Chris, Alex, Cory and team always take care of me well. They ve installed 3 sets of wheels for me, and I ll keep going back. That alone speaks to the level of care and service they provide.

I got a couple Wrangler Commandos put on the truck, and the cool motorcycle chick at the counter kept it real the entire time- got me a good deal and saved me money.My only complaint is, it took a bit longer than estimated, and I was in a hurry.The vibe there is pretty good , for the most part, everybody seems like they re in a good enough mood and staying gainfully employed while operating at a reasonably steady pace.When I picked the ones I got, I said, I can t not get the ones named Commandos.@

Big thanks to Corey and the staff of Big O in Sellersburg. I have always taken all of my vehicles to them and will continue to do so. Hands down super professional and upfront about what needs to be fixed, never once have they led me wrong

Great experience at this Big O location. Thanks to Tim, Cory, Alex and the rest of the team for the tire upgrade. Stopped in looking for an estimate for a good, better, best option on a new set of tires. Cory asked a few questions on what I was looking for and in about 5 minutes had my options printed out for me. Cory provided an option that had a buy 3 tires get the 4th tire free. Couldn't turn that option down, but I went home and debated on it that afternoon. Called around 5:30pm on a Wednesday and Tim got me set up with a tire, alignment, and oil change appointment for a Friday. I was able to drop my vehicle off first thing Friday morning and Alex was so nice to be able to drop me off at work, I work just about 3 miles from this Big O location. They called me later that day to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. I've got a road trip coming up in about 2 months and I can already tell the alignment was a huge improvement. I feel a lot safer on the road and thanks to the staff at Big O. I'll definitely be back again!

Big O was so helpful with diagnosing my car! They looked at it almost first thing in the morning and were flexible with me when I decided to get it towed off. The staff were so welcoming and helpful with advice and even gave me a rose on Valentine s despite me not going through with the actual service with them. They also ran out to give me my receipt packet I left on the counter. Really loved this location.

had a tire blow out big O was only 3 miles away really was looking for a used tire financially but ended up buying a new one. it was already in-stock and my total payment after installation was actually 20 bucks cheaper than the quoted price! I was very gracious, happy and surprised! service was fast and professional! you guys are a 10 star service and I appreciate you very much!

These guys are a world class act! They've done alignments on my 1974 Ford Galaxy and my 2021 Ford F150. On each vehicle, they've got the alignments spot on and even managed to get the steering wheel dead straight on my Galaxy! Cory was able to work with my odd schedule to get me in and out in a timely fashion and with no issues. I cannot recommend this crew enough. They've definitely earned my business for life for my alignment/tire needs.

After work I noticed that my low tire light was on and I got to Big O at 5:45. Even though it was 15 minutes till closing, they stayed late to replace my tire and get me back on the road. Everyone was very helpful. They took great care of me. I have been telling everyone at work about them.

Extremely helpful whenever we go there for our automotive care. I feel they are honest, not trying to sell or push un-needed service or products. And everyone is polite and attentive to our needs. Would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service they can trust.

They got me in and out a lot quicker than most places and the staff were extremely professional. I also enjoyed that they offered me free coffee or water, access to a VERY clean waiting area, and even offered me a remote to switch the tv to something I would want to watch. I ll definitely make the drive out of town now anytime I need service done to my car.

Total trust in any suggestions they have concerning my vehicle. I have new tires, oil change and new brakes in the last 6 months and they are always professional, courteous and keep the cost within my budget. I will not take my RAV4 anywhere but this Big O location.

I started coming here a few years ago when you first opened. I was a customer of Meineke in New Albany but was not treated well there. I appreciate the service I get at Big O because I'm not treated like I am incompetent. I feel that everyone is genuine and honest. Friendly environment which I love. Everyone there makes me feel comfortable when I walk in unlike other places I have been. I appreciate the positive environment and find it refreshing.

My first time in the shop, we discussed the issue at hand and came up with a solution. There was no up sale or hesitation to offer the most feasible and effective solution. We discussed future plans and they outlined how they could help and what potential problems could arise. Very friendly and professional service.

Cory and the team there were phenomenal and really took care of me. I came in with two flats and low spare; they explained what caused the problems, fixed them, and made sure everything was good to go before I left. They were wicked busy and a little short staffed for the day but super patient and professional.

As far as I can tell, I received exactly what I paid for, so no worries. However, I ordered several additional services online when I made my reservation, including an oil change. Perhaps, it was a very busy day, and the online account was not checked, but these services were not performed. Like I said, I don't think I was charged for them, so no big deal.

Cory always does a fantastic job of addressing concerns and detailing any issues that may need to be addressed. Also provides a timeline for potential items to look out for in the coming months. Always friendly and goes the extra mile to accommodate my schedule.

Called and asked for a specific tire, sales guy kept pushing for the all season version that I did not want. He then gave me a price, and mentioned he thought he had the correct tires selected. I asked for the treadware rating and he responded "35,000 miles". He then explained that he had never heard of a treadware rating. Simply put, I'm not sure the sales team knows what they are even looking at.

Decided to try this facility as it is new and close to my house. What a disappointment, all I needed was 2 tires installed on a small trailer and I even brought the tires. Not possible due to not having an appointment like the previous review stated. Apparently the no appointment policy, like every other location, does not apply at this store. What a disappointment.

Big o tires in Sellersburg is a business that functions on integrity and honesty. If you are a woman and are afraid of what happens when you have to have car repairs....I know for a fact you can go here without fear and your car will be repaired...for the service it needs to be repaired for, at the price you're suppose to pay. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Chris, the owner, sets the standard to which all others should be held. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

If you value your time, you don t want to buy tires here. Getting them rotated and balanced consist of you showing up and waiting hours. They said they don t take appointments so I show up first thing in the morning before they open just to have them tell me there are TWO people in front of me that have an appointment???? Apparently you can t make appointments for rotate and balance but you can for other services. Needless to say I will be going back to DISCOUNT TIRES because they actually value and RESPECT their customers unlike our experience here. The location was convenient which is why we paid more for the tires than we could buy them elsewhere. Lesson learned. Drive the extra mile and get better customer service.

Super easy to work with and always willing to help. I only purchase tires from here and have never had a bad experience. Never been pressed to purchase anything unneeded and have always been upfront and honest.

It was their honestly. I thought for sure that I'd get a call about needing a belt or bad brakes or something but I didn't! I took my car last year to the dealer for an oil change and ended up spending over $500! So needless to say I was nervous going into Big-O. I came out paying for the Winterize Package and that was it. I was so happy, I really was. The guys were so nice, so friendly. My husband is going next week. He always changed his own oil but after our experience, he's going to Big-O.

It was a routine visit...for tire rotation, which is a covered charge, since tires were purchased at Big O. But, I had a right turn signal bulb that needed replaced (I had the bulb). It was a busy time there, 1 hr. before closing, but they worked in all the requests...at no charge! SO grateful to have both things taken care of with a great attitude and efficiency!! We are regular customers there for oil changes, as well. Thank you so much again!!

Can t recommend this place enough!! Went in because I had a leak in a tire. I ve always had to wait forever at other places so I was prepared to be there a few hours but they had me in and out without 20 minutes! They found a screw in my tire, patched it up, and didn t charge me anything. They were so nice and very professional!

I had to be towed there due to an unexoected flat received in a freak incident while on I-65 S in IN. They took me right in and truly treated me as family for my whole visit. So instead of the one tire I needed replaced, I bought a whole set. It was Valentines Day an I even received 2 red roses. Since I had just list my husband, it really lifted my spirits.
