They told me it was just a return line from my steering rack to the resivour was leaking and needed to be replaced so they fixed it and I drove it and still had problems. They ended up having to placed both rotors in the front end and brakes and also the fromt passenger cailiper and also 4 new tires cause they was really bad and was causing some of them problems and they fixed that and still had problems after I drove it and they steering wheel was still jerking and they had to look at it again to tell me the front tension struts needed to be replaced as well. For one how many times do they have to have someone work on a car before they figure out what's wrong with it. Even after replacing the line for the power steering I'm still having to take the front passenger side tire off twice to add power steering fuild so it's still leaking some where. I also had them service the transmission cause it was acting with it was shifting hard when I'd let up off the gas. But actually what I have found it's the eco that's shifting hard down into 4 Cylinders. They also had to do a re alignment and fix a nozzle for my windshield fuild to spare. Now after only having the car a few months it's sitting in my driveway not wanting to start cause I'm having some kind of electrical issues and it's the only car I have to drive at the moment. Not happy at all with my experience and all I wanted was a good experience with them since they are supposed to be one of the best dealerships.

I recently picked up this brand new 2018 Mustang GT from Bob Poynter Ford and I must say that the level of service these people provided me was outstanding. The pictured Mustang was driven from Greer, SC to Seymour, IN by these guys after Randy, one of the staff, searched all over the country for the car that matched the exact spec I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with how well they handled the situation and delivered the car in pristine condition. These guys truly care about the customer and the level of service is just astounding. I want to thank Randy for all the hard work in getting the car here, as well as John Nelson and JD Roberts (Bob Poynter GM) for their assistance, and I will definitely look to Bob Poynter Ford in the future.

This place is a joke for service. I made an appointment and 3 weeks later it has not been touched. I spoke with JD one of the owners with no help. They told me they took it in to start working and all they did was move it behind the building hoping I would not see it. VERY DISHONEST and do not care about customers STAY AWAY!!�!!

The service team here is AMAZING! My transmission went out on my 2020 RAM 2500 while out of town for work, they took me in and got me out within a couple of days! I wanna thank my advisor Ms.Lori for the great customer service! God Bless You!

Bought my second fusion from them. Turns out it has a cracked flywheel. Called three times and was assured someone from sales, my sales person, or service would call me back. When they didn't, I sent a message through their website that no one was calling me back. Crickets.

WARNING DO NOT BRING IN YOUR SPORTS CAR!! Brought in mytuned focus ST, probably the last place you want to bring a performance car of course but i had a recall so was forced to. Car went in perfect condition, no CEL nothing. When i got my car back, it came back with the CEL on. Told the front desk people but all they did was erase the code. Drove off brushing it away and noticed i had no power what so ever. Turns out they reset my tune after telling them not to. Turned back to tell them, but once again all they did was erase the CEL. Opened my hood and air intake was left completely loose, my downpipe was left with a big gap so no air was getting into the engine. Now after a day im changing my oil and they torqued the heck out of it, not even a braker bar can get it loose. Worst experience i've had it amazes me how they ruined the love i have for my car. I don't even want to drive it at this point without a tune.

Great experience! The staff were both professional and courteous. We found just what we were looking for on their website, we were able to make a deal over the phone, arrive at the dealership to finalize paperwork and pick up our new vehicle! I own a tree service in Southern Indiana and my wife drove an hour to purchase her vehicle. The salesman Tyler communicated very well prior to her arrival, had the vehicle ready for her to test drive and when it came down to finishing the process was very knowledgeable and quick to get her in and out. She is very happy with her experience from the test drive, to walking out the door with the vehicle she wanted. John Nelson their business manager was to the point, honest and made it easy to drive her new vehicle home the same day. As a business owner myself I was very happy with their honesty and an easy laid back experience.

My car needed a gasket replaced which was covered under the warranty of my car. The part needed to be ordered. The service department only had my car for 3 days and then the part arrived. My car was finally done and ready after they had my car for over 4 weeks! I constantly was being told they were busy in which I totally understood. One issue I had is that I was never contacted with any updates on my vehicle, other than letting me know they had to order the part and that it would take 2 days to fix my car. I called the service department every 3-4 days to see what the status of my car was. My biggest complaint and issue I had is that I was always being told it will be a couple more days. I continued to hear only a few more days and it will be done. On top of everything else, Bob Poynter gave me a 2006 minivan with rust on the sides to drive as a loner. The car I was getting fixed was a 2016 Titanium version (only 4 years old). This isn t even close or comparable to what I gave them to fix. I was afraid to drive anywhere far in the van because it rattled and shook everything when you would drive it. I didn t know if it was going to break down on me. I would ve understood and been more understanding if I would ve been told upfront and at the beginning it was going to be weeks before they could get to my car and fix it. Instead I was constantly being told something completely different. I won t ever be back!! Good customer service is providing honest and upfront information and service; don t lie or hide the facts.

The service at Bob Poynter was outstanding. Our sales consultant Skylar Prange was great to work with. The Finance Manager, John, clearly explained all the paper work and glided through the process. This dealership runs like a well oiled machine. We drove all the way from Tennessee to get a great deal on a used truck!! You can t beat it!! Thanks again Skylar and John!!

1. Was assured my car will be ready the same day it took and extra day.2. Tire pressure was not checked. One tire at 37 other 3 at 33 psi.3. Tire rotation was not done. How do I know it?Tire with pressure 37 was in the same spot as before.Unreliable.CheatingDo not recommend.

I went to have my oil changed and tires rotated and they didn't rotate my tires. They said it was free on my next oil change since they didn't do it. When I went back to have my oil changed they had to reschedule it so when I went back today they comped me the entire service. I still gave 5 stars because the service was great and they made good on their word to bring it back and they would do it for free. Thanks Bob Poynter Ford.

I was dreading to take my vehicle to the dealer to get it fixed. Bob Poynter was very reasonably priced and were super fast at finding the problem and getting my vehicle back on the road. I will definitely be going back to them for all my automotive needs.
