Went to this location to see if I needed a new battery or just to charge it. My husband had to jump the car so I could drive it up there. The guy was not friendly and told me he was alone so he couldn't help at all. I was stuck in the parking lot for almost an hour while I waited for my husband to come up there and jump it again to get home. The guy acted like he didn't care that I was stuck, offered no help whatsoever, and didn't even apologize. Terrible experience. Would never go there again.

Horrible customer service. Part didn't fit and trying to return it and standing in front of manager who is on the phone and says she is going to be a while. Am like can someone else and she is like no..needs a managers password. Am like can't he do that on the register next to you? Guess amazon is the way to go...

The location on Charlestown road. I would highly recommend it. They are helpful and friendly. 1000000 % more efficient and knowledgeable than the location on Grant Line. I would say a solid 10 out of 10.

It is 12:39 PM here in southern Indiana on June 11, 2023. I couldn t get the name tag on the gentleman but he was very unhelpful. He was wearing a gray shirt with glasses but was an older gentleman when I asking him what is the best oil for my vehicle, when I asked him the difference between 5W 20 and 5W 30. His response was mark whatever your car takes I told him that from what I was reading in the owners manual it could take either one 5W 20 or 5W 30. He simply could not help me out and figure out which one was the best. All I want is good quality I m willing to pay $100 for oil if I have to as long as it is good quality and the right one but unfortunately he had other plans on hanging out in the back while somebody else ran the front. Keep in mind there is only one customer in the store at this time besides me, he was very rude and just acted like he didn t want to be there. And that s fine not all of us want to work but we ve got to pretty unprofessional response for somebody in a gray shirt that I believe is some sort of management I will continue to support AutoZone but not the Sellersburg store .

I was given the wrong brake pads. No big deal stuff happens. So I tried to exchange them and they told me I had to return the old ones and purchase new pads. The money won't be back in my account for 7-10 days. Not happy that my brake pads cost me twice the money they should have because of their mistake.

We were on a day trip from Indy when we got a flashing engine light. We found the AutoZone via Google maps to get codes read. We found that there was an issue with a spark plug. The employees were so helpful in loaning us the tools needed to do the job. They even returned my husbands PopSocket that popped off his phone while looking up instructions for the job. The people on this shop were a huge blessing to us today. They helped lessen our stress in a very stressful situation. Our car is much happier and we were able to continue on our trip! Thank you so much!

Little buddy behind the counter losing his hair has an attitude problem. I'll take my business to the O'Reilly's down the street from now on and suggest you do the same.

Manager ring me up for another item that I did not ask for did make the comment that he needs to train people better and he was in the middle of training a new person so it just go to show that he was training a new person to add parts that the people did not ask for in charge them for it

Battery bit the dust. They not only sold me a new battery with a great warranty, Paul even came out and swapped the batteries out for me. It was all quick and efficient, and I was able to take care of it on my lunch hour. Excellent service.

Walked in 5 minutes later Mater W. walked up and asked if I had been helped while the whole time two supervisor's or bosses just stood there talking about what they had been doing on the weekend. Guess they were to important to deal with someone like me. Mater apologized for the wait and promptly took care of what I needed. Glad Mater W. was working today.

These people were amazing! My windshield wiper broke off while driving down the road due to the frigid temperatures and they not only helped me select the best possible all weather blades, but put them on for me! Great service!

Oh my gosh. Where do I begin? My battery cost $217! For a Honda. And yes, they would put it in. It took him over half an hour and then only with my cousin's help AND tools. When he carried it out it was dirty and looked years old. Turns out it was the wrong battery and they crushed my battery cables trying to make it work. And then didn't even clamp it down!My neighbor helped me get the car back up there the next day and then HE had to drive all the way across town because they didn't have the right one at their store.

Recently, I went in to have buy a break lightbulb and see if one of the employees would replace it for me. They were happy to help and began pulling the cover off off the light. It was stuck more tightly than it should be which caused it to then break. Without hesitation, the employee said, We ll replace it. Not only did they order a new costly light cover, they also put it on for me!

I only stop for small simple parts I need on the spot. If I have to look up part numbers myself I might as well order online and enjoy the savings. Last 5 times I visited the store I 1)called in advance to verify a part was in Stock only to get there and it never was, 2)waited 17 minutes to return a part in an uncrowded well-staffed store, 3)took 20 minutes to get right part located AFTER I SUPPLIED AUTOZONE PART NUMBER MYSELF, 4)had to go find a part myself when employee couldn't find it, and now 5)was charged for name brand part and given the generic and have to go back for refund now. I never leave this place hassle free and I only buy nickel and dime parts I want quick 3 miles from my house... for good reason

Always have the parts I need and I appreciate the longer store hours. Really hard to get out of the parking lot though. Not their fault but I must admit it does detour me if it's not completely necessary for me to stop.

I remember when autoparts stores had a wealth of knowledge from car guys/gals but not so much anymore. This store has less than most and is frequently run on bare bones staff. Go during off hours to get better service and some help.

Won't go back to Autozone. Stood in line for a long time without being greeted all I needed to do was buy a new battery. In the same time I waited in line I was able to drive down to O'Reillys get my battery tested purchased and installed. I used to be a loyal Autozone shopper but this was ridiculous so I switched to O'Reillys.

Clean store and a friendly enough guy, no one in store but 2 employees, and female employee say he will take care of you as she stands by, was not asked for help while looking in isles they only focus on the counter, the part I was looking for was in stock...Yeah I say this because I had been to 1 other stores with no luck.
