My wife and I were traveling on the adjacent 65 interstate when an object in the road punctured our sidewall. As we were towing a heavily laden trailer, jacking up and changing the tire ourselves on the side of the road was not an attractive option. The guys ( and Rita!) at Best-One not only changed my tire, but made arrangements to have a replacement at their nearby location further up the road in Columbus. This was all done at no charge with apologies on their part that they did not have the tire in stock at that location. What a great team!

Phenomenal service! Came in early to handle to help a trucker with a blown tire, fast! Friendly, funny. Definitely lives up to their name! Best One for sure

Great place to have any problem checked out for your automobile. They will give you a honest price before they do the work and it'll be the same after they finish the job. I have known Stephen Boas for 60 years and consider him to be the most honest man in the auto service business.

Payed for a tire change through my insurance as I already had a spare on hand. I was informed GEORGES OF SEYMOUR would be there in about an hour I Waited 2 and a half hours for them to arrive and change a tire. When I called GEORGES OF SEYMOUR they informed me they could not get ahold of their driver. They accepted a service job that had already been paid for without a driver on duty and failed to communicate with my insurance company when they could not locate that driver. They failed to do the basics of their job which is strictly communication with the company s that contract them. Garbage is a polite way to describe that kind of service

Call for pricing on roadside service, Goodyear had the steer tire I wanted $300 cheaper than what they were trying to sell me, I wanted to go buy the tire from Goodyear and have these guys put it on I was immediately hanged up on for suggesting that, like how dear me try to save $300, these people want to rob you blind and you should just shut up and take it.

Got us in quick, addressed all issues, and kept us informed in detailed manner. Took care of us w/loaner for the time it took which was great especially having 2 toddlers! Much appreciated! Got our truck back and it's everything we needed! We will be back! Thanks!

I recently purchase a used car. I had one of the stickers they use for return service on my car from the previous owner. I called them to see what service was due on my car. I think it was for a rotation but, I am not sure. I called ten times and they hung up on me ten times. I could hear a woman in the background and she was ignoring me. Finally a man got on the line and he made up something about the phone chord. I was so frustrated I said forget it. I wouldn't even recomend calling or going in, let alone having them work on your car! I actually thought I would give them a chance and call them back. I could hear the woman in the background saying that's him. Please don't go to this place for anything!

Fast service. Usually can get a walk in appt. Not 100% convinced they do great with actual mechanic work but that's just bc they failed to notice my tie rod ends were out, causing my tires to bald in 3 months. Sure it was just an oversight.

The place is under new ownership, it seems like they got rid of all of their good help, prices are too high, customer service has really went downhill. They don't do alignments, or mechanical work, or any of the services that they used to. I would not recommend going here anymore.....

I was in Seymour on business...had a flat. The guy came out where I was had my tire fixed and me back on the road in about 25 minutes. Would definitely recommend this shop. Affordable, friendly, and fast!

They've been my go-to guys for tire repair and other work on my car ever since I started driving. They're friendly and their techs are knowledgeable. I can't recommend 'em enough.

Did a great job fixing my daughters ball joint, realigning and putting on new tires. Even allowed her to drive a loaner for free while her car was in the shop. Nice people!

I was in DESPERATE need of a new tire just now on my way into Seymour and this place was closed up tight as a drum! They're not open till 5:30! :(I had to drive back to Jonesville and now I'll probably be flat again tomorrow!

Got told they did my brakes charge my friend over 400 for brake job been 8 months an they under warranty and they giving the run around not replacing them an have two years warranty an come to find out did not even do front brakes . Big O tires sucks went to Jr s he put it up on lift right away stay away from big O they suck

I will not be back poor service they had broke my hubcaps on my car and then didn't have the decency to tell me they broke them and left one off as I drove off I will not do that

$22 to patch a hole is ridiculously overpriced. I grew up in a family tire shop and know enough about tire repairs to know that.
