Exceptional Service at Strickland Brothers Oil ChangeI recently had the pleasure of visiting Strickland Brothers Oil Change in Madison, Alabama, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received.As someone who was traveling and feeling uneasy about my low tire pressure, I stopped by a nearby gas station only to be disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding pricing and the inconvenience of having to fill my tires myself. Fortunately, I spotted Strickland Brothers Oil Change next door and decided to give them a try.From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted with outstanding customer service. The staff, particularly the manager, Chris, went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the services they offered and the importance of proper tire maintenance.Ethan, one of the technicians, meticulously inspected my tires for any issues, going beyond just filling up the low ones. His attention to detail and thoroughness gave me peace of mind knowing that my safety was their top priority.What truly impressed me was the generosity of the team. Not only did they provide a free tire pressure check, but they also offered me and my cousin coupons for future visits.Overall, my experience at Strickland Brothers Oil Change was nothing short of exceptional. They accomplished the mission, change the oil and filter. But that is where my praise ends. The took the inner fender well apart to reach the filter, and didn't put it back together. I had to do that. They poured oil onto the engine, onto the fender, and somehow got oil on the hood. After I arrived home I was in the driveway for a while as I was working the garage. Then I pulled into my garage. This morning there is oil in both the driveway and the garage floor. I suppose if success is measured by whether or not you accomplish the objective, i.e. changing oil, they did OK. If success is measured by the joint objectives of accomplishing the objective and being conscientious about your work, they failed miserably.

The staff members here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They answer all your questions you may have without any hesitation. The shop area is very organized and clean. The staff will inform you of the total price to be paid before any work is started on your vehicle.Quick, clean, efficient, knowledgeable with a fair price.Looks like my new business from here on out for a top quality oil change!Great Job Guys!

The guys there are nice and helpful in getting you the best service you need. Decent pricing on multiple options of services. They were quick and thorough letting us know of any issue they came across. Highly recommend going to them for your oil change+ service.

Full disclosure I went there because I thought they were the Valvoline I used to go to. But the guys working were so nice when they explained they were now Strickland brothers and offered to tell me where to find a Valvoline I decided to just give them a try.The guys were courteous and funny and seemed to enjoy the work. Had me done In a timely manner, explained everything they did as they did it and the price points for everything clearly.Af far as first impressions go, they made a good one with me.

This was my first time used SB after you all came highly recommended. I hate having to spend hours waiting just to get my oil changed! The process was super easy, the techs were very nice & helpful! It was so nice to get in and out in under 30 mins (I had one person ahead of me). Staying in my car on such a cold day was another huge plus! I will definitely be back!

I was greeted by very friendly gentleman, the quickest and most streamlined oil change ever. I was politely offered a bottle of cold water, which hit the spot. Given information on choices for the oil change and the one gentleman was able to get the oil service light off! I made a great choice! Thank you for an excellent experience!

All employees are super friendly. They let me know of a possible oil leak problem which I was completely unaware of. Truly appreciative of their service and friendliness. I will always come back for any future oil changes or services I may need.

Moved to Sellersburg in October of '22. Only place I have taken our car and truck since. Would highly recommend. Faster by far, always emailing us discounts and we have one SUV with a tricky skid plate that other instant oil change places kept screwing up. Would drive home with missing bolts and anchors. They have gone above and beyond and have probably had 12+ oil changes with them and always a perfect job done.

Very courteous and brought out water before pulling into the bay. Once guided in, they checked all lights and got started on the oil change. Was in and out within 10 min, as advertised. They even offered military discount, 25%. Well definitely use this location again

Price was fair but a oil change shouldn't cost extra for oil And over 2.00 for shop use is a rip off And I won't be going there again and therefore I can't recommend it for anyone else Price says 69.90 and it was almost 90.00 and I got nothing extra other than oil

These guys are wonderful and very kind! They even had to wrestle with what was done from my last oil change at a different place who didn t put lube and over tightened the filter on. These guys never once lost their cool with the trouble that filter gave them. I won t be going anywhere else again! Thanks guys!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICEThis afternoon at 3:30p my wife got an oil change. They took care of the service and then she drove off.4:15p I get a picture of the dash from my wife about the check engine light coming on.I immediately called the store asked them to address the issue (assuming it s minor) and the gentlemen on the phone, Matt, said to have her come in and he would take care of the issue personally. Never even fought or made an excuse, just offered to resolve the issue.My wife went back at 5p. Matt came out and reset what needed to be reset and that was all she wrote! Home by 5:35p with piece of mind knowing nothing is wrong and that we are doing business with great people.Thanks for the customer service to the entire team but especially Matt. Give that guy a raise!Thanks!

Visited the Sellersburg Strickland Brothers. Thought my car was due an oil change based on mileage, but the technician explained, due to type of oil they put in last time, It was good for another 2000 miles. They also checked the air in the tires and let me one was a little over inflated and what it should be at, with service like that, we will be back! Thank you!

Sellersburg location over tightened both the drain plug and oil filter. Vehicle is being towed to a service facility to have the filter removed coming up on a holiday weekend. Extremely disappointed but quick lube sites are know for this and I should have known better. Consumer beware!

while the company promises 10 minutes and you definitely get an oil change under 10 minutes. i ve gotten my oil change for less at valvoline and that only takes about 15 minutes. i m the company charges $90 for full synthetic (i have a2015 civic). where as at on average i usually pay $60-70. the lowest i ve paid is $50. the air filter that was replaced was also $20-30. while it is fast i m patient enough to wait 15-20 minutes elsewhere.
