Got stranded and broke down for almost 4 days. This store went out of their way to be kind there are no words on how GREAT this place is!! They really care about people. Donny, Kat, Simon, Dustin , Dennis and Shaun and more are some of the best people I know! I highly recommend them!

Tyler G. was amazing helping me out! Don't know anything about what I'm getting and he definitely came through and made everything easier for me . took about 4minutes or less in the store! all u have to do and tell them what u need and he will come get everything for you without looking stupid around store finding something you don't really know for sure if good quality!great customer service and definitely recommend to my fellow female who don't know a dang thing about cars ! spent $50 for everything!

They were absolutely amazing! There was a fella with red hair and beard.. he was great! New I think but awesome none the less.. I'd bought a gas cap that locked. The one for my car didn't fit.. manager lady comes over TAKES ONE OF EACH KIND and heads for the door she then proceed to check every gas cap until SHE FINDS ONE THAT FIT.. first off just wow!! The service that fella and this lady had .. I give them both 100% I won't go anywhere else.. I just moved here so yeah.. they are my people.. Definitely stop by..

Excellent. No Problems At All. Well Recommended.If You Don't Know How To Work On Your Own Vehicle Or Others...YOU SHOULDN'T BE DRIVING IT!!! Some of the dumbest PPL that come in here,don't even know how to tie their own shoes...How do you expect an Auto Zone Employee To Understand What You Need,If You Can't Even Identify The Vehicle That You Are Working On?!?! My point is:Before You Pass Judgement On This Place Or Others.Check Yourself Before You Wreck Yourself....1 Bad Apple Shouldn't Spoil The Whole Tree.....

Came in with a bad battery. Had to waste 40 minutes waiting on them to charge my bad battery in order to exchange it under warranty, which is a total joke because you can see my battery leaking acid and it smells like rotten eggs. Guy helping me was rude from the beginning when I walked in. Thanks Steve. Told me I need to get my charging system checked because a battery doesn t go bad. Going to take my business elsewhere from now on.

Not very busy this morning. Good service and they found the part replacement I needed quickly. Found a $7 off coupon online which helped lower the cost a little. They tested my old battery for free and pronounced it DOA. Battery fit perfectly.

Really high on there lawn mower batteries go to Pruitt's out in Rockford and get it for half the price same battery

The best place for a battery and the only place where you can get a 5 year warranty on the battery... Decent price and am going back soon for another battery... Got one for my truck and now need one for my car... Also got a 20.00 gift card which paid for a rubber mat for my phone and a steering wheel cover with 5.00 left over...

My RainX wipers were trash, went back and they handled it. No problem. Disappointed, because I swear by RainX products but the wipers are not up to par.

I always find the part I need at a very competitive price. Dave, Tim, Dan, Jay, and Angie are all very helpful and very polite. I don't go anywhere else for my automotive needs.

If I could give a negative star review I would give it a -5 stars. I bought my battery in Aug 2019 - duralast gold with a 5 year warranty. They refused to even check the battery. I had to go to Advance Auto and they gave great service.

The big guy working was extremely rude and treated us like we were idiots for asking the difference in two brake pads. Definitely would not recommend going here unless it is the only store with the part you need, even then I'd wait until a different store had the part if possible.

This place is awesome the staff is super friendly treat you like family. I work directly across the street and I work for a rental car company so we are in here constantly getting air fresheners and miscellaneous parts. They know me by name which I think is very nice.

Walked in with my over 3 years old battery with no warranty, bought a new battery with a 3 year warranty and another part I needed, in and out, only took about 5 minutes, fast, courteous service, thanks again.

Do not waste money paying a, "professional," clock puncher to abuse your vehicle just to get it running at 10 times the cost if you did it yourself. The knowledgeable staff will give great advice and have the parts you need. This is also a really good place to get tools. Most have lifetime warranties. You can even rent specialty tools as well for no cost. It is a great place to go to find what you need to keep your vehicle running. Afterall, the alternative to keeping your old car running is buying the ugly, weak, cramped, flimsy cars made today, and nobody wants a crippling payment.

Had us wait while they unloaded a truck.. No problem.. Then when asking for help "no we don't do that" no suggestions or helpful advice on where we could find out about fuse/relays troubleshooter ourselves for an hour or so went back in to grab a relay was not asked or approached for help left went down the street. 3 miles went to advanced auto 3 old cranky staff useless

Jay, the manager of AZ in Seymour, is a super fella, and very helpful. Checked out a warranty issue on my truck. Always great help at any Auto Zone you may visit. .

Store attendants were not very helpful one was even a little rude suggesting that i was doing something criminal when the stores gpay system not working correctly jusy went in for brake pads. very very disappointed in AutoZone

I have went there three times now and the staff are extremely rude!! I would rather drive half an hour away than step foot in that place again! Do not recommend!

never go back. lazy people no service been in there 4 times in a year and walked out . no service . today 4 people behind counter i ask if anybody wes working they said they were still on lunch . . no service dont go here

This place is to be avoided. Went to get an air filter, gave them information, got WRONG part. Went to get transmission parts, main part over $102, second part not stocked $65, third part filter $27. Went to O'Reilly's bought whole kit with the gaskets for total cost of $85.55. And they were all made in USA. AutoZone is a joke.
