I FINALLY have found a reliable, honest, fair priced auto repair business. Complete Auto Repair takes the time to communicate to you so you understand what needs to be done. They are so very honest, up front and guarantees their work. They follow up with you to make sure you are completely satisfied. They made me feel so valued as a customer.......which is hard to find these days. My car runs great, I feel safe driving it anywhere. Check them out ..you will not be disappointed.

Complete Auto Repair has done excellent work on my vehicle. I believe their prices are fair and it seems that everyone who works there wants to do the best job they possibly can. It's also nice that they follow up after the work has been completed to insure that everything is working as expected. That's good customer service!

The water pump went out on my car. I contacted Complete Auto. They were able to quote a fair price and did top of the line work! I was even picked up from my home to pick up my car! I was kept updated throughout the day about the work being done. My car runs like new again. I highly recommend them. Very trustworthy, friendly and professional!

Good quality work and very pleasant guys! At a fair price too. I was 4 hrs away from home when my truck broke down near Sellersburg. They were able to find parts within a day and even provided a car for me to get to a motel for the night. Very grateful my car and I were in good hands.

They have been nothing but great with us. We had to get a replacement engine put in, they gave me a price estimate that was very competitive. They completed the work before the time frame quoted. And everything is doing great with our car. Would recommend to anyone

Best mechanics in the area! Fair and knowledgeable. The work is second to none. I live in St. Matthews and could easily go somewhere closer. I choose to go here and it s totally worth the drive. Dale and his team are AWESOME!

I had taken my car to a different shop 4 times in less than a year. They didn t fix the problem. I took it to Complete Auto. It took less than a day for them to fix the problem. My car has been running great ever since. Complete Auto has called to be sure I m not having anymore problems. I highly recommend them. Service is great. On my way home last week my engine light came on. Being newer to Sellersburg I wasn t sure where to go but I knew I only had one car and I need it running.Stopped by AutoZone and they pointed me in the direction of my new local car shop, Complete Auto Repair!!Gigi and her crew not only fit me in to check out my car but they fixed it while I waited. New solenoids installed and a relieved customer. My car will always go back there for oil changes and everything else.Highly recommend the whole crew and Chloe the puppers that kept me company.Check them out!!

Complete Auto has been so nice to me and my family. They are always out there and helping at the service. They also try to get it done for me within a day or a week so I can drive my car.They always squeeze us in when they can.We just highly love them and highly recommend them.I will always take my vehicle to them.

Nothing against the people here or the service they provide as you can read by the high ratings it seems like everything will be ok if you choose this place.One thing to be aware of is this place will not service your vehicle if you bring your own parts. Customer hostile in that context. Regardless if those parts are purchased from the dealer or 3rd party. They will force you to buy parts through them or will refuse to service your vehicle. To me that's a deal breaker. Even the dealers will service your vehicle if you provide your own parts.

Second time around with this business and they always do great. First time it was a starter, and this time it was brakes. Super fast turnaround time, and no gimmicks or markups. I drive from Fern Creek in Louisville to come. This was my 2nd time using the services of Complete Auto Care and once again they did not disappoint. I have taken both my vehicles Herr and have never had any issues with getting in contact with or from themGigi is 1 in a million and the rest of the crew has been hands.down some of the best workers I've ever had the pleasure of doing buisness with. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Can't say it enough but the are great and you will not be disappointed

Great place, easy to work with. Got them to change some brakes, do a coolant flush and investigate an expensive sounding squeal in the front end. Didn t try to upsell me and actually suggested greasing front end parts when I expected to have to replace them. Oh, and they beat their price estimate and got it all done the same day I dropped it off! Recently had a significant noise issue with my car. Scheduled an appointment for drop off within just a few days. Received multiple updates throughout the repair (which they performed same day). They even made use of a video I took of the issue. I was out of town and needed an extra day or so before I could pickup my vehicle when it was completed at no extra charge. Will definitely use again and highly recommend !
